Loss function approach is effective for multi‐response optimization. However, previous loss function approaches ignore the dispersion performance of squared error loss and model uncertainty. In this paper, a weighted loss function is proposed to simultaneously consider the location and dispersion performances of squared error loss to optimize correlated multiple responses with model uncertainty. We propose an approach to minimize the weighted loss function under the constraint that the confidence intervals of future predictions for the multiple responses should be contained in specification limits of the responses. An example is illustrated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can achieve reliable optimal operating condition under model uncertainty. 四川盆地高石梯—磨溪地区下寒武统龙王庙组气藏储层的岩性与流体性质地震识别难度较大,主要原因是不同岩性、不同流体性质地层的岩石物理参数往往存在着较大的重叠空间,由此增加了识别的不确定性与多解性。为破解上述难题,采用岩石流体概率识别技术进行了尝试。该方法首先依据岩石物理参数分析结果建立各种岩性、流体性质的概率分布函数,再根据联合求解来确定储层的岩性及流体性质的概率,以此开展岩性、流体性质识别。应用结果表明:较之于一般的叠前反演方法,该方法通过多弹性参数对的联合概率求解,既提高了对储层岩性、流体性质识别的精度,又为提高储层岩性、流体性质识别的可靠程度提供了量化依据,可以为油气藏勘探开发井位部署决策等提供更充足的量化参考指标和依据。 相似文献

为了降低因为乘客危险行为导致的自动扶梯安全事故/伤人事件,基于三维视觉和人工智能技术,提出了一种自动扶梯乘客危险行为识别和预警技术,并详细介绍了该系统主要硬件和现场布置方案.为了对该系统进行科学评价,还提出了准确率、查全率、误报率、响应时间等综合性能评价指标,并分别在实际现场和实验室模拟条件下对该系统进行了大量的测试,测试结果表明,所构建的系统在不同光照、不同客流强度环境下,均能有效识别自动扶梯乘客携带婴儿车、摔倒、逆行、出入口逗留、出入口拥堵、探头等多种危险行为. 相似文献

采用无压渗透法制备了SiCp/Al-6%Mg复合材料,并对其进行4种热处理工艺(T1, T4, T6和退火)处理,研究了热处理工艺对SiCp/Al-6%Mg复合材料微观组织和腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,复合材料在4种热处理工艺下均出现了界面反应产物Si、MgA12O4 和 Mg2Si。界面反应产物析出量(f)与热处理工艺密切相关,并呈现出如下规律:fT1< fT4< fT6annealing。界面反应析出物是导致复合材料发生点蚀的主要原因,从而促进复合材料发生腐蚀。热处理工艺能影响界面反应析出量而间接影响复合材料的腐蚀速度(jcorr):jcorr-T6> jcorr-T4> jcorr-T1。 相似文献

Plasma-modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were used as a support to immobilize lipase. The effects of vacuum plasma treatment power, vacuum plasma treatment time, immobilization temperature, immobilization time, and initial protein concentration of the lipase on the amount of lipase immobilized and on the subsequent activity of the immobilized lipase were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the plasma-modified MWNTs could reach 0.15 g/g and that the maximal enzyme activity of the immobilized lipase was 520U/g under optimized conditions. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the properties of the plasma-modified MWNTs and plasma-modified MWNTs-lipase, and the results showed that the lipase was successfully immobilized on the plasma-modified MWNTs. Also, the MWNTs-lipase produced an esterification rate of approximately 47% in the synthesis of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-aliphatic esters. 相似文献

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide with substantial mortality and morbidity. Alisertib (ALS) is a selective Aurora kinase A (AURKA) inhibitor with unclear effect and molecular interactome on CRC. This study aimed to evaluate the molecular interactome and anticancer effect of ALS and explore the underlying mechanisms in HT29 and Caco-2 cells. ALS markedly arrested cells in G2/M phase in both cell lines, accompanied by remarkable alterations in the expression level of key cell cycle regulators. ALS induced apoptosis in HT29 and Caco-2 cells through mitochondrial and death receptor pathways. ALS also induced autophagy in HT29 and Caco-2 cells, with the suppression of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), but activation of 5′ AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling pathways. There was a differential modulating effect of ALS on p38 MAPK signaling pathway in both cell lines. Moreover, induction or inhibition of autophagy modulated basal and ALS-induced apoptosis in both cell lines. ALS potently suppressed epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) in HT29 and Caco-2 cells. Collectively, it suggests that induction of cell cycle arrest, promotion of apoptosis and autophagy, and suppression of EMT involving mitochondrial, death receptor, PI3K/Akt/mTOR, p38 MAPK, and AMPK signaling pathways contribute to the cancer cell killing effect of ALS on CRC cells. 相似文献

The recovery process of postdisaster critical infrastructure systems (CISs) includes multiple phases, among which the repair phase usually takes the longest time and contributes the largest to system recovery rapidity and system resilience. This article formulates the repair sequence scheduling problem for damaged CIS components under limited repair resources in a general form, and then proposes two novel heuristic methods to enhance its solution performance. To demonstrate the efficiencies of the two proposed methods, typical existing methods are also briefly introduced for comparison purposes, including three component importance‐based methods (CIBMs), a genetic algorithm‐based method (GABM), a time index‐based heuristic method (TIBHM), and a component index‐based exact solution method (CIBESM). Those methods are separately applied into thousands of damage scenarios for three systems, and are then compared in terms of the optimality gap and the computational cost. Results show that the two proposed methods have significantly better performance than existing methods, whereas the first proposed method can be adapted for critical time points‐based resilience assessment and optimization, and the second proposed method can be applied to the recovery of large‐scale CISs with extensive disruptions. 相似文献
