Given a set of H design specifications, the issue is to check whether there exists a controller, whose order is free, which satisfies these specifications. The classical solution, which is based on Youla parametrization and convex closed loop design, is not really satisfactory since it should use an infinite dimensional basis of filters, which cannot be done in practice. Let J* the minimal value of the design objective over such an infinite dimensional basis of filters. A Nevanlinna Pick interpolation method is proposed here to compute lower and upper bounds of J*, by solving the design problem on a finite set of frequencies. Finite-time convergence of the algorithm is proved.  相似文献

In recent years, several extensions of tree automata have been considered. Most of them are related with the capability of testing equality or disequality of certain subterms of the term evaluated by the automaton. In particular, tree automata with global constraints are able to test equality and disequality of subterms depending on the state to which they are evaluated. The emptiness problem is known decidable for this kind of automata, but with a non-elementary time complexity, and the finiteness problem remains unknown. In this paper, we consider the particular case of tree automata with global constraints when the constraint is a conjunction of disequalities between states, and the disequality predicate is forced to be reflexive. This restriction is significant in the context of XML definitions with monadic key constraints. We prove that emptiness and finiteness are decidable in triple exponential time for this kind of automata.  相似文献

The flavonoid fraction in saffron spice has been analysed, for the first time, by LC-DAD-MS/MS ESI and five kaempferol derivatives have been found. Compounds such as kaempferol-3-sophoroside, kaempferol-3-sophoroside-7-glucoside and kaempferol-3,7,4′-triglucoside were tentatively identified, whereas other compounds, such as kaempferol tetrahexoside and kaempferol-3-dihexoside were detected. Saffron samples from different geographical origins were clearly separated by their kaempferol 3-sophoroside contents that were able to explain 100% of the variance when a discriminant test was carried out.  相似文献

A 1‐y storage trial was designed involving different temperatures (8, 21, and 30 °C) to assess the antioxidant properties of a dessert formulated with concentrated juices of grape, blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, and cherry. The total antioxidant activity (TAA) of the dessert was measured as the scavenging capacity of the 2,2′‐azino‐di‐[3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulphonate] radical cation (ABTS) and as its iron‐reducing ability (FRAP). Color was spectrophotometrically measured, and vitamin C and phenolics were analyzed by HPLC. The color parameters and the concentrations of different antioxidant compounds were affected by storage conditions, especially in samples stored at 30 °C, although the TAA remained practically invariable during storage.  相似文献

Group-orthogonal multi-carrier code division multiple access (GO-MC-CDMA) has recently been proposed as a promising technique for the uplink segment of wireless systems. In this paper we propose and analyze a related scheme, group-orthogonal multi-carrier code division multiplexing (GO-MC-CDM), suitable for the downlink segment of the future generation of wireless systems. The proposed system is shown to offer a similar bit error rate (BER) performance as the downlink version of GO-MC-CDMA at a fraction of its computational complexity. An analytical expression for the BER when using maximum likelihood (ML) detection is derived providing valuable insight into the parameters affecting the system performance and providing a basis for its optimization. Simulation results using parameters and (correlated) channel models aiming at the next generation of wireless systems are provided confirming the analytically derived results.  相似文献

In this work, it is demonstrated that it is possible to eliminate the filtration step in the determination of the acid-soluble chloride content of cement and concrete by potentiometric titration, irrespective of the method used for detecting the end-point of the titration. Extensive analytical results are presented corresponding to several types of cement and to a broad range of chloride concentrations in concrete. Some requirements to avoid errors in such analytical determinations are discussed.  相似文献

Surface roughness plays a key role in the performance of machined components??specially dies and moulds??manufactured for the aerospace and automotive industries, among others. However, roughness can only be measured off-line after the part has been machined, when cutting conditions may no longer be adjusted to surface roughness requirements. A reliable surface roughness prediction application is presented in this paper. It is based on ensemble learning for vertical high-speed milling operations with ball-end mills for finishing operations on quenched steel 1.2344 (AISI H13) that are widely used in the manufacture of moulds and dies. The new approach was validated with an experimental dataset that includes geometrical tool factors, cutting conditions, dynamic factors and lubricant type. An intensive comparison with an artificial neural network approach for the same dataset is included, to reveal the improvements of the new technique over other well-established ones for this industrial problem. This comparison shows that ensemble learning can by-pass the time-consuming task of tuning neural network parameters and can also improve prediction model accuracy, both of which are features that could lead to greater use of these kinds of prediction models in real workshops. Finally, a methodology, based on this new approach, is presented, in order to illustrate how the prediction model can be used in workshops to optimize cutting conditions in terms of their surface quality and productivity.  相似文献

BACKGROUND This study was designed to describe the phenolic status of lemon juice obtained from fruits of lemon trees differing in iron (Fe) nutritional status. Three types of Fe(III) compound were used in the experiment, namely a synthetic chelate and two complexes derived from natural polymers of humic and lignine nature. RESULTS All three Fe(III) compounds were able to improve the Fe nutritional status of lemon trees, though to different degrees. This Fe(III) compound effect led to changes in the polyphenol content of lemon juice. Total phenolics were decreased (~33% average decrease) and, in particular, flavanones, flavones and flavonols were affected similarly. CONCLUSION Iron‐deficient trees showed higher phenolic contents than Fe(III) compound‐treated trees, though Fe deficiency had negative effects on the yield and visual quality of fruits. However, from a human nutritional point of view and owing to the health‐beneficial properties of their bioavailable phenolic compounds, the nutritional quality of fruits of Fe‐deficient lemon trees in terms of phenolics was higher than that of fruits of Fe(III) compound‐treated lemon trees. The maturation of HIV-1 virions is accomplished through the proteolytic cleavage of Gag and GagPol precursor polyproteins by the viral-encoded protease (PR). Since virions are assembled from unprocessed polyproteins, the intracellular activation of PR must be limited. An experimental system was established that allows the investigation of the intracellular regulation of PR activity. By expressing Gag in trans with the GagPol precursor, downregulation of the intracellular PR activity associated with GagPol was demonstrated. Inhibition of PR activity was dependent upon the context of PR expression. Sequences capable of mediating this inhibition were localized to capsid. A mechanism through which Gag regulates PR activity is proposed whereby the disproportionate synthesis of Gag inhibits the activation of PR in the cytoplasm. Further elucidation of the mechanism of intracellular inhibition of PR activity may facilitate the development of novel PR inhibitors capable of inhibiting viral replication in vivo.  相似文献
