This paper introduces a new concept of testability called consecutive testability and proposes a design-for-testability method for making a given SoC consecutively testable based on integer linear programming problem. For a consecutively testable SoC, testing can be performed as follows. Test patterns of a core are propagated to the core inputs from test pattern sources (implemented either off-chip or on-chip) consecutively at the speed of system clock. Similarly the test responses are propagated to test response sinks (implemented either off-chip or on-chip) from the core outputs consecutively at the speed of system clock. The propagation of test patterns and responses is achieved by using interconnects and consecutive transparency properties of surrounding cores. All interconnects can be tested in a similar fashion. Therefore, it is possible to test not only logic faults but also timing faults that require consecutive application of test patterns at the speed of system clock since the consecutively testable SoC can achieve consecutive application of any test sequence at the speed of system clock. 相似文献

A scalable single-chip 422P@ML MPEG-2 video, audio, and system encoder LSI for portable 422P@HL system is described. The encoder LSI is implemented using 0.13-μm embedded DRAM technology. It integrates 3-M logic gates and 64-Mb DRAM in an area of 99-mm2. The power consumption is suppressed to 0.7 W by adopting a low-power DRAM core. It performs real-time 422P@ML video encoding, audio encoding, and system encoding with no external DRAM. Furthermore, the encoder LSI realizes a 422P@HL video encoder with multichip configuration, due to its scalable architecture. Superplastic deformation of tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (TZP) was investigated by compression test in the temperature range of 1000° to 1500°C. Special attention was paid to the role of the grain-boundary glass phase on hightemperature deformation behavior. A small addition of glass phase markedly improved the high-temperature deformability of TZP. Lithium silicate glass was much superior to aluminosilicate or lithium aluminum silicate glasses for lowering the high-temperature flow stress. This paper describes field test results of multi-channel digital TV transmission using a PSK/FDMA system and the related subjective test results of received TV pictures. The picture quality of the multi-channel 15 or 30 Mb/s transmission for both NTSC and PAL systems through the INTELSAT POR satellite are subjectively evaluated for various bit-error rates. A crossed-wire scatterer has the wires displaced in the backscattering direction, and is able to scatter an incident wave of circular polarization in such a way that the backscattering wave has the same rotational sense as that of the incident wave. The radiation performance of the scatterer is improved by bending the horizontal and the vertical wires. Arrays consisting of crossed-wire scatterers are constructed and the backscattering cross sections (BSCS's) are calculated. It is revealed that the increase in the current amplitude due to the mutual effects among the array elements contributes to enhancement in the BSCS. It is also shown that a maximum value of the BSCS of an array of3 times 3 bent crossed-wire scatterers is 1.8 times as large as that of a dihedral corner reflector which has the same aperture area. The feasibility of a solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) method for Kolbe type reactions was investigated by using Pt-SPE composed with Nafion 415 and platinum. The Kolbe reaction of acetic acid proceeded effectively on one side and both sides Pt-SPE composites. The lower current efficiency was observed on the latter than on the former. Neat acetic acid could also be electrolysed on both sides SPE though the cell voltage was fairly high.A methanolic solution of monomethyl adipate was electrolysed to give dimethyl sebacate on both sides Pt-SPE according to the Brown-Walker reaction. The current efficiency and the terminal voltage increased with the concentration of monomethyl adipate. Rice-gel prepared by the following three steps: rice grain cooking, shearing of the cooked rice, and cooling for gel formation, is expected as a novel food ingredient for modification of various food products such as bread and noodles. To meet the demand for high-throughput systems for research and developments on the new rice gels, herein we established a mini-cooking system for preparation of rice gel samples from grains using a small-scale viscosity analyzer (Rapid Visco Analyzer; RVA). Polished rice grains (4 g) were cooked with 22 mL of water in a canister, and the paddle equipped in the canister was rotated at 2,000 rpm for 30 min (80 °C was used as a representative) to shear the cooked rice. The sheared paste was cooled to 10 °C at 160 rpm, and the initial gelation property was evaluated by viscosity analysis within the RVA. Alternatively, the sheared paste was transferred to an acrylic mold and kept at 4 °C for 0, 1, 3, and 5 days for determination of the hardness with a compression test. Compressive forces required to penetrate 20 % thickness for three tested rice cultivars were measured, and the trend of the value shifts during preservation is similar to the corresponding trend obtained in 300-g grain scale laboratory tests, whereas the individual values were halved in the former. This small cooking method could offer a useful assay system for a rapid evaluation in the breeding programs and in the high-throughput screening of additives for the modification of properties. 相似文献
