Two-step synthesis of Y2〇3:Eu nanostructures was performed. It includes microwave driven hydrothermal and calcination stages. Performed route results in crystallization of Y4〇(OH)g(N〇3):Eu crystals initially, then Y2〇3:Eu crystals after calcination. Arranged Eu contents in relation to overall cation quantity were set to 2 mol%, 10 mol% and 20 mol%. Varying europium concentrations influence habit of obtained Y4〇(OH)g(N〇3):Eu crystals from needle-like to plate-like and as a result, also shapes of final Y2〇3:Eu nanostructures. Additionally, certain amount of Eu2+ ions was detected in as-grown material using laser spectroscopy and decay kinetics measurements. Obtained material was calcined at 1200 °C in the air, which results in oxidation of Eu2+ ions and crystallization of small number of cubic EU2 O3 nanocrystals. Characterization of obtained materials was performed using XRD, SEM, TEM, EDX, CL,Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopy. 相似文献

The development of user-adaptive systems is of increasing importance for industrial applications. User modeling emerged from the need to represent in the system knowledge about the user in order to allow informed decisions on how to adapt to match the user's needs. Most of the research in this field, however, has been theoretical, top-down. Our approach, in contrast, was driven by the needs of the application and shows features of bottom-up, user-centered design.We have implemented a user modeling component supporting a task-based interface to a hypermedia information system for hospitals and tested it under realistic conditions. A new architecture for user modeling has been developed which focuses on the tasks performed by users. It allows adaptive browsing support for users with different level of experience, and a level of adaptability. The requirements analysis shows that the differences in the information needs of users with different levels of experience are not only quantitative, but qualitative. Experienced users are not only able to cope with a wider browsing space, but sometimes prefer to organize their search in a different way. That is why the user model and the interface of the system are designed to support a smooth transition in the access options provided to novice users and to expert users. 相似文献

Most of the research in the area of expert finding focuses on creating and maintaining centralized directories of experts' profiles, which users can search on demand. However, in a distributed multiagent-based software environment, the autonomous agents are free to develop expert models or model fragments for their own purposes and from their viewpoints. Therefore, the focus of expert finding is shifting from the collection at one place as much data about a expert as possible to accessing on demand from various agents whatever user information is available at the moment and interpreting it for a particular purpose. This paper outlines purpose-based expert modeling as an approach for finding an expert in a multiagent portfolio management system in which autonomous agents develop expert agent models independently and do not adhere to a common representation scheme. This approach aims to develop taxonomy of purposes that define a variety of context-dependent user modeling processes, which are used by the users' personal agents to find appropriate expert agents to advise users on investing strategies. 相似文献

This study evaluated the influence of Lactobacillus plantarum 299v on the consumer quality of legume sprouts. The probiotic-rich sprouts were produced by soaking the seeds in probiotic water suspension and further sprouting at 25 °C for 4 days. The enrichment of the sprouts with L. plantarum 299v only slightly affected the sensory quality - the overall acceptability of the probiotic-rich sprouts was usually higher. The probiotic-rich sprouts exhibited increased activity of polyphenol oxidase (the highest activity in the mung bean preparations - 73.97 U mg−1 of protein). The peroxidase activity was not altered. The probiotic enrichment increased the phenolic content by 25%, 31% and 23% in the soybean, adzuki and mung bean preparations; however, it was not reflected in the antioxidant activities. The changes in the activity of enzymes involved in mobilisation of stored material (starch and proteins) and the increased content of phenolics only slightly modified the bioavailability of nutrients. 相似文献

The preparation process and the properties of Al2O3-W nanocomposites obtained by gelcasting are reported. The novelty of the synthesis path is the formation of nano-tungsten particles in an in situ reduction of water-soluble precursor during pressureless sintering. The use of water-soluble salt as a tungsten precursor ensured highly homogenous distribution of reinforcing particles and good adhesion between ceramic and metal phases. The maximum content of tungsten in the composites was approximately 0.5 wt%. The size of the reinforcing particles was less than 100 nm. Presence of metallic tungsten and tungsten carbide (W2C) in the composites lead to the improvement of mechanical parameters: an increase of hardness by about 10 % and of fracture toughness by about 20 %, compared to the reference sample of pure aluminum oxide. 相似文献
