基于局部差别的形态学边缘检测方法研究

图像边缘特征是图像最基本也是最重要的特征之一.图像边缘特征的提取一直是计算机视觉和图像处理领域的经典研究课题,在精确制导武器的制导图预处理中有着广泛地应用.针对经典的边缘检测算子不能很好地提取噪声图像边缘这一问题,在数学形态学的基础上,提出了一种边缘提取方法.利用局部差别准则确定图像中受噪声影响的像素点,并对其进行形态学操作,滤除噪声,保存边缘.实验表明,该算法不仅具有很好的边缘提取能力,还具有很强的抗噪能力.说明了该算法的有效性和实用性.     

海洋石油开发工业污染物产生系数和排放系数研究

污染物产生系数和排放系数是工程环境影响评价的重要指标,但对于海洋石油开发工程环境影响评价来说,迄今尚无具权威性的系数可资使用。在我国近海石油开发工程污染源系统调查的基础上,对海洋石油开发行业污染物产生系数和排放系数的定义、计算方法、应用范围及应用方式进行了探讨,研究结果可为海洋石油开发工程项目环境影响评价及环境保护管理,以及行业或企业有关标准的制定提供参考。     

斜井抽油系统优化设计技术研究及应用

结合斜井井身轨迹特点,建立了斜井三维井眼中杆柱轴向载荷和侧向载荷计算数学模型,给出扶正器间距和加重杆配置的计算方法;应用系统工程分析方法,给出系统参数设计的步骤,形成了斜井有杆泵抽油系统抽汲参数优化设计方法,编制了相应的优化设计软件。现场应用实例表明,该优化设计方法理论正确可靠,根据本方法编制的斜井抽油系统优化设计软件用于现场设计,可达到有效降低管杆偏磨,减小悬点载荷,提高油井产量、泵效和井下系统效率之目的。

Scanning the controls: genomics and nanotechnology

We outline some of the possible applications of nanotechnology to modern molecular biology and discuss several technologies that can be used to make nanoscale confining environments (channels or post arrays) for long polymers such as DNA. A particular emphasis is placed on making large arrays using non-electron beam lithography methods. We then discuss how focused ion beam (FIB) milling can be used to construct nearfield slits for examining molecules     

Vibrational analysis of functionalized polyolefins/poly(vinylchloride) blends

Polyolefins functionalized with diethylmaleate were mixed with poly(vinylchloride) (PVC) in different compositions. Intermolecular interactions involving the carbonyl groups of the side chains of the functionalized polyolefins and methine hydrogens of PVC were investigated by means of infrared spectroscopy. The major flexibility of the ester groups attached to the backbone chains, with respect to polyesters, seems to increase the capability of such groups to interact with groups of more polar polymers, thus allowing prediction of easier miscibility, which however also depends on the starting polyolefin structure and function-alization degree.     

沉积物源的综合识别与岩性圈闭的确定——以柴达木盆地七个泉地区为例

 柴达木盆地西部南区的阿尔金山前带是寻找岩性地层油气藏的有利地区。但该区沉积物源多、砂层薄，仅用常规的、单一的方法难以取得岩性地层油气藏勘探的效果。本文通过建立层序地层格架确定寻找岩性油气藏的主要目的层段，应用重矿物组分、测井响应、波阻抗反演等多种方法进行沉积物源和岩性圈闭的综合识别，在柴达木盆地西部南区七个泉构造斜坡带上确定一个地层岩性圈闭，已获得钻探的证实。     

Two-photon pumping of a random laser

Random lasing originates from pumping disordered materials by high-intensity and high-frequency light. The performance of random lasers is restricted due to the absorption of pumping light within the interfacial layer. The lifetime of optical modes there is short due to the emission of photons to the outside, and it is hard to pump them sufficiently for lasing. The opportunity to excite the modes far from the material surface using two-photon absorption is investigated within the diffusion model. The authors show that lasing requires lower pump power for the two-photon pumping mechanism under conditions of negligible absorption of the emitted light. Experimental implications and restrictions are discussed.
