基于HSV空间的彩色图像直方图检索技术

传统彩色图像的直方图检索技术基于RGB空间,但研究发现,RGB空间不符合人眼的视觉感应。因此本文提出的算法是在HSV空间上计算彩色图像的三维直方图,通过非均匀的划分三个分量色相H（Hue）、饱和度S（Saturation）和亮度V（Value）的采样区间,得到不同的检索结果。实验结果分析表明,在HSV空间,不同的分量在不同类型的图像中的作用是不一致的。     

基于广东区域性高职院校创业教育的思考——记广州城建职业学院学生创业教育的探索

职业素质是劳动者对社会职业了解与适应能力的一种综合体现,主要包括职业修养和职业技能。在高职院校中开展创业教育是我国经济形势发展的需要,对于培养学生的实践能力、创新精神和解决学生的就业压力有着十分重要的意义。广州城建职业学院的创业教育可以从以下三方面着手：一是转变观念,营造氛围;二是传授本领,打好基础;三是开展活动,提高能力,逐步探索出一条适合广州城建职业学院特色高职学生创业教育的新路子。     

快速路网单点入口匝道动态控制策略仿真评价研究

有别于以往工作,运用宏观交通网络动态建模理论与计算机仿真技术,以快速路网为考察对象,提出单点入口匝道动态控制策略的宏观交通仿真评价方法,设计了一种基于ALINEA原理的单点入口匝道动态控制算法,针对一多起点-多终点拥挤路网,开发仿真系统,给出控制前后路段交通状态时变图、全局路网交通状态图等可视化仿真结果,描述路网交通流演化,定量评价匝道控制效果。算例表明,控制后路网拥堵显著缓解,网络总耗时减少约5%。研究显示了单点匝道控制策略宏观交通仿真评价方法有助于深刻、全面、直观地理解路网交通流演化,剖析拥堵成因,设计符合全局、系统眼光的高效控制策略,给出定量评价,具有有效性与优越性。     

The crack of harden cement paste observed with multi-technique

The shrinkage of the cement paste with low water-cement ratio at different relative humidity was observed and analyzed with ESEM and deformation map technique. The crack morphology was observed with different magnification with SEM and FESEM, and the formation of the crack was observed with AFM between two C-S-H nano particles. The observation by multi technique at multi scale indicated that the shrinkage was increase with the decrease of the humidity due to the increase of the pressure of the capillary pressure, the morphology of the crack in smaller scale was similar to that in the bigger scale, the smaller crack distributed in the latticework of the bigger ones, and the crack propagated along the gap between two nano particles of C-S-H with weaker bonding.     

Oily wastewater treatment by porous ceramics mediums with surface lipophilic modification

Aiming at the treatment of difficult-to-handle oily wastewater, the ceramics filter mediums made from the iron and steel plant sludge were adopted to surface lipophilic modification so as to remove oil efficiently. The hydrolysis technique by FTIR and conductivity test indicated that under acid conditions hydrogen silicon oil did not hydrolyze but release hydrogen by chemical reaction under alkaline conditions. The results of the experiments including contact angle measurement, FTIR analysis, and SEM analysis illustrate that a layer of lipophile coating indeed exists evenly on the surface of filter mediums after modification. Furthermore, the hydrogen-containing silicone oil was combined through dehydration of Si-H bond with the -OH on the surface of ceramic filter medium.

融合视觉风格和标签约束的少数民族服装图像解析

目的 少数民族服装款式结构复杂,视觉风格各异。由于缺少民族服装语义标签、局部特征繁杂以及语义标签之间存在相互干扰等因素导致少数民族服装图像解析准确率和精度较低。因此,本文提出了一种融合视觉风格和标签约束的少数民族服装图像解析方法。方法 首先基于本文构建的包含55个少数民族的服装图像数据集,按照基本款式结构、着装区域、配饰和不同视觉风格自定义少数民族服装的通用语义标签和民族语义标签,同时设置4组标注对,共8个标注点;然后,结合自定义语义标签和带有标注对的训练图像,在深度完全卷积神经网络SegNet中加入视觉风格以融合局部特征和全局特征,并引入属性预测、风格预测和三元组损失函数对输入的待解析图像进行初步解析;最后,通过构建的标签约束网络进一步优化初步解析结果,避免标签相互干扰,得到优化后的最终解析结果。结果 在构建的少数民族服装图像数据集上进行验证,实验结果表明,标注对有效提升了局部特征的检测准确率,构建的视觉风格网络能够有效融合少数民族服装的全局特征和局部特征,标签约束网络解决了标签之间相互干扰的问题,在结合视觉风格网络和标签约束网络后,能够明显提升少数民族服装解析的平均精度,像素准确度达到了90.54%。结论 本文提出的融合视觉风格和标签约束的少数民族服装图像解析方法,能够提高少数民族服装图像解析的准确率和精度,对传承祖国文化、保护非物质文化遗产具有很好的意义。
