本文介绍了基于化学统计热力学的熔渣模型，模型考虑到多元氧化物熔体由氧离子与其周围的阳离子组成的“晶胞”构成，并通过化学统计效力学的推导，利用少量的二元氧化物系热力学参数计算复杂的三元及多元氧化物系的热力学性质．利用此模型，计算了钢中生成的氧化物夹杂的成分，计算与实验结果一致．

2-[N-甲基-N-(2-吡啶基)氨基]乙醇是合成罗格列酮(Rosighitazone)的一种中间体，罗格列酮是新型噻唑烷二酮类胰岛素增敏剂，通过两轮优化设计，实验室小试得到了较好的反应条件．为工业化生产提供了基础数据。     

Micro-Indentation Fracture Toughness Evaluation with a Novel Microscopy

A novel microscopy is developed for evaluating the fracture toughness of thin ceramic sheets using the micro-indentation method. This microscopy overcomes the theoretical limit of measurement resolution associated with optical microscopes. Using a modified optical microscope, the crack lengths produced by micro-indentation on the surface of an as-fired ceramic sheet can now be measured. Experimental results on an 8 mol% yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic substrate show that the accuracy of the fracture toughness evaluation is satisfactory. This micro-indentation fracture toughness evaluation method is efficient and economical for thin ceramic substrate surfaces, either polished or as-fired.

The new dust removal technical route using the carbon-granular bed filter,packed of carbon particles with appropriate grade derive from an online-process vibration sieve,to replace the traditional baggy filter had been developed successfully for capturing the micro-carbon dusts produced from pulverization of petroleum coke,and the green close loop of carbon materials is thus completed in the combined pulverizing and classifying system and pulverized carbon dust removal process.The high dust removal efficiency greater than 99%,low outlet dust concentration less than 100 mg.m-3,low pressure drop through dust filtration chamber less than 980 Pa,simple and easy design,and flexible and stable operation were achieved also with the carbon-granular bed filter in both bench and industrial scale operations.     

利用镁渣作混合材生产复合硅酸盐水泥试验研究

我国现在不仅有传统混合材生产的复合水泥，也有新开辟混合材的复合水泥。传统的混合材为高炉水渣、火山灰、粉煤灰、石灰石、炉渣等；新开辟的混合材有磷渣、增钙液态渣、玄武岩、页岩、铬铁渣等，镁渣是金属镁厂提炼金属镁之后排放出的工业废渣，我国在镁渣复合水泥方面的研究与开发资料报导很少。制备优良性能的复合水泥，关键在于所使用的不同种类的混合材能够优势互补，本实验拟采用镁渣与矿渣进行复合生产镁渣复合硅酸盐水泥。
