Sodium‐ion hybrid supercapacitors (Na‐HSCs) have potential for mid‐ to large‐scale energy storage applications because of their high energy/power densities, long cycle life, and the low cost of sodium. However, one of the obstacles to developing Na‐HSCs is the imbalance of kinetics from different charge storage mechanisms between the sluggish faradaic anode and the rapid non‐faradaic capacitive cathode. Thus, to develop high‐power Na‐HSC anode materials, this paper presents the facile synthesis of nanocomposites comprising Nb2O5@Carbon core–shell nanoparticles (Nb2O5@C NPs) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO), and an analysis of their electrochemical performance with respect to various weight ratios of Nb2O5@C NPs to rGO (e.g., Nb2O5@C, Nb2O5@C/rGO‐70, ‐50, and ‐30). In a Na half‐cell configuration, the Nb2O5@C/rGO‐50 shows highly reversible capacity of ≈285 mA h g?1 at 0.025 A g?1 in the potential range of 0.01–3.0 V (vs Na/Na+). In addition, the Na‐HSC using the Nb2O5@C/rGO‐50 anode and activated carbon (MSP‐20) cathode delivers high energy/power densities (≈76 W h kg?1 and ≈20 800 W kg?1) with a stable cycle life in the potential range of 1.0–4.3 V. The energy and power densities of the Na‐HSC developed in this study are higher than those of similar Li‐ and Na‐HSCs previously reported.  相似文献

This paper proposes two space-frequency schemes with a multi-user pre-filtering technique for downlink (DL) multicarrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) systems. We consider the use of antenna arrays at the base station (BS) and a single antenna at the mobile terminal (MT) and derive the proposed multi-user pre-filtering technique that modulates the transmitted signal to eliminate the effects of multiple access interference (MAI) and channel distortions at the mobile terminals, while maintaining low MT complexity. Two types of detectors are considered at the MT: simple despreading and single user equalizers. The performances of the proposed schemes are compared to those of other transmit signal design approaches that have been recently proposed for DL MC-CDMA, considering both typical indoor and pedestrian scenarios, and channel coding based on UMTS specifications.  相似文献

This article presents the result of the current knowledge on the very high frequency electromagnetic radiation of lightning. A phenomenology analysis of the new results obtained from the study of triggered lightning in New Mexico (TRIP 82) and at Saint-Privat-d’ Allier in Haute-Loire, France (1983) is first described. The authors then present the spectral and temporal characteristics of the VHF/UHF radiation which can be applied to the electromagnetic compatibility of systems. From a synthesis of the experimental and theoretical contributions, they propose a reflection on the lightning initiation process and on the mechanisms generating lightning radiation.  相似文献

A study was made of the interfacial properties of Poly(pyrrole) (PP) deposited electrochemically onto single crystal p-Si surfaces. The interfacial properties are dependent upon the counterions. The formation of “Quasi-Ohmic” and “non-Ohmic” contacts, respectively, of PP(C1O4) and PP films doped with other counterions (BF4 and para-toluene sulfonate) with p-Si, are explained in-terms of the conductivity of these films and the flat band potential,V fb, of PP relative to that ofp-Si. The PP film seems to passivate or block intrinsic surface states present on thep-Si surface. The differences in the impedance behavior of para-toluene sulfonate doped and C1O4 doped PP are compared.  相似文献

Standard material parameters identification strategies for constitutive equations generally use an extensive number of classical tests for collecting the required experimental data. Recently, new specimen geometries for heterogeneous tests were designed to enhance the richness of the strain field and capture supplementary strain states using full‐field measurement techniques. The butterfly specimen is an example of such a geometry, designed through a numerical optimization procedure where an indicator capable of evaluating the heterogeneity and the richness of strain information is used. The aim of this work is to experimentally validate the heterogeneous butterfly mechanical test in the parameter identification framework. Blanks of mild steel DC04 are cut with the butterfly geometry, and specific grips are designed. Tests are performed with Digital Image Correlation technique, and a Finite Element Model Update inverse strategy is used for the parameter identification, as well as the calculation of the indicator. The identification strategy is accomplished with the data obtained from the experimental tests, and the results are compared with quasi‐homogeneous tests.  相似文献

The Master Curve (MC) methodology, originally proposed by Kim Wallin, is a standardised engineering tool for analysing the fracture toughness of ferritic steels in the ductile to brittle transition (DBT) region by means of the reference temperature T0. This temperature is normally estimated from quasi-static fracture toughness tests, nevertheless, it has been recently extended to the determination of dynamic fracture toughness. The aim of the present contribution is to characterise the fracture resistance in the DBT region under high strain rate conditions by applying the MC methodology to the steel of the Santa María de Garoña Spanish nuclear power plant (NPP). In this sense, 15 Charpy instrumented tests were performed on pre-cracked specimens from the surveillance program of the plant. The dynamic reference temperature, T0,dyn, was obtained and compared with the quasi-static reference temperature, T0,sta. The reliability of a semi-empirical formula proposed by Wallin to obtain T0,dyn from T0,sta has been analysed for this material.  相似文献

Nanoscale bioactive glasses have been gaining attention due to their reported superior osteoconductivity when compared to conventional (micron-sized) bioactive glass materials. The combination of bioactive glass nanoparticles or nanofibers with polymeric systems enables the production of nanocomposites with potential to be used in a series of orthopedic applications, including scaffolds for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. This review presents the state of art of the preparation of nanoscale bioactive glasses and corresponding composites with biocompatible polymers. The recent developments in the preparation methods of nano-sized bioactive glasses are reviewed, covering sol–gel routes, microemulsion techniques, gas phase synthesis method (flame spray synthesis), laser spinning, and electro-spinning. Then, examples of the preparation and properties of nanocomposites based on such inorganic bionanomaterials are presented, obtained using various polymer matrices, including polyesters such as poly(hydroxybutyrate), poly(lactic acid) and poly(caprolactone), and natural-based polymers such as polysaccharides (starch, chitin, chitosan) or proteins (silk fibroin, collagen). The physico-chemical, mechanical, and biological advantages of incorporating nanoscale bioactive glasses in such biodegradable nanocomposites are discussed and the possibilities to expand the use of these materials in other nanotechnology concepts aimed to be used in different biomedical applications are also highlighted.  相似文献
