脉冲激光淀积高电流密度的YBCO超导带材

采用脉冲激光加辅助离子源的方法在长为６．０ｃｍ的ＮｉＣｒ合金基带上制备０．１３μｍ厚的Ｙ－ＺｒＯ２（ＹＳＺ）隔离层，再用脉冲激光在ＹＳＺ／ＮｉＣｒ带上制备１．５μｍ厚的ＹＢａ２Ｃｕ３Ｏ７－ｘ超导厚膜形成ＹＢＣＯ／ＹＳＺ／ＮｉＣｒ超导带材。实验测得在７７Ｋ，０Ｔｅｓｌａ下其临界电流密度为８．７５×１０４Ａ／ｃｍ２，超导转变温度为８８．６Ｋ。     

实时可视决策系统在渤海湾旅大油田开发中的应用

实时可视决策系统可以将接收到的现场数据实时传输到陆地，井眼轨迹和随钻测井资料可实时在三维地质油藏模型中显示，供钻完井和地质油藏专家综合分析、判断并及时下达指令指导现场施工。旅大油田运用实时可视决策系统成功钻成了6口水平井和4口水平分支井，实现了不钻领眼、井眼轨迹在最佳油层内成功着陆，并使水平井段尽可能沿着油层最佳位置钻进。例如在LD10—1-A25m水平分支井段的钻井过程中，利用实时可视决策系统，控制水平井眼轨迹在油层最佳位置钻进，获得了日产810M^3。的高产油气流。     

EO/EG装置生产过程中有机酸的生成原因分析

分析了环氧乙烷，乙二醇装置工艺系统中有机酸生成的原因．指出在银催化剂作用下，乙烯氧化过程有机酸生成主要成分是甲酸和乙酸，银催化剂不是影响氧化反应器出口醛含量的主要因素；杂质、温度等对反应器出口气中的醛含量有重要影响，也直接影响到装置前系统的有机酸含量；乙二醇后系统中有机酸的增加仅取决于两级吸收及解析工艺的稳定操作。     

空分设备氮水预冷系统改进

分析 6 0 0 0m3 /h空分设备原氮水预冷系统存在的问题及原因 ,将水循环由原制氧站大循环改为氮水预冷系统内部的自循环 ,只增加水换热器和蓄水器 ,效果明显。     

Isothermal transformation and decomposition ofβ 1 phase in a CuZnAl alloy

In the present paper, the crystallography of isothermal transformation and decomposition ofβ, phase have been studied by means of transmission electron microscopy and diffraction in the CuZnAl shape memory alloy. It has been proved that the bainite formed inβ ₁, matrix when the samples were transformed isothermally at moderate temperature. The crystallography of the isothermal bainitic transformation is identical to that of martensite in the same system. When the specimens were aged at moderate temperatures for longer time, the bainite and matrix decomposed to equilibrium phases. The decomposition process can be summarized as follows: $$\begin{gathered} bainite (9R) \to 9R + \alpha \left( {fcc} \right) \to \alpha + \beta \left( {bcc} \right) \hfill \\ matrix (B2) \to 2H + B2 \to \beta \left( {bcc} \right) \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ There are definite orientation relationships among these phases during the decomposition process and they are shown below: $$\begin{gathered} \left( {111} \right)_\alpha \parallel \left( {001} \right)_B ,\left[ {0\bar 11} \right]_\alpha \parallel \left[ {\bar 110} \right]_B \hfill \\ \left( {111} \right)_\alpha 5^ \circ away from \left( {110} \right)_\beta ,\left[ {0\bar 11} \right]_\alpha \parallel \left[ {1\bar 1\bar 1} \right]_\beta \hfill \\ \left( {110} \right)_M \parallel \left( {001} \right)_{2H} ,\left[ {001} \right]_M \parallel \left[ {010} \right]_{2H} \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ Thus, the crystallography of isothermal transformation and decomposition ofβ ₁ phase and the sequence of transitions have been revealed.     

基于机器人运动模型的EKF-SLAM算法改进

针对两轮驱动机器人运动模型定向误差的累积问题,提出改进的三轮驱动机器人运动模型,对EKF-SLAM算法的一致性进行改进;该模型通过对机器人车轮线速度的解耦运算,将机器人运动过程中的旋转角速度提取出来并作为系统的控制输入之一,从而可以直接得到各个控制时间间隔内的机器人姿态角变化,很好地避免了机器人定向误差的累积;最后,基于归一化估计方差的检验标准进行实验,验证了三轮驱动机器人运动模型有效提高了EKF-SLAM算法的一致性。     

An intrinsic semantic framework for recognizing image objects

The paper proposes a new approach to find semantic meanings in visual object class structure, in line with the Gestalt laws of proximity. Micro level semantic structures are formed by line segments (arcs also approximated into line segments based on pixel deviation threshold) which are in close proximity. These structures are hierarchically combined till a semantic label can be assigned. The algorithm extracts semantic groups, their inter-relations and represents these using a graph. Invariant geometrical properties of the groups and relations are used as vertex and edge labels. A graph model captures the inter class variability by analyzing the repetitiveness of structures and relations and uses it as a weighting factor for classification. The algorithm has been tested on a standard benchmark database and compared with existing approaches.     

基于Web services的WebGISVisA体系结构研究与实现*

针对目前网络地理信息系统体系结构难以实现Internet环境下的异构空间信息的互操作问题,深入分析其主要原因,在对现有网络地理信息系统的三层体系结构进行深入分析的基础上,提出一种基于Web services的网络地理信息系统体系结构(Web-based geographical information services visualization architecture,WebGISVisA).WebGISVisA体系结构通过Web services对各个地理信息系统组件进行包装,实现各个组件的跨平台操作,从技术上使得客户端和服务端达到了负载平衡,完成了WebGIS三维的虚拟现实,实现了在Internet下空间数据互操作和跨平台的功能,最大限度地达到数据共享.     

玻璃纤维分束器工艺技术改进研究与应用

为了降低玻璃纤维生产成本,提升分束纱产品质量,增加市场竞争优势,根据分束纱生产工艺线特点,从分束器设计开发及工艺技术调整应用方面进行攻关,研制开发出了特殊的拉丝分束装置,解决了拉丝过程中玻璃纤维在分束器处飞丝和浸润剂浪费的问题.     

The miR-106b/NR2F2-AS1/PLEKHO2 Axis Regulates Migration and Invasion of Colorectal Cancer through the MAPK Pathway

Increasing numbers of miRNAs have been observed as oncogenes or tumor suppressors in colorectal cancer (CRC). It was recently reported that hsa-miR-106b-5p (miR-106b) promoted CRC cell migration and invasion. However, there were also studies showing contradictory results. Therefore, in the present study, we further explore the role of miR-106b and its downstream networks in the carcinogenesis of CRC. We observed that the expression of miR-106b is significantly increased in Pan-Cancer and CRC tissues compared with normal tissues from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Furthermore, we used Transwell, Cell Counting Kit-8, and colony formation assays to clarify that miR-106b promotes the migratory, invasive, and proliferative abilities of CRC cells. For the first time, we systematically screened the target mRNAs and lncRNAs of miR-106b using TCGA database and the bioinformatics algorithms. Dual-luciferase reporter assay confirmed that NR2F2-AS1 and PLEKHO2 are the direct targets of miR-106b. Furthermore, NR2F2-AS1 acts as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) to regulate PLEKHO2 expression by sponging miR-106b. The results of Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and Western blot indicated that they play important roles in CRC progression by regulating MAPK pathway. Thus, miR-106b/NR2F2-AS1/PLEKHO2/MAPK signaling axis may suggest the potential usage in CRC treatment.
