To further improve the boiler ash ratio detection methods and resource utilization, through image processing technology for boiler ash ratio analysis, the article first studied the one-dimensional Otsu algorithm, and then for the one-dimensional Otsu algorithm, in order to improve the accuracy of the algorithm, then it puts forward a two-dimensional Otsu algorithm. Finally the two-dimensional Otsu algorithm combined with the one-dimensional Otsu algorithm and the improved Otsu algorithm. By analyzing the improved Otsu algorithm, this paper considers the pixel gray value, neighborhood information, excluding light, noise and the relative efficiency of one-dimensional Otsu algorithm higher accuracy. The relative dimensional Otsu algorithm operating efficiency has been greatly improved. From a general algebraic point of view, this paper aims at providing an algebraic analysis for binary lattice-valued relations based on lattice implication algebras—a kind of lattice-valued propositional logical algebra. By abstracting away from the concrete lattice-valued relations and the operations on them, such as composition and converse, the notion of lattice-valued relation algebra is introduced, LRA for short. The reduct of an LRA is a lattice implication algebra. Such an algebra generalizes Boolean relation algebras by general distributive lattices and can provide a fundamental algebraic theory for establishing lattice-valued first-order logic. Electrical tomography (ET) is a technique to visually reconstruct inhomogeneous medium distributions by injecting currents or voltages at the boundary of the medium and measuring the resulted changes in the investigated fields. The ET techniques have been widely used in industrial practices owing to the low cost, rapid response time, non-existent radiation exposure, and non-intrusive characteristics comparing to other tomographic modalities. However, the spatial resolution of ET images using single modality or single-driven patterns (adjacent pattern vs. opposite pattern for imaging reconstruction) is low, which may limit its applications. In this research, the application of fuzzy clustering based fusion techniques for ET imaging is studied. Both multi-modality imaging and multi-driven patterns are of interest. Specifically, two modality images are fused: Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT), which performs well for imaging material of large permittivity difference, and Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT), which is suited for imaging materials having large conductivity differences. The research also explores the fusion of adjacent and opposite patterns for either ECT or ERT modalities. Experiments show that the proposed method can construct high quality ET images by discovering the strong complementary natures of the modalities and/or driven patterns. 相似文献

We present a microfluidic rheometer that uses in situ pressure sensors to measure the viscosity of liquids at low Reynolds number. Viscosity is measured in a long, straight channel using a PDMS-based microfluidic device that consists of a channel layer and a sensing membrane integrated with an array of piezoresistive pressure sensors via plasma surface treatment. The micro-pressure sensor is fabricated using conductive particles/PDMS composites. The sensing membrane maps pressure differences at various locations within the channel in order to measure the fluid shear stress in situ at a prescribed shear rate to estimate the fluid viscosity. We find that the device is capable to measure the viscosity of both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids for shear rates up to 104 s?1 while keeping the Reynolds number well below 1. 相似文献
