A novel multifunctional initiator has been developed by peripheral modification of a Pt-acetylide dendrimer. Pd–Pt μ-ethynediyl units were introduced to the first-generation dendrimer by a divergent method. The dendritic initiator was applicable to the living polymerization of aryl isocyanides, producing high molecular weight polymers with a narrow polydispersity index in quantitative yields. The 31P NMR spectrum of the resulting polymer suggested that all Pd–Pt μ-ethynediyl units in the dendritic molecule actually functioned as an initiator.  相似文献

Microencapsulation of pesticides is a promising technique for avoiding high initial doses and multiple applications of the chemicals to agricultural land which cause environmental pollution. It is because the formulation is possible to improve the stability of the chemicals against environmental degradation and control the release rate. In the present study, polymeric microcapsules prepared by the solvent evaporation method via water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) emulsion were used as immobilization supports of acetamiprid, a water-soluble pesticide. The pesticide was loaded in the microcapsules by impregnating the polymeric supports with acetamiprid dissolved in an organic solvent. Increased volume ratio (ϕ) of inner aqueous phase to oil phase in the emulsion system contributed to more pores in the microcapsules and increase in the content of acetamiprid in the polymeric supports. Release rate of acetamiprid from the microcapsules could be controlled by changing ϕ.  相似文献

The authors have shown that special formulations are required to give complete covering of steel surface (with no swelling, break away, cracks, etc) with flame sprayed film coating of epoxy resin. For this purpose, there should be minimum stress in the film, and it was concluded that treatments effective for this purpose involve adding adequate filler to reduce the thermal expansion coefficient, controlling the degree of cure, holding small closed pores in the film and semi-curing immediately after spray to keep the required tensile strength.  相似文献

Porous mullite fibers were prepared by crystallization and selective leaching of Al2O3-SiO2 glass fibers using buffered HF-NH4F(BHF) aqueous solutions. The optimum concentration of BHF solution for selective leaching of the fibers was 0.9 mass% HF and 17.0 mass% NH4F. By firing at 1000–1300°C, the glass fibers changed into composite texture of mullite and glassy phase. Since the pores in the fibers were formed by selective leaching of glassy phase among mullite grains, they were tunable by changing the firing conditions of fibers. Pore size of the samples changed from around 4 nm in the 1100°C fired sample to 16 and 40 nm in the 1200 and 1300°C fired samples, respectively. The highest specific surface area obtained was around 30 m2/g, when the fibers were heat treated at 1200°C for 24 h and leached for 20 h in 0.9 mass% HF-17.0 mass% NH4F solution. From the thermal stability tests of the porous mullite fibers, its specific surface area was found to be maintained up to 1200–1300°C.  相似文献

High temperature plastic deformation in a single crystal of a 2-3-4 garnet, Ca3Ga2Ge3O12, was investigated. A Czochralski-grown single crystal of Ca3Ga2Ge3O12 was deformed in compression in air along 100 or 110 at temperatures of 1472 to 1573 K (T/Tm = 0.90–0.96). The samples show higher resistance to creep than other 3-3 garnets, namely the flow stress at the strain-rate of 4 × 10– 6 s– 1 is 200–400 MPa in this temperature range. The TEM observations of dislocation microstructures show little evidence of climb and plastic deformation in this garnet appears to occur exclusively by dislocation glide, using mostly the 1/2111{110} slip systems. Dislocations with b = 100 are frequently observed but they are interpreted as products of dislocation reactions among 1/2111. The single crystal used contained a number of precipitates that grew during annealing and also during deformation. These precipitates act as sources for dislocations but no evidence for their significant effects on creep strength is observed. The normalized flow law of Ca3Ga2Ge3O12 is similar to other 3-3 oxide garnets (e.g., YAG, GGG), but in contrast to 3-3 garnets, the more stable and hence less mobile dislocations have a large edge component.  相似文献

In three cases of oligodendrogliomas, atypical cells rich in eosinophilic cytoplasm, resembling plump astroyctic or astroblastic cells, were studied under the electron microscopy. These cells showed finely granular cytoplasm with routine hematoxylin-eosin preparation; ultrastructurally, they exhibited abundant, round cytoplasmic bodies of autophagic-vacuole type, in addition to other fine structures characteristic of oligodendroglioma cells.  相似文献

The following effects were found for nickel deposition from NI(CF3COO)2-halide-MeOH bath:

The anode and cathode current efficiencies became higher by the addition of halide (NH4Cl, KBr, or NH4Br) into the Ni(CF3COO)2-MeOH bath.

Especially, the cathode current efficiency and the range of cd which can be obtained good nickel deposits became higher and wider respectively, by the addition of ammonium halide (NH4 or NH4Br).

The values of c and ioc for nickel deposition also became larger by the addition of ammonium halide. Therefore, it appears that the addition of ammonium halide facilitates the nickel deposition.

In view of n.=.1 and Ec.=.5kcal/mol in Tafel region, it may be concluded that the nickel deposition from the Ni(CF3COO)2-halide-MeOH bath takes place through Ni+.  相似文献

Hollow hematite (α-Fe2O3) microspheres with an average diameter of 3-4 μm and a shell thickness of approximate 150 nm was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal route using FeCl3·6H2O solution and acetic acid without using any templates. The hollow microspheres were composed of α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles with the diameter range from 20 to 40 nm. The effects of reaction parameters such as reaction time, temperature, concentration of FeCl3·6H2O solution, and initial pH on the morphology of the final products were investigated. A possible formation mechanism of hollow α-Fe2O3 microspheres was also proposed, where the acetic acid played a role of etching in the formation of hollow structure.  相似文献

A wide range of wireless system developments require knowledge of the distribution of electromagnetic fields from various sources in humans. As experimental assessment is ethically unacceptable, high-resolution numerical dosimetry is needed. The finite-difference time-domain method is the most appropriate due to its simplicity and versatility. Reduction in demands on computational resources can be achieved using subgridding techniques. This paper rigorously introduces frequency dependency to one of the most promising subgridding techniques, Huygens subgridding. The validity of the Huygens surface in lossy media, as well as on the physical interface, is intensively studied.  相似文献

ABCD1 is a gene responsible for X‐linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X‐ALD), and is critical for the transport of very long‐chain fatty acids (VLCFA) into peroxisomes and subsequent β‐oxidation. VLCFA‐containing lipids accumulate in X‐ALD patients, although the effect of ABCD1‐deficiency on each lipid species in the central nervous system has not been fully characterized. In this study, each phospholipid and lysophospholipid species in Abcd1‐deficient mice brains were profiled by liquid chromatography‐mass spectrometry. Among the phospholipid and lysophospholipid species that are significantly more enriched in Abcd1‐deficient mice brains, VLCFA were present in 75, 15, 5, 4, and 1 species of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, sphingomyelin, lysophosphatidylcholine, and lysophosphatidylethanolamine, respectively. Most VLCFA were incorporated at the sn‐1 position of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine. Among the phospholipid species that are significantly less enriched in Abcd1‐deficient mice brains, odd‐numbered saturated or mono‐unsaturated fatty acyl moieties are contained in all phosphatidylcholine species. In addition, a number of phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, and phosphatidylserine species contained highly unsaturated fatty acyl moieties. Intriguingly, 44:1 phosphatidylcholine with VLCFA was mainly distributed in the gray matter, such as the cortex, but not in the white matter in the cerebrum and cerebellum. These results show that ABCD1‐deficiency causes metabolic alternation of long‐chain fatty acids and VLCFA. Moreover, our results imply a molecular mechanism for the incorporation of saturated or monounsaturated VLCFA into the sn‐1 position of phospholipids, and also indicate that the distribution of phospholipids with VLCFA may correlate with the development of X‐ALD.  相似文献
