电子束辐照预硫化技术在轮胎轻量化中的应用

研究电子束辐照预硫化技术在轮胎轻量化中的应用。采用经过电子束辐照预硫化的胎体,可以减薄、减窄过渡层,从而减小轮胎质量,降低生产成本,并且轮胎不会出现胎里露线现象,同时不会影响成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、高速性能和耐久性能。     

Functionalized metal–organic frameworks with strong acidity and hydrophobicity as an efficient catalyst for the production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural

In the dehydration of fructose to 5-hydroxymethyl furfural(HMF), in situ produced water weakens the acid strength of the catalyst and causes the rehydration of HMF, causing unsatisfactory catalytic activity and selectivity. In this work, a class of benzenesulfonic acid-grafted metal–organic frameworks with strong acidity and hydrophobicity is obtained by the direct sulfonation method using 4-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid as sulfonating agent. The resultant MOFs have a specific surface area of greater than 250 m~2·g~(-1), acid density above 1.0 mmol·g~(-1), and water contact angle up to 129°. The hydrophobic MOF-Ph SO_3 H exhibits both higher catalytic activity and selectivity than MOF-SO_3 H in the HMF synthesis due to its better hydrophobicity and olephilicity. Moreover, the catalyst has a high recycled stability. At last, fructose is completely converted, and 98.0% yield of HMF is obtained under 120 °C in a DMSO solvent system. The successful preparation of the hydrophobic acidic MOF provides a novel hydrophobic catalyst for the synthesis of HMF.     

生物基异山梨醇改性磺酸盐水性聚氨酯的制备及性能

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)为主要原料,以自制的含磺酸基的低聚物聚酯二元醇(SO3-2OH)为亲水单体,二羟甲基丁酸(DMPA)作为亲水扩链剂,合成了含磺酸基的聚氨酯预聚物,再采用生物基二元醇──异山梨醇(IS)对其进行改性,制备了可紫外光固化的异山梨醇改性磺酸盐水性聚氨酯(UV-SIWPU)乳液.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-VIS-NIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、光学接触角测量仪(OCA)等仪器对该乳液及其涂膜的结构、形貌和性能进行了分析.结果表明:当SO3-2OH含量为20％,IS含量为75％时,所制备的UV-SIWPU涂膜的综合性能优异:水接触角为23.2°,吸水率为11.6％,在水中浸泡7 d后不泛白、不脱落,耐水性较好,拉伸强度为6.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为253％,铅笔硬度达到2H,在550 nm处的透光率达到96.0％,热稳定性和防雾性能良好.

具有直流故障穿越能力的模块化多电平换流拓扑推演与对比

直流故障具有影响范围广、故障电流大的特征,已成为制约直流系统发展的重要因素之一。模块化多电平换流器可通过配置双极性子模块实现直流故障穿越,但相比于基于半桥子模块的拓扑,其建造成本与运行损耗均大幅增加。为寻求兼顾硬件成本、运行效率与直流故障穿越能力的模块化多电平换流拓扑,首先通过拓扑抽象定义与模块配置约束,遍历并推导出4大类共13种模块化多电平换流拓扑;进而优选出T型桥臂交替多电平换流器,并提出桥臂移相导通调制,实现其高效功率变换与直流故障穿越的兼顾;最后,计及硬件成本、运行损耗、可靠性与可实现性等维度,对各类具有直流故障穿越能力的拓扑进行了系统性对比,为具有故障穿越能力需求的交直流变换场景提供模块化多电平换流拓扑的选择依据。     

Preparation of ceramic coatings on inner surface of steel tubes using a combined technique of hot-dipping and plasma electrolytic oxidation

A new method for inner surface modification of steel tubes, named a combined technique of hot-dipping and plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) was proposed and demonstrated in this paper. In this work, metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on inner surface of steel tubes were obtained using this method. In the combined process, aluminum coatings on steel were firstly prepared by the hot-dip process and then metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings were obtained on the aluminum coatings by PEO. The element distribution, phase composition and morphology of the aluminide layer and the ceramic coatings were characterized by SEM/EDX and XRD. The corrosion resistance of the ceramic coatings were also studied. The results show that, after hot-dip treatment, the coating layers consist of two layers, where Al, Fe_xAl _(1−x) were detected from external topcoat to the aluminide/steel substrate. Then after PEO process, uniform Al₂O₃ ceramic coatings have been deposited on inner surface of steel tubes. The ceramic coatings are mainly composed of -Al₂O₃ and γ-Al₂O₃ phase. The compound coatings show favorable corrosion resistance property. The investigations indicate that the combination of hot-dipping and plasma electrolytic oxidation proves a promising technique for inner surface modification of steel tubes for protective purposes.

Windows NT/2000/XP环境下访问底层I/O端口的方法

不同于Windows 9x/ME操作系统,Windows NT/2000/XP对硬件实现了屏蔽,对I/O端口实行了严格控制,用户不能对底层I/O端口进行直接访问.论文基于利用PortTalk驱动,开发了对I/O端口直接访问的动态链接库,从而成功解决应用软件访问底层物理端口的问题,并用实例说明了该动态库的调用方法.     

低组配焊接接头的强度

本文对低组配焊接接头的机理和接头性能等两个方面进行了分析研究.低组配焊接接头静拉伸的力学性能,受焊缝金属的相对厚度所影响,随着相对厚度的减小,接头的拉伸强度由焊缝金属的拉伸强度增至基本金属的拉伸强度.接头强度还随低组配焊接接头的板宽改变而变化,板宽增大,接头拉伸强度增加,直至板宽大于五倍板厚时为止.故低组配焊接接头拉伸强度以含有相对厚度和焊缝金属对基本金属的强度比的公式所计算。
