模拟抗原（Ac-NK16-Ahx-3）免疫反应抗体ELISA检测方法研究

为满足实验室单克隆抗体的制备研究,本实验特对实验室常用的制备单抗的模拟抗原（Ac-NK16-Ahx-3）进行ELISA间接法检测,进而建立一种高效的检测方法。通过对不同稀释度待测抗体的免疫吸附测定,检测出它的最终灵敏度为0.078mg/mL,最佳二抗稀释倍数为300倍,其最佳拟合曲线为y=-0.0732x＋0.6875,R2=0.8619。并且,通过统计学方法进行统计分析,确定出各实验组的相关性及变异系数,从而排除实验中的操作误差,最终可确定最佳的实验条件,并保证实验的准确性。     

重质碳酸钙活化的研究

采用硬脂酸对1500目重质碳酸钙进行湿法活化,利用正交实验研究了硬脂酸加入量、反应温度和反应时间对活化效果的影响。测定了改性前后重质碳酸钙活化度,并用红外光谱进行表征。

Buckling of carbon fiber composite pyramidal truss core sandwich columns

This paper deals with the theoretical prediction of global buckling loads for carbon fiber composite pyramidal truss core sandwich columns. Different from thin plate structures, transverse shear effect can not be neglected for sandwich structures. In addition, the attributes of the laminated face sheets are considered in the present paper. A zig-zag displacement approximation is made. Based on the principle of minimum potential energy, equilibrium equations and boundary conditions are derived via the variational method. The critical buckling loads under various boundary conditions are presented. In order to validate the reasonableness of the equivalent-core method, the strain energies stored in the actual discrete truss members and the equivalent continuous homogenous core layer are calculated respectively and compared, and a good agreement is obtained. The proposed analytical method is verified by comparing with the published theoretical predictions and experimental results.

Robust partial pole assignment problem for high order control systems

In this paper, we consider the partial pole assignment problem (PPAP) for high order control systems. It is shown that solving the PPAP is essentially solving a pole assignment for a linear system of a much lower order, and the robust PPAP is then concerning the robust pole assignment problem for this linear system. Based on this theory, a rather simple algorithm for solving the robust PPAP is proposed, and numerical examples show that this algorithm does lead to comparable results with earlier algorithms, but at much lower computational cost.     

Performance of Sewage Sludge Treatment and Electricity Generation by Different Configuration Microbial Fuel Cells

This paper compared the degradation efficiency of sludge organic matters and electric-production by two typical microbial fuel cells——dual-chamber microbial fuel cell(DMFC)and single chamber air cathode microbial fuel cell(SAMFC),and the variations of sludge protein,polysaccharide and ammonia nitrogen within the systems were also investigated.The results showed that the concentration of sludge soluble chemical oxygen demand,protein and carbohydrate of DMFC are higher than these of SAMFC during the systems operation,while DMFC can achieve a better ammonia nitrogen removal than SAMFC.Under the same operation condition,the stable voltage output of DMFC and SAMFC is 0.61 V and 0.37 V;the maximum power density of DMFC and SAMFC is 2.79 W/m3and 1.25 W/m3;TCOD removal efficiency of DMFC and SAMFC is 34.14%and 28.63%for 12 d,respectively.Meanwhile,DMFC has a higher coulomb efficiency than SAMFC,but both are less than5%.The results showed that DMFC present a better performance on sludge degradation and electric-production.
