The antibody responses of 65 volunteers receiving an i.d. regimen (0.1 ml given at two sites on days 0, 3, 7 and 0.1 ml given at one site on days 30 and 90) were compared with the control group of 35 volunteers receiving the standard i.m. regimen. By day 14, seroconversion was observed in all vaccinees in both groups. Geometric Mean Titers remained higher than 0.5 IU/ml throughout the study period. At the end of the observation period on day 365, antibodies persisted in all subjects. The multisite i.d. PCEC regimen has been proved as immunogenic as the standard i.m. regimen. Both regimens were well tolerated. Thus, it would be the effective and cheapest available rabies post-exposure treatment using tissue culture vaccine. 相似文献

A novel architecture that enables fast write/read in poly-PMOS load or high-resistance polyload single-bit-line cells is developed. The architecture for write uses alternate twin word activation (ATWA) with bit-line pulsing. A dummy cell is used to obtain a reference voltage for reading. An excellent balance between a normal cell signal line and a dummy cell signal line is attained using balanced common data-line architecture. A newly developed self-bias-control (SBC) sense amplifier provides excellent stability and fast sensing performance for input voltages close to VCC at a low power supply of 2.5 V. The single-bit-line architecture is incorporated in a 16-Mb SRAM, which was fabricated using 0.25-μm CMOS technology. The proposed single-bit-line architecture reduces the cell area to 2.3-μm2 , which is two-thirds of a conventional two-bit-line cell with the same processes. Developed a W-band (75-110 GHz) waveguide photomixer with a uni-traveling carrier photodiode, which can be driven by two 1.5-/spl mu/m lasers. It generates an output power of 2.2/spl plusmn/0.2 mW at 100 GHz with a laser power of less than 100 mW, and its relative power variation is as small as 3 dB across the entire frequency range of the W-band. by the Ramberg-Osgood law, the steady-state creep deformation by Garofalo’s creep law, and the transient creep deformation
by a model proposed here. A method to estimate the material constants in the elasto-plastic-creep constitutive model is also
proposed. The method of separation of the various deformations is applied to the deformation of the lead-free solder alloy
Sn/3Ag/0.5Cu and the lead-containing solder alloy Sn/37Pb to compare the differences in the plastic, transient creep, and
steady-state creep deformations. The method of separation provides a powerful tool to select the optimum lead-free solder

Fourier transform infrared and Raman (FT-IR and FT-Raman) microspectroscopy were used to study materials found in human tissue. Individual cases involving cholesterol, calcium stearate, and a polystyrenesulfonate ion exchange resin demonstrate the utility of the spectroscopic data. The generation of millimetre- and submillimetre-waves by uni-travelling-carrier photodiode module with WR-8 output port is investigated in a frequency range of up to 800 GHz.
