The relaxation time τ of the polarization fluctuation is obtained from the frequency dependence of the sound velocity in MHz region. The value of τ is the order of 10 nsec just below the phase transition point and agrees with that obtained from the dispersion of the dielectric constant.  相似文献

The mechanical properties of an Al-6 wt pct Zn-1.2 wt pct Mg alloy with various width of precipitate-free zones have been investigated. The width of the precipitate-free zone (PFZ) has been changed by the quench interruption technique without any appreciable change in the size and distribution of precipitates. An important relationship has been observed between the width of the PFZ and the quench-interruption period;i.e., the width of the PFZ increases in proportion to the square root of the holding time at 200°C. From the analysis of stress-strain curves as well as the observation of dislocation arrangements in slightly deformed specimens, the plastic deformation has been found to occur preferentially in the PFZ. The initial stage of deformation is much affected by the change in the width of the PFZ, but in the later stage, the work-hardening rate seems to be almost independent of the PFZ width. Tensile tests show that the ultimate tensile strength and the 0.2 pct proof stress decrease very little with increasing width of the PFZ, while the uniform elongation is practically constant regardless of the reduction in the nonuniform elongation. The work-hardening rate at the initial stage of deformation is found to decrease in proportion to the reciprocal of the PFZ width. This relationship can be explained from the dislocation model for work hardening.  相似文献

The vaporization of Li2SiO3(c/1) has been studied by the mass spectrometric Knudsen effusion method. The vaporization process has been found to be incongruent. Partial pressures of Li(g), LiO(g), Li2O(g), SiO(g) and Li2SiO3(g) over Li2SiO3(c/1) have been determined in the temperature range 1166–1762 K. Partial pressures of O2(g) have also been calculated from the reaction Li2SiO3(1) = 2 Li(g) + SiO(g) + O2(g). The enthalpies of formation and the atomization energies for LiO(g) and Li2O(g) have been evaluated from the partial pressures to be ΔHof0(LiO,g) = (84.5 ± 12.8)kJ/mol, ΔHof0(Li2O, g) = (?148.1 ± 15.8)kJ/mol, D0o(LiO) = (321.4 ± 12.8)kJ/mol and D0o(Li2O) = (713.2 ± 15.8)kJ/mol, respectively. The value of D0o(Li2O) is somewhat greater than twice that of D0o(LiO).  相似文献

This paper introduces biped robot adaptation to human living environment from viewpoints of battery operation time extension and environmental recognition. These issues are important when robots actually work at home. First, in order to extend battery operation time, we propose energy-saving bipedal locomotion gait. The problem is formulated as an optimal control problem, which is conventionally hard to solve when a target system is complicated. In this paper, partial derivatives appeared in optimal control problem are implicitly represented by using automatic differentiation technique. This approach enables complicated optimal control problem solvable. In combination with receding horizon control, its computation cost is also reduced. Second, we introduce the biped walk tracking based on the camera image mounted on the walking robot, and the visual servoing by the posture change for the purpose of the target image tracking in the camera frame. We propose a new control law to track the rotated target object using the characteristic of the walking, which considered the interference between translational motion and rotational motion. The decoupling is realized by simulations and experiments. As a result, the walking robot tracked the translated and rotated target object without a practical issue. Highly active proteolytic enzymes are found in the fruiting bodies of Grifola frondosa. The general properties and substrate specificities of these proteases from G. frondosa (ProGF) were studied. The optimal pH for ProGF activity was pH 3 or 7 using hemoglobin or Hammersten casein as a substrate, respectively. The ProGF exhibited over 70% of maximal activity within the pH range of 4.5–8.5. In terms of temperature, the ProGF were maximally active at 55 °C, while over 80% of maximal activity was observed within the range of 50–75 °C. These proteases were substrate-specific, mainly cleaving at Ala14-Leu15, Tyr16-Leu17, and Pro28-Lys29 bonds, with occasional cleavage of Phe24-Phe25 bonds in the oxidized insulin B-chain. The ProGF also liberated hydrophobic amino acids, such as valine, leucine, and phenylalanine, using the oxidized insulin B-chain as a substrate. When soy protein was used as a substrate, valine, leucine, phenylalanine, and tyrosine were selectively released from the hydrolysate. Thus, over the time course of incubation, the peptide concentration increased as the average peptide chain length decreased. These results indicate that the ProGF include both endopeptidases recognizing leucine, phenylalanine, and lysine at the P1′ position, and aminopeptidases preferentially releasing hydrophobic and aromatic amino acids such as valine, leucine, phenylalanine, and tyrosine.  相似文献

The effects of difructose anhydride III (di-D-fructofuranose-1,2':2,3'-dianhydride; DFA III) administration (3% DFA III for 4 weeks) on rat intestinal microbiota were examined using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). According to DGGE profiles, the number of bacteria related to Bacteroides acidofaciens and uncultured bacteria within the Clostridium lituseburense group decreased, while that of bacteria related to Bacteroides vulgatus, Bacteroides uniformis and Ruminococcus productus increased in DFA III-fed rat cecum. In the cecal contents of DFA III-fed rats, a lowering of pH and an increase in short chain fatty acids (SCFAs), especially acetic acid, were observed. The DFA III-assimilating bacterium, Ruminococcus sp. M-1, was isolated from the cecal contents of DFA III-fed rats. The strain had 98% similarity with R. productus ATCC 27340T (L76595), and mainly produced acetic acid. These results confirmed that the bacteria harmful to host health were not increased by DFA III administration. Moreover, DFA III stimulated the growth of Ruminococcus sp. M-1 producing acetic acid, which may alter the intestinal microbiota towards a healthier composition. It is expected that DFA III would be a new candidate as a prebiotic.  相似文献

To simplify the labor-intensive conventional routine testing of samples to detect Leuconostoc at a meat processing plant, we developed polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers specific for Leuconostoc from 16S rRNA gene sequences. These primers did not detect other common lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus plantarum, Lact. sake, Lact. fermentum, Lact. acidophilus and Weissella viridescens. PCR with this primer detected all Leuconostoc species tested (Leu. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides, Leu. pseudomesenteroides, Leu. carnosum, Leu. lactic, Leu. citreum, Leu. amelibiosum, Leu. gelidum), except for Leu. fallax, and no other lactic acid bacteria on agarose gel electrophoresis. The method could identify areas contaminated with Leuconostoc in a large-scale industrial meat processing plant. Of 69 samples analyzed, 34 were positive for Leuconostoc according to the conventional culture method (isolation of LAB producing dextran) and PCR, whereas 29 were negative according to both. Six samples were culture-negative but positive by PCR. No false negative results were generated by PCR. The method is rapid and simple, is useful for routinely monitoring areas contaminated with Leuconostoc in meat processing plants, and could help to prevent the spoilage of meat products.  相似文献

The effect of power interchange operation of multiple household gas engine cogeneration systems (H-GCGS) on the energy-saving is investigated using an optimization approach based on the mixed-integer linear programming. In this power interchange operation, electricity generated by H-GCGS is shared among households in a housing complex without transmitting to a commercial electric power system so that the operating time of these systems may increase. This paper numerically analyzes optimal operational strategies for 20 households and three types of household energy supply configurations: the power interchange operation of the H-GCGSs (IC), stand-alone operation of each H-GCGSs (SA), and conventional energy supply system without the H-GCGSs. A numerical result clarifies the effectiveness of the power interchange operation from the energy-saving viewpoint and a dominant parameter for evaluating the energy-saving effect.  相似文献
