An alternative gibbs-duhem method for the calculation of activities from the redox data for iron oxide in ternary oxide systems

An alternative approach is presented in this article for the calculation of the activity of FeO, Fe₂O₃, and the other component in ternary oxide slags when the redox behavior of iron oxides is known. The approach avoids the use of the “tangent intercepts” to the iso-oxygen activity curves as required in Schuhmann's method. Favorable comparisons were obtained for the systems of FeO-Fe₂O₃-CaO and FeO-Fe₂O₃-SiO₂ between the isoactivity curves derived using this method and those established in previous work using Schuhmann's method. Direct calculation of the free energy of mixing from the redox data is also possible. An example is given for the FeO-Fe₂O₂-CaO system.     

Modified atmosphere packaging of a mixed prepared vegetable salad dish

The aim of this study was to design a modified atmosphere package for a mixed vegetable salad consisting of 75 g of cut carrot, 55 g of cut cucumber, 20 g of sliced garlic and 50 g of whole green pepper. Respiration data of all the components were combined with film permeability data to predict package atmospheres and design optimal packages for experimental testing for improved shelf-life of the produce. The optimal package avoided minimum O₂ and maximum CO₂ tolerance limits, and chilling injury temperatures for any component. A pouch form package made of 27 mm low density polyethylene developed a modified atmosphere of 2.0–2.1% O₂ and 5.5–5.7% CO₂, which was beneficial for all components and provided better quality retention than other test packages.

棉铃宝高效液相色谱分析方法研究

本法采用同一色谱条件反相高效液相色谱法测定棉铃宝中甲基对硫磷和辛硫磷的含量，方法简单易行，具有较高的精密度和准确度，其回收率分析为甲基对硫磷９９．５９％，辛硫磷１０１．０％。     

热力学相图计算技术在闪速燃烧合成氮化硅铁中的应用

将热力学相图计算技术应用于Si-Fe-O-N体系,以评估由FeSi75粉闪速燃烧合成氮化硅铁的条件和目标产物。结果表明:将闪速燃烧温度控制在1200～1500℃之间较为适宜,此时平衡态产物中除主要含有Si3N4以外,还有一定量的Fe与Si间化合物和少量稳定的SiO2存在。此计算结果与实际试验结果吻合良好。     

非标准工况下空分设备增产氩的研究与实践

文章对非标准工况下的空分设备增产氩措施进行了研究。以宝钢6#60000m3/h空分设备为例,通过设计型算法和校核型算法,建立了空分设备精馏的数学模型,通过改变数学模型的参数,分析了在非标准工况下精馏塔内的组分浓度分布,并提出了优化后的操作方案和操作参数,实施后提高了空分设备的氩提取率,取得了显著的经济效益。     

基于IPC的直流电机控制实验装置设计

介绍了工业控制计算机（IPC）在工业自动化领域中对直流机控制的应用，以工控机作为实验平台。设计了IPC测控系统之一的直流机测控子系统的实验装置，叙述了如何用IPC进行直流机转速的脉冲调宽式（PWM）控制，并通过软件实现在多任务实时操作系统（MROS）申直流机的速度测控和速度曲线绘制。     

Characterization of ultrashort optical pulses with third-harmonic-generation based triple autocorrelation

We present a method to obtain complete information of femtosecond pulses. By measuring triple-optical autocorrelation directly with third-harmonic generation, without spectral information, a temporal pulse shape can be obtained by analytical calculation without direction-of-time ambiguity. Combining the resulting optical pulse shape with its corresponding optical spectrum, the exact phase and color variations in time can all be recovered with a Gerchberg-Saxton algorithm through an iterative calculation with an O(n) complexity.     

模糊规划在炼油厂生产计划优化中的应用

生产计划的编制是炼油化工企业生产经营管理中的一个关键环节，然而由于市场变化的不确定性，使得企业的长远规划制定受到限制，笔者将模糊数学应用于炼厂生产计划的编制，通过模糊规划对炼油企业生产计划进行优化，使编得的生产计划在一定程度上反映市场的变化并使企业的生产效益最优，为企业管理决策者进行长期规划给予指导，给出了实例来说明该方法的可行性。     

中频反应溅射SiO2膜与直流溅射ITO膜的在线联镀

多数ITO透明导电玻璃生产线在实现SiO2膜与ITO膜在线联镀时，应用SiO2靶射频溅射沉积SiO2膜工艺和ITO靶直流溅射沉积ITO膜工艺，如果SiO2膜应用硅靶反应磁控溅射工艺，存在这种工艺是否可以与ITO靶直流溅射沉积ITO膜工艺在线联用以及如何实现联用的问题。作者对现有的生产线进行了改造设计、加工，做了大量实验、质谱分析和多项测试研究，成功地实现反应溅射SiO2膜与ITO膜在线联镀，做到SiO2镀膜室的工作状态的变化基本上不影响ITO镀膜室的工艺条件。
