钻杆环缝数控自动焊机

研制的钻杆环缝数控自动机焊为全自动的数控焊机。用于钻杆与两端法兰的内外共4条环缝的焊接。工件的上料、定位、夹紧、内外焊枪的到位、内外焊枪的焊接、自动排列焊道各层各道的焊接工艺参数的改变等均能自动进行。不同管径和不同壁厚采用的各种焊接参数都可在人机界面上预置。采用富氩混合气体保护焊工艺方法，焊缝美观，性能优良，几乎没有飞溅。经大量的生产实践证明该钻杆环缝数控自动焊机焊接质量好，生产效率高。     

结晶助剂对晶种分解的影响研究

本文研究了结晶助剂对晶种分解过程的影响 ,认为加入适量的结晶助剂对焙烧产品氧化铝的白度几乎没有影响、对分解率的影响不大 ,可以提高产品的粒度。     

FRACTAL ANALYSES OF DIRECTIONAL SOLIDIFICATION BEHAVIOR OF A Ni-BASE SUPERALLOY

The morphology of solid/liquid interface of a directionally solidification process is describedby means of fractal analysis,and the relations among the fractal dimension of the solid/liq-uid interface,solidification rate,dendrite arm space and the phosphorus content of the test al-loys have been given.It was found that the increase of the solidification rate and the phos-phorus content of the test alloy will lead to a increase,following the regularity of exponentialfunction,in the fractal dimension of solid/liquid interface.Furthermore,by combining thefractal theory and the thermodynamic principle with the measured results,it has been provedthat the fractal dimension is not only a kind of simple geometrical parameter used in des-cribing irregular geometry,but also a state function depending the change of solidificationparameters and chemical compositions.     

High-capacity quantum key distribution using Chebyshev-map values corresponding to Lucas numbers coding

We propose an approach that achieves high-capacity quantum key distribution using Chebyshev-map values corresponding to Lucas numbers coding. In particular, we encode a key with the Chebyshev-map values corresponding to Lucas numbers and then use k-Chebyshev maps to achieve consecutive and flexible key expansion and apply the pre-shared classical information between Alice and Bob and fountain codes for privacy amplification to solve the security of the exchange of classical information via the classical channel. Consequently, our high-capacity protocol does not have the limitations imposed by orbital angular momentum and down-conversion bandwidths, and it meets the requirements for longer distances and lower error rates simultaneously.     

Macrophage Membrane-Coated Nanoparticles Sensitize Glioblastoma to Radiation by Suppressing Proneural–Mesenchymal Transformation in Glioma Stem Cells

Radiotherapy is identified as a crucial treatment for patients with glioblastoma, but recurrence is inevitable. The efficacy of radiotherapy is severely hampered partially due to the tumor evolution. Growing evidence suggests that proneural glioma stem cells can acquire mesenchymal features coupled with increased radioresistance. Thus, a better understanding of mechanisms underlying tumor subclonal evolution may develop new strategies. Herein, data highlighting a positive correlation between the accumulation of macrophage in the glioblastoma microenvironment after irradiation and mesenchymal transdifferentiation in glioblastoma are presented. Mechanistically, elevated production of inflammatory cytokines released by macrophages promotes mesenchymal transition in an NF-κB-dependent manner. Hence, rationally designed macrophage membrane-coated porous mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MMNs) in which therapeutic anti-NF-κB peptides are loaded for enhancing radiotherapy of glioblastoma are constructed. The combination of MMNs and fractionated irradiation results in the blockage of tumor evolution and therapy resistance in glioblastoma-bearing mice. Intriguingly, the macrophage invasion across the blood-brain barrier is inhibited competitively by MMNs, suggesting that these nanoparticles can fundamentally halt the evolution of radioresistant clones. Taken together, the biomimetic MMNs represent a promising strategy that prevents mesenchymal transition and improves therapeutic response to irradiation as well as overall survival in patients with glioblastoma.

文章运用自展式理论[1]及高屏蔽[2]手段,精心研制了前处理输入器SKIMER,为定义和实现结构通用分析程序SAP95数据文件的自由格式创造了前提。运行实践表明,前处理输入器SKIMER,能够准确无误地执行扫描、输入、编译、数据转换及传送等各项指令。     

数字图书馆容灾系统建设研究

本文在阐述数据容灾概念与技术的基础上,简单分析了当前几种关键技术,并针对目前我国数字图书馆的可用性与安全性要求高的特点,提出了应用SAN技术实现数字图书馆容灾系统的设计方案,然后对此方案进行了分析,为其他容灾系统的建设起参考与借鉴作用。     

大功率LED智能化照明控制系统设计

在绿色照明领域,既要体现节能,又要具备较高的光效,大功率LED驱动设计显得越来越重要。针对大功率LED的特性,研究设计了适用于不同参数指标的白光LED的驱动与控制系统。该系统以单片机C8051F040为核心,结合外围电路,用数字控制技术代替模拟电路控制,对大功率LED的恒流驱动电流进行高精度控制,以及对LED亮度进行自动调节控制,实现了多种大功率LED智能化照明。
