The article introduces, as a result of further development of the first-order scheme NICE, a simple and efficient higher-order explicit numerical scheme for the integration of a system of ordinary differential equations which is constrained by an algebraic condition (DAE). The scheme is based on the truncated Taylor expansion of the constraint equation with order h of the scheme being determined by the highest exponent in the truncated Taylor series. The integration scheme thus conceived will be named NICE h , considering both principal premises of its construction. In conjunction with a direct solution technique used to solve the boundary value problem, the NICE h scheme is very convenient for integrating constitutive models in plasticity. The plasticity models are defined mostly by a system of algebraic and differential equations in which the yield criterion represents the constraint condition. To study the properties of the new integration scheme, which, like the forward-Euler scheme, is characterised by its implementation simplicity due to the explicitness of its formulations, a damage constitutive model (Gurson–Tvergaard–Needleman model) is considered. The general opinion that the implicit backward-Euler scheme is much more accurate than the thus-far known explicit schemes is challenged by the introduction of the NICE h scheme. In this study, dense, fine-grained biphasic calcium phosphate bioceramics were designed via the two-step sintering method. The starting powder was nanosized calcium-deficient hydroxyapatite, whose phase composition, average particle size and morphology were characterized by XRD, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, laser diffraction and FE-SEM. The phase transformations of the initial powder during heating up to 1200 °C were examined using TG/DSC. At first, conventional sintering was performed and the recorded shrinkage/densification data were used to find out the appropriate experimental conditions for two-step sintering. The obtained results show that two-step sintering yields BCP ceramics, consisting of hydroxyapatite and β-TCP, with full dense, homogeneous structure with average grain size of 375 nm. Furthermore, BCP ceramics obtained by the two-step sintering method exhibit improved mechanical properties, compared to conventionally sintered BCP. 相似文献

In this paper a new approach to the control of a nonlinear, time-varying process is proposed. It is based on a recursive version of the fuzzy identification method and predictive functional control. First, the recursive fuzzy identification method is derived, after which it is used in connection with fuzzy predictive functional control to construct an adaptive fuzzy predictive functional controller. The adaptive FPFC is then tested on a nonlinear, time-varying, semi-batch reactor process and compared with the standard FPFC, which uses non-adaptive fuzzy model. The simulation results are promising; they indicate that the control of time-varying, nonlinear processes with the FPFC can be improved with the use of an adaptive fuzzy model. An improvement in reference tracking and disturbance rejection can be observed, but the main advantage is the reduced number of switchings between hot and cold water.
