The design is based on the bioisosterism between the 1,2,3‐triazole ring and the amide group. The synthesis involves a copper(I)‐catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) as the key step, with the exclusive production of anti‐(1,4)‐triazole derivatives. One of the compounds obtained shows general activity similar to that of imatinib; in particular, it was observed to be more effective in decreasing the fundamental function of cdc25A phosphatases in the K‐562 cell line. 相似文献

Polymeric binders for solid propellants are usually based on hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), which does not contribute to the overall energy output. Azidic polyethers represent an interesting alternative but may have poorer mechanical properties. Polybutadiene–polyether copolymers may combine the advantages of both. Four different ether-butadiene-ether triblock copolymers were prepared and azidated starting from halogenated and/or tosylated monomers using HTPB as initiator. The presence of the butadiene block complicates the azidation step and reduces the storage stability of the azidic polymer. The miniaturisation context leads to the rise of micro-machining processes. Micro-milling is one of the most flexible and fast of them. Although it is based on the same principles as macro-cutting, it is not a simple scaling-down of it. This down-sizing involves new phenomena in the chip formation, such as the minimum chip thickness below which no chip is formed. This paper presents a review of the current state of the art in this field from an experimental and a numerical point of view. A 2D finite element model is then developed to study the influence of the depth of cut on the chip formation. Primary intramedullary anaplastic oligodendroglioma is a rare tumor, only four cases of which have been reported. The authors present the case of a 38-month-old boy with primary intramedullary anaplastic oligodendroglioma. He underwent partial removal of the tumor and spinal radiation therapy. The residual tumor disappeared 12 months after radiation, and 48 months after treatment there was no evidence of recurrence. This case shows that in primary intramedullary anaplastic oligodendroglioma, postoperative radiation therapy confined to the spinal cord can yield an optimal result. 相似文献

Mechanical properties were related to composition and condition for chromium alloys strengthened with TaC, TaB, and TaC +
TaB. A 0.25 to 1.00 mole percent alloying range was investigated. Thermomechanical condition had a similar influence on high
temperature strength of the three alloy types. Tensile strengths were highest for heavily warm worked material. Maximum rupture
strengths were obtained in the solution treated and aged condition. Composition and alloy content had major influences on
rupture properties. Rupture strength was greatly improved by using the alloying phases together as opposed to individually,
and a possible synergistic effect was measured. A strong direct relationship between alloy content and the stress dependency
of rupture life was observed. Some improvement in low temperature ductility was obtained by heat treatment and an increase
of alloy content, but the lowest ductile-to-brittle transition temperature measured was 300°F (422 K). Precipitation of the
strengthening phases in chromium was also evaluated from electron microscopy and crystallographic data. A (100) habit was

A case of a child with recurrent episodes of severe hypoglycemia since the age of 6 months is reported. Biochemical evaluation extended to the first-degree relatives is consistent with a familial form of hypoglycemia due to a leucine-sensitive hyperinsulinism. In addition, this patient has a persistent elevation of serum ammonia levels of uncertain etiology that is more pronounced after meals. Urea cycle defects, organic acidurias, and beta-oxidation defects have been ruled out, as well as a possible excessive deamination of glucogenetic amino acids. The authors define transmission capacity margin, illustrate how the built-in margin method can cause simulation inaccuracy and how this inaccuracy can lead to erroneous analysis, and describe a new approach to implementing margin, referred to as the interpreted margin method, whereby simulation results are interpreted according to a margin criterion. The demands of actual automobile driving and concurrent noise stress on human information-processing capacity for 8 licensed, college-aged drivers were estimated from the decrement in performance on the delayed digit recall subsidiary task, using multivariate techniques and a counterbalanced design. Under high load, drivers were much more likely to reduce accuracy than sacrifice speed; however, noise did not result in driving error when presented in the absence of additional load. This conclusion parallels the 1973 findings of H. Moscowitz, who investigated the effect of alcohol on driving performance. As expected, the subsidiary task measure was sensitive to the additional information-processing demands imposed by the unpredictable noise stimulus; but contrary to expectation, inclusion of the subsidiary task tended to interact slightly with noise in impairing driving performance. It is suggested that perhaps in the low-risk driving environment, maintenance of performance on the subsidiary task may have had sufficiently high subjective utility to demand a disproportionately large share of information-processing capacity. in the universal phase diagram of cuprate superconductors is a function of two variables: the hole-doping δ and a material dependent parameter. Here we focus on the behavior of T
c,max as a function of the material dependent parameter (MDP) at the optimum hole doping. We have discussed the correlation between (1) the average Cu—O (planar) distance, or the strain of the Cu—O bond, (2) the nearest-neighbor hopping t′ and (3) the Lifshitz parameter z. vHs which are all material dependent parameters, where μδ = 0.16 is the chemical potential at optimum doping and EvHs is the energy of the Van Hove singularity, defines the proximity to the Fermi surface topological transition from electron-like to hole-like.
