Effect of extrusion wheel angular velocity on continuous extrusion forming process of copper concave bus bar

The continuous extrusion forming process for producing large section copper concave bus bar under different extrusion wheel angular velocities was studied by three-dimensional finite element technology based on software DEFORM-3D. The rigid-viscoplastic constitutive equation was employed in the model. The numerical simulation results show that the deformation body flow velocity in the die orifice increases gradually with the increase of the extrusion wheel angular velocity. But slippage between the rod and extrusion wheel occurs when the extrusion wheel angular velocity is high. The effective stress near the die orifice enhances gradually with increasing extrusion wheel angular velocity. High stress is concentrated in adjacent regions of the flash gap. The effective strain gradient is greater near the abutment than that near the die orifice. The effective strain of the product increases gradually with increasing extrusion wheel angular velocity. In the deformation process, the deformation body temperature increases remarkably due to friction and deformation. So the cooling is necessary in the region of the die and tools.     

液相流动对柱晶一次间距的影响

利用带有对流驱动系统的定向凝固装置,研究了液相稳定流动时透明合金SCN-2wt-％Ace定向凝固的动态过程.结果表明:流动显著改变定向凝固柱状晶的一次间距枝晶的间距增大,主要是流动与枝端浓度场耦合作用的结果;胞晶的间距变小,主要是侧向分枝转向生长的结果     

STAGES ON STRAIN HARDENING CURVE AND ULTIMATE UNIFORM STRAIN

本文采用自行设计和改进的滚动刀口径向引伸仪,精确地测定了若干典型金属材料的真应力(σ)-真应变(ε)曲线。根据最大均匀应变ε_B对应于σ-ε曲线和dσ/1dε-ε曲线交点的理论关系,探讨了基体和第二相对这两条曲线,亦即对ε_B值的影响。根据在双对数坐标上硬化曲线出现阶段性的事实,分析了硬化指数n_1,n_2对基体和第二相敏感的问题。研究表明,dσ/dε-ε曲线主要取决于基体状态,而口σ-ε曲线则受第二相影响较大。n_1对基体较敏感;n_z则对第二相较敏感。n_s的出现是一个值得重视的问题。文中最后讨论了n和ε_B的关系,指出一定条件下只存在n_z=ε_B的近似关系。     

用于混凝土结构的参比电极

总结了用于混凝土结构的Ag/AgCl和Pb两种电极,在室内、外及钢筋混凝土码头梁板内的试验情况,结果表明.固定式Ag/AgCl电极电位变化较小.制备安装简单,可作为混凝土中埋置的参比电极,可更换式Ag/AgCl电极电位稳定,寿命长,在工程应用中、适合作为混凝土结构的长效参比电极     

MODEL OF CLEAVAGE CRACK PROPAGATION ACROSS BOUNDARY

In the light of analysis of the features of cleavage fractographs of low carbon steel,the stresscriterion for cleavage crack propagation across ferrite grain boundary was established on thesupposition that resistance to the propagation results from an arbitrary mutual orientation ofthe cleavage plans in the neighbouring grains.On the basis of concept of statistical distribu-tion of cleavage plane in space,the probabilistic characteristic of cleavage process was ex-pounded,and the fracture stress of the cracked specimen over temperature range in whichfracture is initiated by cleavage mechanism was calculated by means of finite element analysisprogram and the calculated result was found to be in agreement with that measured.

Fluorescence enhancement and cofluorescence in complexes of terbium(Ⅲ) with trimellitic acid

The fluorescence of terbium (Ⅲ) was enhanced by about three orders of magnitude in the presence of trimellitic acid (benzene-l, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid (TLA)) in aqueous solution at pH 6. The fluorescence intensity could be greatly increased when the system of Tb3+-TLA was treated with La3+ (or Gd3+) and TritonX- 100. The addition of La3+ (or Gd3+) enhances the fluorescence of the system by about two orders of magnitude due to cofluorescence, and the TritonX-100 micellar medium plays an important role for stabilization of the system. Both the intermolecular energy transfer mode and intramolecular energy transfer mode are responsible for the mechanism of fluorescence enhancement. In the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity is a linear function of Tb3+ concentration in the range of 7.8 × 10-9-3.6 × 10-6 mol/L for the system Tb3+-La3+-TLA and 1.0 × 10-8-4.7 × 10-6 mol/L for the system Tb3+-Gd3+-TLA, and the limits of detection are 4.6 ×10-10 mol/L and 6.0 × 10-10 mol/L, respectively.     

斗轮机行走装置履带结的失效分析

新型纳米分散剂提高醇基涂料悬浮稳定性的研究

对用新型纳米分散剂提高醇基涂料悬浮稳定性进行了研究 ,试验结果表明 ,只有新型纳米分散剂和有机助剂配合使用 ,才可取得明显的悬浮效果 ,醇基涂料的 2h、 2 4h、 48h和 72h悬浮率分别达到 99%、 98%、 96 %和 94%。这种醇基涂料还具有强度高、发气量低、涂刷性好和点火不起泡等特点。
