利用喷射成形技术制备了CuCr2 5合金触头材料 ,研究了雾化压力对显微组织、致密度和收得率的影响 ,对制得的沉积坯件进行了热锻压和热等静压致密化处理 ,并测试了触头材料的密度、硬度和电导率。研究结果表明 :最合适的雾化压力为 0 .6MPa ,沉积坯件经过 95 0℃锻压后再在 10 70℃ ,2 0 0MPa下热等静压 8h ,可以得到全致密的触头材料 ,铬颗粒平均直径小于 10 μm ,硬度达 10 0HB ,电导率 2 5~2 9Ms·m- 1 ,说明致密化处理后的喷射成形CuCr2 5合金是一种优良的触头材料。 相似文献

The preparation and characterization of a new cyclometalated iridium complex with 2-(1-naphthalene) pyridine ligand were reported. An electrophosphorescent device was fabricated by using this new iridium complex as guest and poly-(cyano-paraphenylene) as host. Red electrophosphorescence was observed with an emission peak at approximately 600 nm. An external quantum efficiency of 1.3% was achieved in this electrophosphorescent polymer light-emitting devices. 相似文献

The effect of melting temperature, time, and the type of raw material, NaNO3 or Na2CO3, as a source for Na2O on the glass formation for a Na2O·4TeO2(NT4) melt was investigated. Melting with NaNO3 at 750°C for a short time (15 min) produced a glass that is slightly more chemically durable and more resistant to crystallization than glasses melted at a higher temperature (800°C), or for a longer time (60 min), or using Na2CO3. A thin surface layer (<1.5 nm) that contains some nitrogen and a higher concentration of bridging oxygen is suspected to be the reason for the higher chemical durability and higher resistance to crystallization for this glass. However, melting at 800°C for 60 min produced a glass, whose properties were independent of the type of raw material, NaNO3 or Na2CO3, used. 相似文献

Zirconia and hafnia based thermal barrier coating materials were produced by industrial prototype electron beam-physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD). Columnar microstructure of the thermal barrier coatings were modified with controlled microporosity and diffuse sub-interfaces resulting in lower thermal conductivity (20–30% depending up on microporosity volume fraction), higher thermal reflectance (15–20%) and more strain tolerance as compared with standard thermal barrier coatings (TBC). The novel processed coating systems were examined by various techniques including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction, thermal conductivity by laser technique, and hemispherical reflectance. 相似文献

A physical model of interfacial waves in annular two-phase flow was studied in both microgravity and normal gravity. The wave
structure was obtained for local film thickness and velocity measurements using a conductance probe technique. It was found
that the wave height, and not its width, is strongly affected by changing the gravity level. In fact, the wave height in normal
gravity is more than twice that in microgravity. Using an analogous approach to a turbulent, single-phase flow in a rough
tube, a preliminary mathematical model was proposed to calculate the wave amplitude. The model fits well with the experimental
data and shows that the wave height in normal gravity is approximately 1.7 times the combined thickness of the viscous sublayer
and transition zones in the turbulent gas stream. The wave height in microgravity was estimated to be approximately 80% of

Preparation and High-Temperature Water-Gas Shift Catalytic Features of La1-xCexFeO3 Perovskite 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Based on water-gas shift reaction mechanism and perovskite compounds characteristics, La1-xCexFeO3(.K) perovskite were designed and prepared as shift catalysts. DTA and XRD results reveal that La1-xCexFeO3 can be formed at 730-760℃ by mechanic-mix thermal decomposition method. Activity and heat-resisting tests show that La1-xCexFeO3 (.K) possess high thermal stability if x is less than or equals to 0.5. But when x is greater than 0.5, La1-xCexFeO3 (.K) will be converted into ceria and magnetite partially or completely under shift reaction conditions. In the case of x=0.5, the conversion of CO is about 68% at 530℃. Potassium can greatly improve the low temperature activity, but slightly reduces the high temperature activity, and has little impact on the thermal stability. La0.5Ce0.5FeO3(.K) is a promising chromium-free high temperature shift catalyst. 相似文献
