Nano-structured pure Co2SnO4 powders have been synthesized using the co-precipitation method in the presence of oleic acid (OA) as a capping agent. The Taguchi L4 statistical design was used to investigate the effect of the main parameters (i.e., OA concentration, calcination time, and calcination temperature) on Co2SnO4 formation, crystallite size, and morphology. Co2SnO4 particles were characterized by powder x-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform of infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area measurements. The formation of small and well-crystalline particles, on the order of 41.12-90.60 nm in crystal size, has been determined from XRD patterns and confirmed by SEM and DLS. The specific surface area was measured by a BET method to be 25.43 m2/g. The particle size of the product was observed by DLS to be in the range of 40-105 nm. The results indicated that calcination temperature has the most significant effect on the produced cobalt stannate crystal size.  相似文献

A hydrogen liquefaction concept with an innovative configuration and a capacity of 4 kg·s-1 (345.6 t·d-1) is developed. The concept involves an ammonia absorption refrigeration system for the pre-cooling of hydrogen and MR streams from 25 ℃ to -30 ℃. The ammonia absorption refrigeration system is fed by exhaust gases of the Parand gas power plant that are normally dissipated to the environment with a temperature of 546 ℃. The simulation is performed by Aspen HYSYS V9.0, using two separate equations of state for simulating hydrogen and MR streams to gain more accurate results especially for ortho-para conversion. Results show that conversion enthalpy estimated by Aspen HYSYS, fits very well to the experimental data. Determining the important independent variables and composition of MRs are done using trial and error procedure, a functional and straightforward method for complicated systems. The minimum temperature limit in the cooling section is lowered, and an ortho-para converter is implemented in this section. The proposed concept performs well from energy aspects and leads to COP and SEC equal to 0.271 and 4.54 kW·h·kg-1, respectively. The main advantage of this study is in the low SEC, eliminating the losses of the distribution network, and improving the ability of the hydrogen liquefaction for energy storage in off-peak times.  相似文献

This work presents a study of flashover voltage for outdoor polyester and composite insulators under some desert climatic conditions. Cylindrical polyester composite samples have been prepared after incorporated with different concentrations of inorganic fillers e.g., alumina trihydrate [ATH], boric acid [H3BO3] and magnesium hydroxide [Mg(OH)2] to improve the electrical, mechanical and thermal properties in addition to maximize the surface flashover voltage and decrease the tracking phenomena.Results showed that flashover voltage reaches to 38 kV for samples without filler and 47 kV for samples containing 50% of ATH filler in dry condition. A comparison between inorganic fillers under various environmental conditions showed higher flashover voltage values for samples containing ATH filler than that of samples containing H3BO3 and Mg(OH)2 fillers at all filler concentrations. Flashover voltage increases 24% by adding ATH filler for polyester samples under sandstorm conditions. Also, in this study, the effects of sandstorm, ultra violet (UV) radiation, mechanical strength (compressive and tensile strengths) and thermal performance with respect to surface of the sample under test have been investigated in detail.  相似文献

The Khesht field was discovered in 1992 and located some 25 km from Kazeron town. One reservoir (Asmari) was found to be hydrocarbon bearing in the field. The discovery well also tested to a production rate of 9,450 barrels of oil per day. Artificial lift method selection is very important. An improper selection of artificial lift can reduce production and increase the operating cost substantially. Once a decision has been made on the type to install on a well, it can be rarely altered whether or not the method selected was and still is the optimal for the existing conditions. The authors present the screening criteria on the different artificial lift techniques and discuss among them to choices suitable technique to apply in the field. A comparison among natural flow, electrical submersible pump, and gas lift will present for the Khesht field only to help in reaching the conclusions to verify the best solution to produce the wells. In this study the production rates are the only factor in determining the best well completion. Reservoir simulation model was used to predict the performance of different artificial lift methods.  相似文献

Outside of the classical microstructural detail-free estimates of effective moduli, micromechanical analyses of macroscopically uniform heterogeneous media may be grouped into two categories based on different geometric representations of material microstructure. Analysis of periodic materials is based on the repeating unit cell (RUC) concept and the associated periodic boundary conditions. This contrasts with analysis of statistically homogeneous materials based on the representative volume element (RVE) concept and the associated homogeneous boundary conditions. In this paper, using the above classification framework we provide a critical review of the various micromechanical approaches that had evolved along different paths, and outline recent emerging trends. We begin with the basic framework for the solution of micromechanics problems independent of microstructural representation, and then clarify the often confused RVE and RUC concepts. Next, we describe classical models, including the available RVE-based models, and critically examine their limitations. This is followed by discussion of models based on the concept of microstructural periodicity. In the final part, two recent unit cell-based models, which continue to evolve, are outlined. First, a homogenization technique called finite-volume direct averaging micromechanics theory is presented as a viable and easily implemented alternative to the mainstream finite-element based asymptotic homogenization of unit cells. The recent incorporation of parametric mapping into this approach has made it competitive with the finite-element method. Then, the latest work based on locally-exact solutions of unit cell problems is described. In this approach, the interior unit cell problem is solved exactly using the elasticity approach. The exterior problem is tackled with a new variational principle that successfully overcomes the non-separable nature of the overall unit cell problem.  相似文献

Iterated Halving has been suggested as a replacement to the Merkle?Damga?rd (MD) construction in 2004 anticipating the attacks on the MDx family of hash functions. The CRUSH hash function provides a specific instantiation of the block cipher for Iterated Halving. The authors identify structural problems with the scheme and show that they can trivially identify collisions and second preimages on many equal-length messages of length ten blocks or more. The cost is ten decryptions of the block cipher, this being less than the generation of a single digest. In addition, these attacks can be used to differentiate CRUSH from a random oracle in O(1). The authors show that the complexity of finding a preimage in the unpadded CRUSH with the length encoding is negligible and extend this attack on CRUSH with the length encoding in cost O(2/sup 32/). This attack is a multi-preimage attack, since the attacker can produce a large number of messages for a given message digest for the cost of O(2/sup 32/). Hence, this attack can be used as a multi-collision and a multisecond- preimage as well. They show that if the attacker knows the last 64-bits of the message digest in advance, he can do the time-consuming part of the attack off-line. The authors show that even if Iterated Halving is repaired, the construction has practical issues that means it is not suitable for general deployment.  相似文献

In this investigation, attempts have been made to study the inhibitive effect of N,N′-ortho-phenylen acetyle acetone imine (S1) and 4-[(3-{[1-(2-hydroxy phenyl) methylidene] amino} propyl] ethanemidol]-1,3-benzenediol (S2) in the concentration range of 50–400 ppm for mild steel with two different microstructures resulted from two different heat treatments (annealed (A) and quenched and tempered (Q&T)) in 1 M hydrochloric acid by ac impedance spectroscopy. The tests were conducted in acid solutions in the absence and presence of different concentrations of S1 and S2 Schiff bases for both microstructures. A sole time constant was observed from Bode-phase angle plots in the presence of inhibitors which reveals that the action of inhibitors is through adsorption on the surface. The charge transfer resistance and inhibition efficiency increases with the increase in Schiff bases concentration for both microstructures. The perlite samples in the absence of inhibitors in 1 M hydrochloric acid indicated slightly less corrosion than martensite ones, which was because of more protective oxide layers. Furthermore in the presence of S1 and S2, these samples showed better adsorption than martensite one. Schiff base S1 showed a better inhibition against corrosion in comparison with S2. Both S1 and S2 adsorbed on steel surface according to a Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. The associated Gibbs free energies for S1 on both microstructures are more than S2.  相似文献
