Polyphosphonates, polyphosphates, polyarylazophosphonates and polyarylazophosphates were synthesized by a new alternative to the classical phase transfer catalysis, respectively, the modified inverse phase transfer catalysis (IPTC) polycondensation of various phenylphosphonic (phosphoric) dichlorides (phenylphosphonic dichloride, phenylphosphoric dichloride, p-chlorophenylphosphoric dichloride) with bisphenols: bisphenol A, tetrabromobisphenol A, bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)methane (bisphenol F), 4,4′-dihydroxyazobenzene. The polymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and magnetic resonance (1H-NMR, 31P-NMR, 13C-NMR) spectroscopy. Yields in the range of 63.5–85% and molecular weights (M w) of ~2,000–8,200 g mol?1 were obtained. Polyphosphonates were stable up 210–270 °C and polyphosphates up 190–220 °C in air atmosphere. For a correct estimation of the thermal behavior of similar compounds, a kinetic analysis using a modified version of Non Parametric Kinetic method for representative polyphosphonate and polyphosphate was realized. The studies made on the hydrolytic degradation of the synthesized polyphosphates show that the most stable polymer under alkali-catalyzed degradation is the polyphosphate obtained by IPTC of phenylphosphoric dichloride and bisphenol A. 相似文献

A method for preparing organic–inorganic hybrids containing organophosphorus compounds, silica, and polyaniline (PANI) was developed using sol–gel technique. This method allows the in situ synthesis of organic–inorganic hybrids by reacting tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), aniline, initiator, organophosphorus compound in formic acid. The formic acid has multiple functions: as solvent and acidic media for polymerization of aniline and reagent for sol–gel process. The use of an organophosphorus compound as coupling agent and the introduction of a conductive polymer in silica matrix was investigated. 相似文献

Glasses from xFe2O3 · (100 − x)[P2O5 · TeO2] system, with 0 ≤ x ≤ 50 mol%, were investigated by X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and EPR spectroscopies. The XRD patterns show a vitreous state of studied samples for x ≤ 35 mol% Fe2O3. The FT-IR spectrum of the P2O5 · TeO2 glass matrix reveals a structure formed from PO4, TeO4 and TeO3 units. The addition and the increasing of Fe2O3 content modify progressively the structure of the glass matrix. The local structure in the investigated glasses was revealed by means of EPR using Fe3+ (3d5; 6S5/2) ions as paramagnetic probes. The EPR spectra present two resonance absorption lines characteristic to Fe3+ ions centred at geff ≈ 2.0, for 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 35 mol% and geff ≈ 4.3, for 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 5 mol%. The variation of the EPR parameters, the intensity and line-width of these absorption lines, with iron ions composition has been followed. 相似文献

We have analysed factors that influenced on the patient survival in 195 cases of thyroid cancer. The survival is essentially influenced by the histology, the papillary forms (survival after 15 years: 83.1-93%) and follicular cancers (survival after 15 years: 84-94%) having an excellent evolution. The non-differentiated and mixed cancers have a very severe prognosis that is independent of the complex therapy that have been used (survival after 5 years: 17.1% in non-differentiated forms and 32.5% in mixed ones). The prognosis is better in subjects under the age of 45 and in female subjects. The cancers in the 1-st and 2-nd stage of tumor extension have a better evolution that those in the 3-rd stage. In differentiated cancers, the total or subtotal thyroidectomy followed by radioiodine administration determine the best survival. 相似文献

Imagery is the only possibility of early glioma diagnosis. Both the gravity of the evolution and the bad prognostic, through all CNS tumors, justify the necessity to asses new techniques in order to improve glioma imagery. From this point of view, cerebral tomoscintigraphy has developed, its usefulness depending highly on the radiotracer tumoral specificity. One of these tracers, 99mTc MIBI, has been found to be uptake in glioma malignant cells, in relation with their viability and even malignity. In our study, -14 cerebral tomoscintigraphies have been realized on patients with glioma (initial or recurrent tumor), after 20 mCi 99mTc MIBI i.v. doses. The results are in correlation with the histologic glioma grade: high grade astrocytoma has positive images, but low grade astrocytoma doesn't. In conclusion 99mTc MIBI glioma tomoscintigraphies can be useful in their initial or recurrent diagnosis; the uptake tracer intensity being correlated with the histologic tumoral pattern, 99mTc MIBI SPECT could make possible a better localization of highest malignity tumoral points, in further biopsies. 相似文献

A reversible breakdown voltage collapse is recorded in the high voltage range of the junction breakdown voltage vs gate voltage characteristic of silicon gate-controlled diodes, which is explained in terms of a spatial switching of the avalanche breakdown within the device structure. The collapse gate voltage is oxide-thickness dependent and is accurately predictable as the avalanche breakdown voltage of the deeply depleted MOS capacitor within the gate-controlled diode structure.The minimum oxide thickness required for approaching the bulk-determined breakdown voltage in field-plated planar diodes and transistors is found to range from 0.01 to 5.00 μm for substrate impurity concentration from 1017 to 5 × 1014 cm?3, according to a design plot provided in the paper. 相似文献

The ZnSe/CuGaSe2 heterojunctions were fabricated by flash evaporation technique of CuGaSe2 onto the (110) surface of ZnSe crystals. CuGaSe2 layers had thickness 2–4 μm and showed a hole concentration up to (1.5–18.0)×1018 cm−3 and mobility μ4–24 cm2 V−1 s−1 at 300 K. The charge carrier concentration in ZnSe crystals at 300 K was n=5.6×1016 cm−3 and their mobility μ=300 cm2 V−1 s−1. The investigated ZnSe/CuGaSe2 heterojunctions have at the interface an intermediate layer with a thickness of 450–750 Å and a linear graded band gap as well as an i-ZnSe compensated layer with a thickness of 1–2 μm and resistivity ρ108–109 Ω cm. The i-ZnSe layer is highly compensated due to the presence of Cu acceptor impurities. In this layer the Fermi level position Ec−F0690 meV and a trap level position Et−F017 meV were determined. The total trap concentration in the i-ZnSe layer is Nt5×1014 cm−3. The mean free path of excited charge carriers in the graded band gap region was calculated as λ55 Å. On the basis of experimental data analysis of electrophysical properties of both ZnSe/CuGaSe2 heterojunctions and constituent materials the energetic band diagram of the investigated heterostructures is proposed. The current transport mechanism through ZnSe/CuGaSe2 heterojunctions is consequently elucidated. 相似文献

In a series of two papers, we analyze the numerical performances of the preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithms (BICGSTAB and GMRES) and multigrid method in solving two-dimensional multicomponent mass transfer equations. The present test problems are steady-state, linear and nonlinear diffusion-reaction equations. The nonlinear algorithm used in connection with the preconditioned conjugate gradient methods is the modified Picard iteration. Theoretical results about the preconditioning are presented. The multigrid algorithm used is the Full Approximation Storage algorithm. The finite difference method was used to discretize the mathematical model equations. A new metal-organic framework [Fe3O(OOC-C6H4-COO)3(H2O)3]Cl·(H2O)x was synthesized with a specific surface area of 2823 m2/g and a lattice parameter of 88.61 Å. Isostructural with MIL-101, this compound exhibits similar hydrogen adsorption properties, with maximum adsorption capacity of 5.1wt.% H at 77 K. The adsorption enthalpy of hydrogen for MIL-101 and ITIM-1 (MIL-101Fe) at zero coverage was calculated for a wide temperature range of 77 K ÷ 324 K, considering corrections for the variation of hydrogen gas entropy with the temperature. The resulted adsorption enthalpy is 9.4 kJ/mol for MIL-101, in excellent agreement with the value reported in literature from microcalorimetric measurements, and a value of 10.4 kJ/mol at zero coverage was obtained for ITIM-1 (MIL-101Fe). 相似文献
