The ferrite compositions of NixZnxFe2O4 were synthesized by self-propagating high temperature synthesis reaction with various contents of iron, iron oxide, nickel oxide and zinc oxide at oxygen partial pressures varying between 0.05 to 5.0 MPa. The oxygen pressure promoted the combustion reaction, while the compacting pressure retarded the reaction. The rate equation of ferrite formation is shown to be v = 14.5 exp (Tc1380 - 1) P O2 0.2 . Phase identification of the final products by X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed that the enhanced combustion reaction with oxygen pressure and iron content in the reactants resulted in increasing the spinel content in the combustion product. As the oxygen pressure changed from 0.1 to 5 MPa, the coercive force and residual magnetization decreased by about 73% and 66%, respectively, whereas, the maximum magnetization, susceptibility and Curie temperature increased by about 70%, 60%, and 32%, respectively. The improved magnetic properties are accounted for by the enhanced iron oxidation at a given combustion condition. Compared to the magnetic properties and productivity of the Ni-Zn ferrites prepared by wet chemical method, the self-propagating high temperature synthesis method at high oxygen pressure is one of the useful methods to fabricate improved ferrite powders.  相似文献

Isothermal hydrogen absorption properties of the ball milled mixture of 3Mg(NH2)2 and 8LiH after dehydrogenation at 200 °C under high vacuum were investigated at two different temperatures of 150 and 200 °C. The pressure–composition isotherm (PCT) curve at 200 °C revealed a two-plateaus-like behavior, while the PCT curve at 150 °C showed a single-plateau-like behavior. The hydrogenated phases were composed of LiH and Mg(NH2)2 under 9 MPa at 200 °C, while those were observed as mixed phases of LiH and LiNH2 at 150 °C without any trace of Mg(NH2)2 in XRD measurements. These results indicate that there are two-step hydrogenation processes corresponding to high and low pressures at 200 °C, but the kinetics at 150 °C is too slow to proceed with the second hydrogenating step at high pressure region.  相似文献

This paper considers a genetic algorithm application to feedforward controllers of speed servo and positioning systems. The system consists of a conventional feedback controller and a feedforward controller. The parameters of the feedforward controller are regarded as the chromosome on a gene. The genetic algorithm is used to tune the parameters of the feedforward controller, the objective of which is to make the feedforward controller a dynamic inverse of the plant. The tracking error between the desired output and the actual output at every sampling period is used to calculate the fitness of one gene. The range of mutation is dependent on the magnitude of the tracking error, which ensures parameter convergence. The effect of fitness function and the width of mutation on tracking performances is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed genetic algorithm in improving tracking performances.  相似文献

The stress concentration analysis of 60° V-shaped or partially-circular double edge notches in an infinite strip under tension or in-plane bending is discussed. The stress field induced by a point force in an infinite plate is used to solve these problems. The present results for semicircular notch are in close agreement with other reports. The results calculated on the 60° V-shaped notches show that the Neuber formula gives an underestimated stress concentration factor of about 11% for tension case and in about 9% for bending case. These errors exist for a wide range of notch depth. However, in the case of blunt notches, the Neuber solution of deep hyperbolic notches still gives a sufficient accuracy in engineering use. In addition, the stress concentration factors of 60° V-shaped notches are also represented by diagrams for wide use.  相似文献

In this paper, a CAD-based trajectory planning scheme for parallel machining robots is introduced using the parametric Non-uniform rational basis spline (NURBS) curves. First, a trajectory is designed via a NURBS curve then, a motion scheduling architecture consisting of time-dependent and constant feedrate profiles is advised to generate the position commands on the represented NURBS curve as the tool path. Using the generated commands, the inverse kinematics is elaborated to obtain the joints motions of the parallel machining robot. This paper investigates the NURBS trajectory generation for a parallel robot with 4(UPS)-PU mechanism as the case study. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, the inverse kinematic results for the parallel machining robot of 4(UPS)-PU is compared with the simulation results obtained from the CATIA software. The results confirmed that the proposed trajectory planning scheme along with the advised motion planning architecture is not only feasible for the parallel machining robots but also yields a smooth trajectory with a satisfactory performance for all the joints.  相似文献

A poly(amic acid) was prepared by the reaction of 3,3′‐dihydroxybenzidine and pyromellitic dianhydride in N,N‐dimethylacetamide. Hexadecylamine was used as an organophilic alkylamine in organoclay. Cast films were obtained from blend solutions of the precursor polymer and the organoclay. The cast film was heat treated at different temperatures to create polyimide (PI) hybrid films. We set out to clarify the intercalation of PI chains to hexadecylamine–montmorillonite (C16–MMT) and to improve thermal and tensile properties and the gas barrier. It was found that the addition of only a small amount of organoclay was enough to improve both the thermal and the mechanical properties of PIs. Maximum enhancement in the ultimate tensile strength for PI hybrids was observed for the blends containing 4% C16–MMT. The initial modulus monotonically increased with further increases in C16–MMT content. Leakage current of poly-Si TFT fabricated by a metal induced lateral crystallization(MILC) process was investigated in terms of metal contamination and crystallization mechanisms. MILC poly-Si TFTs showed a higher leakage current than those by the solid phase crystallization method at high drain voltages. It turned out that the Ni rich phases in the depleted junction region played the role of trapping and recombination centers to generate the leakage currents and that the leakage current was generated by thermionic field emission. The leakage current could be drastically reduced to 5 pA/μm at VGS=0 V and VDS=15 V after the exclusion of the Ni-rich phase from the junction region by a Ni offset MILC process.  相似文献

Although the color measurement of facial skin becomes more common in dermatology and cosmetics, little is known about the relationship between subjective color perception and colorimetric values in facial skin. In this study, the possible relationships among perceived whiteness and the metric lightness, chroma and hue angle of Japanese females' facial skin color were investigated. First, the perceived brightness of the facial skin of Japanese females was evaluated visually and compared with metric lightness, chroma and hue angle, and the effect of hue and chroma on the perceived brightness was discussed. Second, a psychophysical experiment on the whiteness of the facial images and synthesized skin color plate images was conducted for examining the effect of hue and chroma on the perceived whiteness more precisely and independently. The results of two experiments showed that in regard to the facial skin color of the Japanese female, metric lightness disagrees with perceived whiteness or brightness in a narrow lightness range. The reddish facial skin color appeared brighter or whiter than that of a yellowish one in high lightness regions, and the low‐chroma facial skin color appeared brighter or whiter than a high‐chroma one. However, in the color plate images, a change in perceived whiteness by hue could not be confirmed, and the change in perceived whiteness by chroma was weaker than that from facial images. These results indicated that a higher‐level process of face recognition affected whiteness perception, and the criterion of facial skin whiteness was determined by facial skin color distribution. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
