Recent technological developments made various many-core hardware platforms widely accessible. These massively parallel architectures have been used to significantly accelerate many computation demanding tasks. In this paper, we show how the algorithms for LTL model checking can be redesigned in order to accelerate LTL model checking on many-core GPU platforms. Our detailed experimental evaluation demonstrates that using the NVIDIA CUDA technology results in a significant speedup of the verification process. Together with state space generation based on shared hash-table and DFS exploration, our CUDA accelerated model checker is the fastest among state-of-the-art shared memory model checking tools. 相似文献

Delegation is a mechanism that allows one agent to act on another’s privilege. It is important that the privileges should be delegated to a person who is trustworthy. In this paper, we propose a multi-level delegation model with trust management in access control systems. We organize the delegation tasks into three levels, Low, Medium, and High, according to the sensitivity of the information contained in the delegation tasks. It motivates us that the more sensitive the delegated task is, the more trustworthy the delegatee should be. In order to assess how trustworthy a delegatee is, we devise trust evaluation techniques to describe a delegatee’s trust history and also predict the future trend of trust. In our proposed delegation model, a delegatee with a higher trust level could be assigned with a higher level delegation task. Extensive experiments show that our proposed multi-level delegation model is effective in accurately predicting trust and avoiding sensitive information disclosure. 相似文献

Social media networks contain both content and context-specific information. Most existing methods work with either of the two for the purpose of multimedia mining and retrieval. In reality, both content and context information are rich sources of information for mining, and the full power of mining and processing algorithms can be realized only with the use of a combination of the two. This paper proposes a new algorithm which mines both context and content links in social media networks to discover the underlying latent semantic space. This mapping of the multimedia objects into latent feature vectors enables the use of any off-the-shelf multimedia retrieval algorithms. Compared to the state-of-the-art latent methods in multimedia analysis, this algorithm effectively solves the problem of sparse context links by mining the geometric structure underlying the content links between multimedia objects. Specifically for multimedia annotation, we show that an effective algorithm can be developed to directly construct annotation models by simultaneously leveraging both context and content information based on latent structure between correlated semantic concepts. We conduct experiments on the Flickr data set, which contains user tags linked with images. This paper investigates the coordination of multiple robots with pre-specified paths, considering motion safety and minimizing
the traveling time. A method to estimate possible collision point along the local paths of the robots is proposed. The repulsive
potential energy is computed based on the distances between the robots and the potential collision points. This repulsive
potential energy is used as the cost map of the probabilistic roadmap (PRM), which is constructed in the coordination space
for multiple robots taking into account both motion time cost and safety cost. We propose a search method on the PRM to obtain
the Pareto-optimal coordination solution for multiple robots. Both simulation and experimental results are presented to demonstrate
