Neuromorphic systems can parallelize the perception and computation of information, making it possible to break through the von Neumann bottleneck. Neuromorphic engineering has been developed over a long period of time based on Hebbian learning rules. The optoelectronic neuromorphic analog device combines the advantages of electricity and optics, and can simulate the biological visual system, which has a very strong development potential. Low-dimensional materials play a very important role in the field of optoelectronic neuromorphic devices due to their flexible bandgap tuning mechanism and strong light-matter coupling efficiency. This review introduces the basic synaptic plasticity of neuromorphic devices. According to the different number of terminals, two-terminal neuromorphic memristors, three-terminal neuromorphic transistors and artificial visual system are introduced from the aspects of the action mechanism and device structure. Finally, the development prospect of optoelectronic neuromorphic analog devices based on low-dimensional materials is prospected.  相似文献

Neuromorphic computing systems that are capable of parallel information storage and processing with high area and energy efficiencies, offer important opportunities for future storage systems and in‐memory computing. Here, it is shown that a carbon dots/silk protein (CDs/silk) blend can be used as a light‐tunable charge trapping medium to fabricate an electro‐photoactive transistor synapse. The synaptic device can be optically operated in volatile or nonvolatile modes, ensuring concomitant short‐term and long‐term neuroplasticity. The synaptic‐like behaviors are attributed to the photogating effect induced by trapped photogenerated electrons in the hybrid CDs/silk film which is confirmed with atomic force microscopy based electrical techniques. In addition, system‐level pattern recognition capability of the synaptic device is evaluated by a single‐layer perceptron model. The remote optical operation of neuromorphic architecture provides promising building blocks to complete bioinspired photonic computing paradigms.  相似文献

文章基于多级心跳模型,提出并实现了多入口集群调度器的环形、专用和全备份三种连接表同步模型,通过将失效节点模值指定给备份节点实现失效接管,将正常节点的连接记录和模值转移新节点实现扩展。试验表明,该方案具有很好的容错效果和扩展性。  相似文献

面向Weblog的协同聚类算法具有同时发现用户聚类及与之对应的页面聚类的能力,已成为Weblog数据挖掘的重要研究内容。由于现有的面向Weblog的协同聚类算法大多采用硬划分方法将用户和页面分配到聚类,因此,无法很好地处理聚类边界的问题,即一个用户可能属于多个聚类,从而影响了聚类质量。该文给出了一种面向Weblog的模糊协同聚类FCOW(Fuzzy CO-clustering for Weblog)算法来解决协同聚类算法的边界问题,以提高聚类结果的质量。该算法首先利用矩阵Hadamard积运算发现Weblog中隐含的独立用户模式1={,,K}PA pa pa;其次,依据pa k所对应的页面子集将剩余用户分配到该独立模式中,从而产生协同聚类结果 {k,k}CS CP,k=1,,K;最后计算每个用户和页面与协同聚类之间的模糊隶属度,并以该隶属度作为个性化推荐的依据。实验结果表明,FCOW算法具有获得高质量聚类结果的能力。  相似文献

The unique characteristics of opportunistic networks (ONs), such as intermittent connectivity and limited network resources, makes it difficult to support quality of service (QoS) provisioning, particularly to guarantee delivery ratio and delivery delay. In this paper, we propose a QoS-oriented packet scheduling scheme (QPSS) to make decisions for bundle transmissions to satisfy the needs for the delivery ratio and delivery delay constraints of bundles. Different from prior works, a novel bundle classification method based on the reliability and latency requirements is utilized to decide the traffic class of bundles. A scheduling algorithm of traffic class and bundle redundancy is used to maintain a forwarding and dropping priority queue and allocate network resources in QPSS. Simulation results indicate that our scheme not only achieves a higher overall delivery ratio but also obtains an approximate 14% increase in terms of the amount of eligible bundles.  相似文献

Optical data center networks (ODCNs) are constructed by connecting geographically distributed data centers with optical networks. Due to the superiorities in computing and transmission performances, ODCNs have been widely acknowledged as a promising network paradigm to support the popular enterprise IT applications such as cloud computing and 3D rendering. However, the ever-increasing traffic burst and the expensive hardware upgrading impose more severe challenges on the design of resource allocation scheme in ODCNs, which is urgently required to take into account not only the service quality but also the economical profit of service provider. In this paper, we focus on the service degradation in ODCNs which has been proven efficient in reducing the denied requests in the overloaded network scenario by releasing portion of the occupied network resources with the acceptable service quality loss. Unlike the service degradation scheme in previous works, we first consider the impact of the time characteristics of service requests on the resource utilization and propose a novel time-dependent load-balancing service degradation (TD-LBSD) framework. In the TD-LBSD framework, a time-dependent link weight scheme is invented for the allocation of bandwidth resource to avoid the potential traffic congestion that is usually induced by the ignored dynamic nature of service requests. In order to support the high-level prepaid requests with unknown holding time, we also propose a statistical method to estimate the residual time of the occupied lightpaths based on the probability distribution of the holding time of past requests. Simulation results verified that our proposed service degradation framework outperforms the previous schemes with the profit gain of 6.2% and the reduced traffic congestions of 16.39% at best.  相似文献

The numerical method of the Integral Equation has been used to model the electromagnetic excitation, transmission, and radiation problems of the beam waveguide. The Mode Matching Method has been used to describe the impedance matching situation at the exciting aperture of the waveguide. The excitation conditions were established based on the expansion of the waveguide modes and the continuity of the tangential components of the fields. The volume-surface integral equations combined with the equavalence principle have been used to model the wave transmission in the beam waveguide. The numerical solutions of the electromagnetic transmission and aperture radiation of the waveguide have been given by using the Multilevel Fast Multipole Algorithm (MLFMA). It has been demonstrated that the method proposed by this paper is able to provide the efficient and accurate numerical solution for the excitation, propagation and radiation problems of the beam waveguide with arbitrary shape and electrically large size.  相似文献
