Zusammenfassung Entwickelt wurde eine Funktionserweiterung für CNC-Steuerungen an Drehmaschinen, die eine dynamische Schnittwertplanung und-steuerung nach technischen und organisatorischen Kriterien gestattet. Für diesen Optimierregler werden die aus einem entsprechenden mathematischen Modell abgeleiteten Algorithmen und seine Verbindung zur NC-Programmierung angegeben. Mittels weiterer Modelle wird auch eine integrierte Standzeitplanung und-steuerung bei wechselnden Schnittbedingungen dargestellt. Mit solchen Proze?regelkreisen für Schnittwerte und Werkzeugstandzeiten k?nnen erstamalig auch fertigungsorganisatorische Plandaten durch die CNC-Steuerung verarbeitet werden. Understanding the deformation behavior of nanocrystalline (nc) materials is important because of their possible application as structural materials. The investigation of macroscopic nc samples during in situ mechanical tests can shed light on operating deformation mechanisms. For example, observations during a compression test in a scanning electron microscope (SEM) or results obtained by more localized methods like transmission electron microscopy can extend our knowledge on this subject. In this study, we present the results of in situ SEM compression tests on nc Pd–10 at.% Au alloy with a mean grain size of 23 nm produced using the combination of inert gas condensation with subsequent high-pressure torsion. We show that plastic flow in this material is very inhomogeneous on both the macro and the mesoscale as it is localized in one area of the compression sample and within shear bands. The formation of shear bands is accompanied by strain softening. We propose that such behavior can be explained by the activation of grain boundary mediated deformation mechanisms instead of dislocation-based plasticity. This conclusion was supported by in situ synchrotron XRD measurements which revealed that no preferential grain orientation is forming during the compression of identically prepared samples of the same material.  相似文献

The crystallization of highly isotactic polypropylene confined in self-ordered nanoporous alumina is studied by differential scanning calorimetry. A transformation from a predominantly heterogeneous to predominantly homogeneous nucleation takes place if the pore diameter is smaller than 65 nm. Crystallization is suppressed with decreasing pore size, and the absence of nucleation below 20 nm pores indicates the critical nucleus size. The results reported here might enhance the understanding of nanocomposites containing semicrystalline polymers and reveal design criteria for polymeric nanofibers with tailored mechanical and optical properties.  相似文献

The polarization control method offers a flexible, robust, and low-cost route for the parallel fabrication of gratings with complex apodization profiles including several discrete phase shifts and chirp. The performance of several test gratings is evaluated in terms of their spectral response and compared with theoretical predictions. Short gratings with sidelobe-suppression levels in excess of 32 dB and transmission dips lower than 80 dB have been realized. Finally, most of the devices fabricated by the polarization control method show comparable quality to gratings manufactured by far more complex methods.  相似文献

The present work describes quantitative digital particle image velocimetry measurements of a full-scale water model of a thin slab mold. Different casting speeds and two submerged entry nozzles with one and two outlet ports have been investigated. The flow pattern of the single-port nozzle shows a counterclockwise-rotating double vortex that is nearly steady-state but leads to high stationary surface waves. The flow jets out of the two-port nozzle oscillate and produce a transient flow pattern with low wave amplitudes. The amplitudes for the one-port nozzle show a linear variation with the volumetric flow rate. The experimental results lead to a good interpretation of the flow phenomena and are used to validate steady-state numerical simulations with the commercial program, CFX, on the basis of the Reynolds equations. To describe anisotropic turbulence effects, the Reynolds stress model (RSM) is used for the flat single-port nozzle and the standard k-ɛ model for the mold flow. The calculated mean velocities and wave amplitudes, predicted from pressure distribution at the water surface, are generally in the consensus of the experimental data. Catalytic decomposition of dichlorodifluoromethane (CFC-12) in the presence of water vapor and oxygen was studied over a series of solid superacids, Mo2O3/ZrO2, that had different ZrO2 content by using a fixed-bed reactor. CO2 and CClF3 were the main products and no CO was detected as by-product. The decomposition activity of solid superacid largely depended on the content of ZrO2 and the calcination temperatures of Mo2O3/ZrO2. The optimal calcination temperature and content of ZrO2 for preparing Mo2O3/ZrO2 with the highest activity for catalytic decomposition of CFC-12 were 450°C and 20–40% by weight, respectively. Adopting a low concentration of oxygen and CFC-12 together with a high concentration of water vapor was preferable for having the high conversion efficiency of CFC-12 and the selectivity for CO2. The catalytic activity of Mo2O3/ZrO2 remained steady for 100?h in continuous operation.  相似文献

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) persists frequently into adulthood. The decomposition of endophenotypes by means of experimental neuro-cognitive assessment has the potential to improve diagnostic assessment, evaluation of treatment response, and disentanglement of genetic and environmental influences. We assessed four parameters of attentional capacity and selectivity derived from simple psychophysical tasks (verbal report of briefly presented letter displays) and based on a “theory of visual attention.” These parameters are mathematically independent, quantitative measures, and previous studies have shown that they are highly sensitive for subtle attention deficits. Potential reductions of attentional capacity, that is, of perceptual processing speed and working memory storage capacity, were assessed with a whole report paradigm. Furthermore, possible pathologies of attentional selectivity, that is, selection of task-relevant information and bias in the spatial distribution of attention, were measured with a partial report paradigm. A group of 30 unmedicated adult ADHD patients and a group of 30 demographically matched healthy controls were tested. ADHD patients showed significant reductions of working memory storage capacity of a moderate to large effect size. Perceptual processing speed, task-based, and spatial selection were unaffected. The results imply a working memory deficit as an important source of behavioral impairments. The theory of visual attention parameter working memory storage capacity might constitute a quantifiable and testable endophenotype of ADHD. Summary Potential polymeric herbicides have been synthesized by reacting poly(acrylic acid)s with 3-aniino-1,2,4-triazole and 1-acetyl-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole, respectively. The produced copolymers contained the active moieties as pendant groups in the range of 3 to 27 per cent of weight and with a content of carboxyl groups up to 95 mol-%.
