(Fe_(0.86)Zr_(0.033)Nb_(0.033)B_(0.068)Cu_(0.01))_x(Al_2O_3)_(1-x)颗粒膜的霍耳效应

用磁控溅射方法制备了系列 (Fe0 .86 Zr0 .0 33Nb0 .0 33B0 .0 6 8Cu0 .0 1 ) x(Al2 O3) 1 -x颗粒膜样品 ,体积百分比x从 0 .3 3～ 0 .63 ,样品厚度约为10 0nm。室温下在Fe0 .86 Zr0 .0 33Nb0 .0 33B0 .0 6 8Cu0 .0 1 体积百分比x =0 .43时得到 17.5 μΩ·cm的最大饱和霍耳电阻率 ,比纯铁磁金属提高了 3～ 4个量级。对其磁性和微结构进行了研究 ,样品霍耳电阻率随外场的变化曲线 ρxy～H与磁场平行于膜面时的磁化曲线M～H有相似性 ,说明霍尔电阻率 ρxy与磁化强度M相关。样品电阻率 ρxx随金属体积百分比x的减小而增加 ,在x =0 .43附近发生突变 ,从金属导电变为绝缘体。根据微结构和输运性质对可能的机制进行了探讨     

Organizational determinants of IT adoption in the pharmaceutical distribution sector

The aim of this paper is to propose new organizational factors that might explain the differences in the extent and the speed of IT adoption. With this in mind, we carried out an analysis of 16 cases in the pharmaceutical distribution sector in Spain. The results indicate that there are certain intangible assets that favour the introduction and development of IT. Among these are a frank and fluid communication between departments and members of the organization, low levels of conflict, the explicit support of top management towards IT adoption and learning and creative skills of IT-staff. In addition to these factors, we found others that we propose as catalysts of IT adoption. Among these we might mention the special relationship between the member-clients and the company in the case of cooperative firms.

回顾了中国石油天然气股份公司所属乙烯装置2002年的生产情况，总结了乙烯生产管理中取得的经验和存在的问题，并提出了今后乙烯生产管理的目标。     

Temperature Dependence of Ultra-Low-Frequency Dielectric Relaxation of Barium Titanate Ceramic

Based on a linear voltage ramp method, ultraslow dielectric relaxation of undoped BaTiO₃ ceramic has been carefully measured over the temperature range between − 180° and +120°C. Temperature dependence of the dielectric constant in the frequency range from 10 ⁻⁵ to 10⁻¹ Hz can be obtained using Kramers–Kronig equations. Close to the Curie temperature, the dielectric constant increases so rapidly that the Curie peak is overwhelmed. Two kinds of relaxation processes were observed in this experiment. Ferroelectric domain and mobile charge are proposed to be responsible for the relaxation over the temperature range. With temperature increasing, Maxwell–Wagner relaxation associated with mobile charge gradually dominates. From relaxation time constants at various temperatures, relaxation activation energies about 0.06 and 0.09 eV are identified.     

双回路铁塔绝缘配合研究

针对三峡500kV双回同塔线路的塔型方案优化选择，依据工程实际情况以及防雷计算结果，对塔头的绝缘配合进行了研究。研究结果表明，所优选推荐并采用差绝缘的塔型尺寸紧凑、质量轻、美观，而且防雷特性较优，尤其是双回同时跳闸率最低。     

Phytochemical and biological investigation of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Stevia rebaudiana</Emphasis> Bertoni; 1-labdane-type diterpene

Five labdane diterpenoids, austroinulin, iso-austroinulin, sterebin E, sterebin E acetate, and sterebin A acetate, along with hydrocarbons, aliphatic alcohols, β-amyrin, β-sitosterol and stigmasterol were isolated from the chloroform soluble fraction of the methanol extract of Stevia rebaudiana leaves. Chlorogenic and caffeic acids were isolated from the EtOAc fraction. All the isolated compounds were identified using spectral tools. The chloroform and methanol extracts proved significant anti-inflammatory effect and caused marked inhibition of carrageenan-induced paw oedema in rats.     

SRTM数据在重力勘探中的分析和应用

SRTM数据具有统一的基准和精度以及可计算性等特点，应用于重力勘探项目的投标报价、工期预测、工区踏勘、设计编写、生产安排、人员调度及风险评估等方面，能提高生产效率和节约成本。本文对具体实测的SRTM数据进行了对比和分析，并结合OziExplorer和GlobalMapper网络公开软件，介绍了该数据在实际生产中的应用。

An integrated system of biological and catalytic oxidation for the removal of o-xylene from exhaust

Biofiltration is an efficient technology for treatment of gaseous waste. Its disadvantages, however, include large volume of bioreactor and slow adaptation to fluctuating concentrations in waste gas. Catalytic oxidation offers a high destructive efficiency at relatively low operating temperature and small unit. A bench scale system integrated with a biofilter and a catalytic oxidation unit for the treatment of gases containing o-xylene was investigated in this study. The catalytic oxidation unit was packed with Cu/Al₂O₃ catalyst. The results showed that 90% of o-xylene could be removed in the biofilter at the load below 38.2 g m⁻³ h⁻¹. High o-xylene concentration in inlet gas resulted in an overload of the biofilter. Using the Cu/Al₂O₃ catalytic oxidation unit, the concentration of o-xylene could be reduced evidently. The combination of the chemical and microbial processes not only led to a high and stable efficiency of o-xylene conversion, but also improved capacity resisting the shock loads. The Cu/Al₂O₃ was studied for o-xylene oxidation in temperature range of 90–320 °C. The o-xylene conversion was improved correspondingly with the increasing of oxidation temperature. The reaction mechanism of o-xylene oxidation on Cu/Al₂O₃ was also investigated using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS).
