提高润滑油基础油氧化安定性的组合工艺

以生产润滑油基础油的老三套工艺为基础，开发了改善油品氧化安定性的组合工艺。该工艺的主要特点是包括一步络合脱氮过程。实验证明，该组合工艺既可以有效地提高基础油的氧化安定性，又能降低溶剂精制深度，提高基础油收率。     

大泵站超驼峰水位运行压缩空气断流系统的设计方法

阐述了压缩空气断流的原理，提出了压缩空气断流装置的一般构成和设计方法，首次应用气体喷射器作为压缩空气减压增量变换器，不但及时地增加了补气量，防止断流后流道压力的下降，而且大大减小了储气罐容积，使该项技术得以满足工程实际的要求，为同类泵站的技术改造     

SiC颗粒尺寸及含量对SiCp／2024Al复合材料性能的影响

本文对粉末冶金法制备的SiCp/2024Al复合材料的性能进行了研究。随SiC颗粒尺寸的增大,复合材料的强度降低,而塑性和磨损抗力则增加。SiC颗粒尺寸对复合材料的物理性能没有什么影响。增加SiC颗粒含量,复合材料的强度、模量均增大,磨损抗力亦明显增加,而塑性和热膨胀系数则降低。     

Pultruded fibre reinforced polyurethane composites II. Effect of processing parameters on mechanical and thermal properties

This paper presents a novel process for the fabrication of pultruded polyurethane (PU) composites. The effects of the processing parameters on the mechanical properties (flexural strength and flexural modulus, etc.) and thermal properties (HDT) of the fibre reinforced PU composites by pultrusion have been studied. The processing parameters investigated include pulling rate (in-line speed), die temperature, filler type and content, and post-cure time and temperature. Results show that the composites possessed various optimum pulling rates at different die temperatures. On the basis of the DSC diagram, the swelling ratio, the mechanical properties and the thermal properties of composites, the optimum die temperature can be determined. It is found that the mechanical and thermal properties increase with filler content for various types of filler. The mechanical and thermal properties increase at a suitable post-cure temperature and time. Furthermore, the properties which decreased due to the degradation of composite materials for a long post-cure time will be discussed.     

液化气球罐焊缝H2S应力腐蚀裂纹的返修补焊

对宁夏炼油厂一台200m3低合金钢球罐H2S应力腐蚀裂纹采用气刨打磨后补焊的返修方法表明，碳弧气刨时的骤热不会使裂纹向纵深扩展，只是必须在补焊前将返修部位焊缝两侧各100mm范围内打磨至完全露出金属光泽，以便彻底消除裂纹源，避免补焊时再产生新的微小裂纹。若返修深度不大于罐壁厚度的二分之一，则不必进行射线探伤检查，只须进行100％的超声波检查，在水压试验前后对返修部位进行100％磁粉探伤则是非常必要的。     

宽带被动导引头天线系统性能分析

详细讨论了宽带被动导引头中的关键部件－超宽频带天线的性能，并在此基础上分析了三种具备大视角特性的被动测角方法。由于宽带天线没有确定的相位中心，因此不能采用通常的振幅和差式单脉冲法进行宽频带测角。本文提出的波束运算网络可用于一个宽带螺旋天线同时得到两个交叉波束的振幅－振幅式单脉冲系统中。此外，对比幅相干测向法中的测角模糊问题也进行了研究。     

环境放射化学研究中几个问题的讨论

本文从辐射环境保护和公众辐射防护的角度，讨论了放射性核素在环境中的迁移行为，放射性核素与环境介质的相互作用和放射性核素在环境中的形态等涉及到环境放射化学研究方向的问题，并讨论了它们之间相互依存的关系。     

Up-regulation of CIR1/CROC1 expression upon cell immortalization and in tumor-derived human cell lines

Inactivation of 5-HT1A and [3H]5-HT binding sites by N-Ethoxycarbonyl-2-ethoxy-1, 2-dihydroquinoline (EEDQ) was studied in regions of rat brain. After exposure to EEDQ (4 mg/kg body wt.) for 7 days, it is observed that the density of 5-HT1 receptor sites was decreased by nearly 20% in both cortex and hippocampus. The decrease, however, in 5-HT1A sites was more significant (70%) in both the regions. The affinity of [3H]5-HT to 5-HT1 sites was decreased significantly in both cortex and hippocampus after exposure to EEDQ, without affecting the Kd of 5-HT1A sites. Displacement studies suggested that EEDQ has high affinity to 5-HT1 sites with a Ki of 42.9+/-2.4 nM. After exposure neither basal nor 5-HT stimulated adenylyl cyclase activity was changed in cortex. The results of this study suggest that EEDQ decreases the density of 5-HT1 and 5-HT1A receptor sites but does not cause functional downregulation of these sites in rat brain.

简述激光在大型天文望远镜中应用，如激光人造星，测量４．３ｍ主镜面形，自准调校恒星光干涉仪和程差补偿测量，望远镜筒主副镜间相对倾角和弯沉测量等。     

Compressive and tribological properties of Al2O3 fibre and hexagonal BN particle hybrid reinforced Al-Si alloys

Al₂O₃ fibre-hexagonal BN particle hybrid reinforced aluminium-silicon alloys were fabricated by centrifugal force infiltration route. Hardness test and ultimate compressive test results are reported. The wear and friction properties of hybrid MMCs was investigated by means of a block-on-ring (bearing steel) type wear rig in a dry sliding condition. It is shown that the hardness and ultimate compressive strength of hybrid MMCs was evidently decreased with the addition of hexagonal BN particles, however, the wear rate and coefficient of friction of hybrid MMCs was improved simultaneously with increase of BN particle volume fraction, especially for the higher applied loads in the test.
