化学合成生物降解高分子材料的研究现状

综述了国内外近年来通过化学方法合成的各种可生物降解高分子材料,对其合成方法、降解原理、研究现状及研究热点进行了简单的概述,旨在为可生物降解材料的发展作铺垫。     

Experimental investigation on narrow gap heat transfer with porous media under downward-facing horizontal heated surface

An experimental study of horizontal narrow gap heat transfer of porous media under a round downward-facing heated plate has been carried out, using water as the working fluid. The boiling curves are obtained with different gap size, plate diameter and solid spherules. The results show that the heat transfer increases significantly with porous media in the gap especially under boiling condition, and the occurrence of pool boiling crisis would be brought forward when the gap size is very small. The results also indicate that the heat transfer in horizontal narrow gap can be enhanced by increasing the ratio of gap size to plate diameter and using porous media with high thermal conductivity. Based on the mechanism of heat transfer of porous media, the correlations for natural convection and nucleate boiling are proposed to predict the heat flux.     

Me-TODGA与TODGA萃取锶性能对比

以N,N,N′,N′-四辛基-2-甲基-3-氧戊二酰胺(Me-TODGA)或N,N,N′,N′-四辛基-3-氧戊二酰胺(TODGA)为萃取剂、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为相改良剂、煤油为稀释剂,对比研究了水相酸度、萃取剂浓度、锶浓度、温度对Me-TODGA-TBP体系和TODGA-TBP体系萃取Sr²⁺的影响,并采用斜率法确定了萃合物的组成。结果表明,2种酰胺荚醚萃取Sr²⁺的分配比(D_Sr)随HNO₃浓度(c(HNO₃)=0.1～2.7 mol/L)、萃取剂浓度(c(萃取剂)=0.05～0.3 mol/L)的增加而增大,随Sr²⁺浓度的升高略有下降,随温度的升高而下降。2种萃取剂的萃合物组成分别为Sr(NO₃)2•3Me-TODGA和Sr(NO₃)2•2TODGA。萃取反应的ΔH分别为-69.46 kJ/mol和-51.39 kJ/mol,ΔS分别为-190.5 J/(mol•K)和-128.4 J/(mol•K),ΔG分别为-12.68 kJ/mol和-13.12 kJ/mol。相比之下,Me-TODGA萃取Sr²⁺的分配比不到TODGA的1/5。     

Safety study on HIC containing waste resin with respect to hydrogen release

To explore the behavior of radiolytically produced hydrogen release from the waste resin stored in a high integrated container(HIC), and the mechanism of hydrogen diffusion in a near-surface disposal facility, both experimental studies and numerical simulations were performed through an accelerated irradiation test and simulated disposal, respectively. Results indicated that,100 years after disposal, the highest hydrogen concentration appeared in the cell where the HICs were placed. The volume fraction for different scenarios postulated in the numerical simulation was 2.64% for Scenario 1, 2.28% for Scenario 2, and 3.965% for Scenario 3, all of which are lower than the hydrogen explosion limit of 4.1%. The results indicated that the simulated HIC disposal scheme is safe.

Effects of chitosan coating on quality and shelf life of silver carp during frozen storage

The effects of chitosan coating on quality and shelf life of silver carp during frozen storage were investigated. Fish samples were treated with aqueous solution of 2% chitosan, and then stored at −3 °C for 30 days. The control and the treated fish samples were analyzed periodically for microbiological (total viable count), chemical (pH, TBA, TVB-N, K-value), and sensory characteristics. The results indicated that the effect of chitosan coating on fish samples was to retain their good quality characteristics and extend the shelf life during frozen storage, which was supported by the results of microbiological, chemical, and sensory evaluation analyses.

果胶酶的固定化

以海藻酸钠为载体固定化果胶酶 ,研究了海藻酸钠浓度、戊二醛浓度、CaCl2 浓度、酶使用量对固定化果胶酶活性的影响 ,同时对固定化果胶酶的特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,以 4 . 0 %的海藻酸钠为载体、0 . 2 0 %的戊二醛为交联剂、0. 10mol/L的CaCl2 为凝聚剂、用酶量为 0 . 5 0mL时所得的固定化果胶酶活力保存率可达95 . 2 % ,回收使用 10次以后 ,酶的活力回收率为 76 . 1%。
