In order to study the wear of bag-filter by ash dust, sintered magnetite (Fe(3)O(4)) compact was used for counter material for sliding wear test. The precise amount of magnetite particles embedded into bag-filter was determined by a vibration sample magnetometer (VSM) measurement. It is found that net amount of wear of the bag-filter could be precisely determined by the magnetic measurement. It is also found that the net amount of sliding wear of the bag-filter increases with increasing the wear distance, sliding speed and applied load. To discuss the validity of proposed method, shot peening test with deoxidized iron particles was also carried out for bag-filter sample. The data obtained by the shot peening test is consistent with that obtained by the sliding wear test. The proposed method is, thus, very useful to evaluate the net amount of wear of bag-filter by the fly ash. 相似文献

白未熟粒の多発生は,整粒歩合を低下させ検査等級を下げるため,抑制する必要がある。白未熟粒,その中でも乳白粒と基部未熟粒の発生率に品種間差異があった。白未熟粒は,止葉切除による光合成の減少,増肥とそれによるm2当たり籾数の増加,疎植および育苗時の高温で生じる早期異常出穂による穂揃い不良,および刈り取り時期の遅延により増加した。倒伏により青未熟粒?白未熟粒は多くなった。初期生育が良好な場合,分げつ期からの深水灌漑は過剰分げつ発生を抑制し,粒重と玄米収量を増加させ,玄米品質も向上させた。登熟期の土壌の過乾燥により,腹白粒発生による品質低下や千粒重減少による減収を生じた。これら白未熟粒の発生は,出穂期から出穂揃い期10日後までの茎葉から籾への非構造性炭水化物(NSC)の1籾当たり転流量および粗玄米収量から同転流量を減じた1籾当たりNSC増加量が多いほど,少なかった。白未熟粒の多発生回避には,施肥量,栽植密度,育苗ハウスの温度管理,移植時期,登熟期の土壌水分および刈り取り時期を適正化し,初期生育を促進し,過剰分げつを深水で抑制する必要があった。以上の栽培法改善と,1990年代後半以降からの共同乾燥調製貯蔵施設での色彩選別機を使った1等米調製により,北海道の1等米比率は全国平均を上回るようになった。 相似文献

日本北海道大米的蛋白质和直链淀粉含量越低,其味就越好。1991—2006年(北海道15个种植地区)间的蛋白质含量范围是7.2%~8.6%(7.2%~8.2%),直链淀粉含量的范围为18.3%~22.2%(19.8%~21.2%),蛋白质和直链淀粉含量年度间的差异分别是种植地区间差异的1.4和2.8倍。这是由于水稻的种植期间及其各生长阶段的平均气温和产量等,生育特性的年度间差异,是种植地区间差异的1.6~4.4倍。在这16年期间,抽穗期越早,障碍危险期(出穗前24天开始的30天期间)的温度高引起的。不结实率越低,千粒重越重,稻谷产量越高,蛋白质含量则越低。成熟气温(出穗后40天期间的日均累计气温)与蛋白质含量之间有二次回归方程的关系,成熟气温843 ℃时蛋白质含量最低。在分蘖期间风速大、水稻生育初期的土壤氮素可吸态化速度小引起的初期生育不良的湿地土壤和地区,蛋白质含量与成熟气温的二次回归关系不明显;相反千粒重越重,蛋白质含量越高。在种植地区之间,蛋白质含量与这些发育特性之间没有明显的不相关,稻田泥炭土比率越低,在分蘖期间风速越小,蛋白质含量则越低。另外,在不同年度和种植地区之间,抽穗越早、成熟气温越高,直链淀粉含量则越低。在种植地区之间,离海距离越近,纬度(北纬)越低,成熟气温越低,直链淀粉的含量则越低。 相似文献

Reversed bending fatigue tests have been conducted using four series of mash seam welded joints obtained from the coupling of two different steels and plate thicknesses. Fatigue strength was evaluated and the effects of material property changes resulting from welding were studied. Fatigue strength of all series of the welded joints decreased slightly compared with that of the base steel. Type of steel and plate thickness in the welded samples exerted very little influence on fatigue strength. In the welded joints between steels with the same plate thickness, fatigue failure took place at a location away from the weld zone in the plate with the lower strength, while in the welded joints between plates of different thickness, failure occurred at the shoulder between the thin and thick plate, i.e. at the weld zone. Regardless of the type of steel and the plate thicknesses joined, fatigue strengths of the mash seam welded joints were slightly higher than those of the laser welded butt joints. 相似文献

Activated carbon is a porous material made by activation of carbon materials, such as coal, by steam or carbon dioxide gas to form numerous micropores on the surface which gives the material high adsorption characteristics and it is widely used as a purifier for water and air. In this research, to develop a new use for waste paper, activated carbon was prepared from waste newsprint paper and its adsorption characteristics were measured. As a result, activated carbon with an iodine adsorption capacity of 1310 mg/g, a methylene blue adsorption capacity of 326 mg/g and a specific surface area of 1000 m2/g was obtained. The reduction of nitrogen monoxide by propene on V2O5/ZrO2 doped with or without calcium has been studied by FTIR spectroscopy as well as by analysis of the reaction products. Considerable promoting effect of calcium doping on the reduction of nitrogen monoxide by propene was observed on the V2O5/ZrO2 catalysts. For the reaction of a mixture of NO+C3H6, carbonyl and carboxylate species were observed above 373 K, although nitrate species formed at room temperature on V2O5/ZrO2 doped with calcium. No bands due to a compound including both carbon and nitrogen atoms were observed. Thus, the redox mechanism, i.e. propene reduces the catalyst and nitrogen monoxide oxidizes the catalyst, is confirmed on V2O5/ZrO2 catalysts doped with or without calcium. The analysis of the V=O band in the region of 1100–900 cm−1 indicates that this promotion is mainly due to new V=O species formed by the addition of calcium onto the catalyst. This species is easily reproduced in comparison with the other V=O species on the surface in the reoxidation process of the catalyst. 相似文献
