To investigate important factors affecting the reliability of the analytical results, proficiency tests were attempted for the histochemical method (GUS method) and the qualitative PCR method (PCR method) to detect genetically modified papaya (55-1) in the Japanease official method. The test samples were distributed to twenty-three laboratories that participated in the study and were examined according to the protocol. All the data collected from participating laboratories were statistically analyzed. In the PCR method, one negative sample was detected as positive using detection primers in one laboratory, though the sample was negative when checked using confirmation primers. Contamination might have occurred in the step of the preparation of the PCR sample solution using detection primers. In the GUS method, all the test samples were identified as expected. Thus, all the laboratories reported correct results overall.  相似文献

The characteristic variation of the rate of heat transfer to and from a latent heat thermal energy storage capsule was investigated analytically and experimentally. Basic experiments were carried out to simulate a solar energy storage capsule, using a horizontal cylindrical capsule (300 mm length, 40 mm o.d.) filled with naphthalene as the phase change material. The variation of heat flux during the processes of heat storage and removal was measured by a heat flow meter wrapped around the capsule, as the capsule was subjected to stepwise variations of the surface temperature. Finite difference calculations based on heat conduction were also carried out to compare with the experimental results. For the heat removal process, the experimental results and the calculated heat flux agreed well with each other. They showed different characteristic trends for the heat storage process, due to the effects of natural convection.  相似文献

Nano-sized FeFe2O4 ferrite powder for local thermal coagulation therapy was synthesized by a reverse coprecipitation method. The crystal diameter for the samples from the reverse coprecipitation method was smaller than that from a normal coprecipitation method. The crystal diameter increased with an increase in the synthesized temperature for both methods. The maximum increasing temperature under the AC magnetic field was at around a 12 nm crystal diameter. The FeFe2O4 powder was oxidized to Fe2O3 by calcination at 600 °C in ambient air. The heating ability almost depended on the hysteresis loss value. Although the increased temperature under the AC magnetic field for the fresh FeFe2O4 sample was very close to that for the commercialized MgFe2O4 powder, it was gradually decreased for FeFe2O4 with time in ambient air.  相似文献

A 100?nm thick InGaN/GaN multiple quantum-well column-crystallized thin film was deposited on Si(111) substrate, with InN as the interlayer, by molecular beam epitaxy. The diameter of the column crystal is about 40?nm. Transmission electron microscopy images showed clear five-period well layers. Photoluminescence measurements demonstrated a wide emission wavelength from about 500 to 800?nm with the full width at half maximum of 107?nm at room temperature. An unusual photoluminescence peak position shift was observed from the optical measurement. The selected area electron diffraction image demonstrated the hexagonal wurtzite structure of the column crystal. A self-supported GaN-based active subwavelength grating was proposed, and the active subwavelength grating structure was fabricated from the InGaN/GaN quantum-well thin film by a Si micromachining process.  相似文献

Experiments on power generation were conducted under the open-circuit condition to validate theoretical analyses on the power generation characteristics of a co-axial MHD energy conversion device. Considering distribution of externally applied magnetic field and the electromotive force induced by the rotation of the conductive inner cylinder, the results show that the experimental open-circuit voltage was lower than the theoretical one for the wide channel width, whereas the experimental open-circuit voltage was higher than the theoretical one for the narrow channel width. The inclination of the inner cylinder might cause the decrease in effective radial ratio.  相似文献
