气力输送在烧结电除尘输灰系统中的应用

针对烧结厂烧结电除尘灰的工况特性，介绍了输送烧结电除尘灰的正压气力输灰系统的特点、组成，还对在调试和试运行过程中遇到的故障进行了分析并制订了解决措施。     

Evaluating the mixing performance of a ribbon blender

This paper investigates the effects of processing and equipment parameters of a ribbon blender (i.e. loading method of lubricant, fill level, blade speed and blade design) on magnesium stearate homogeneity. A core sampling technique is used to obtain at least one hundred samples per sampling event, which are extracted throughout the blender and yield a thorough characterization of the entire bed. The results presented here can be used as a guideline to develop appropriate blending processes and characterization protocols for ribbon blenders.     

Growth of highly orientated strontium barium niobate thin films on Si substrates through the sol–gel process using a K: SBN template layer

We report the growth of highly C-axis orientation of Sr _x Ba_1−x Nb₂O₆ (SBN) thin films on p-type (100) Si substrates by using a potassium-substituted SBN template layer with the sol–gel method. The crystallization of SBN thin films was found closely related to the potassium ion doping concentration and the postannealing temperature of the K-SBN template layer. Secondary ion mass spectrometry analysis showed that potassium elements were accumulated at the interface of the template layer and silicon substrate. SBN films postannealed at 750 °C with K-SBN template layer has a smaller full width at half maximum of X-ray rocking curve of 2.45° than that of 5.40° for the pure SBN films. By introducing a template layer, the surface morphologies of SBN films fabricated on silicon substrate were greatly improved.     

Ring‐opening polymerization of D,L‐lactide by rare earth 2,6‐dimethylaryloxide

Ring‐opening polymerization of D,L ‐lactide (LA) has been successfully carried out by using rare earth 2,6‐dimethylaryloxide (Ln(ODMP)₃) as single component catalyst or initiator for the first time. The effects of different rare earth elements, solvents, monomers and catalyst concentration as well as polymerization temperature and time on the polymerization were investigated. The results show that La(ODMP)₃ exhibits higher activity to prepare poly(D,L ‐lactide) (PLA) with a viscosity molecular weight of 4.5 × 10⁴ g mol^?1 and the conversion of 97 % at 100 °C in 45 min. The catalytic activity of Ln(ODMP)₃ has following sequence: La > Nd > Sm > Gd > Er > Y. A kinetic study has indicated that the polymerization is first order with respect to both monomer and catalyst concentration. The apparent activation energy of the polymerization of LA with La(ODMP)₃ is 69.6 kJ mol^?1. The analyses of polymer ends indicate that the LA polymerization proceeds according to ‘coordination–insertion’ mechanism with selective cleavage of the acyl–oxygen bond of the monomer. MIP-CGP工艺专用催化剂CGP-1的开发与应用

阐述了生产汽油组分满足欧Ⅲ排放标准并多产丙烯的催化裂化工艺（简称MIP-CGP）专用催化剂（简称CGP-1）的研究开发与工业应用结果。CGP-1催化剂的基质具有良好的容炭性能，使活性组元受到良好保护，其优势作用在第二反应区得以充分发挥，具有更高的氢转移活性和强的汽油小分子烯烃裂化活性。中国石化九江分公司和镇海炼化公司的MIP-CGP工业试验标定结果表明，与常规FCC相比，采用CGP-1催化剂的MIP-CGP技术在生产烯烃体积分数小于18％的汽油组分的同时，丙烯产率达到8％以上。此外，汽油诱导期大幅提高，抗爆指数增加；总液体收率有所提高，干气产率下降，焦炭选择性良好。

以三维软件进行车轮造型,用CAD软件建立固有频率分析数学模型,对车轮固有频率进行分析和处理.结合其他试验的分析,对车轮进行优化设计.

TM1300多媒体DSP的百兆以太网通信接口的设计实现

主要研究TM1300多媒体数字信号处理器(DSP)在pSOS嵌入式操作系统下的100 Mbit/s高速以太网接口的设计与实现.硬件方面,介绍了TM1300系统与RTL8139以太网驱动芯片通过PCI总线互连的实现方式,重点介绍了其中PCI仲裁器的设计和PCI配置空间地址的设置方法;软件方面,介绍了在DSP端内嵌的pSOS操作系统下开发软件驱动RTL8139芯片的方法,重点描述了pSOS的pNA 网络组件的NI接口、RTL8139芯片收发数据的控制方式、驱动程序的发送缓存管理、TM1300访问PCI空间的途径以及内存与数据缓存一致性等要点.最后从速率、可靠性、效率3个方面对实现的以太网通信接口进行了测试,给出了详细的实测结果.测试结果显示,与基于RTL8029芯片开发的以太网接口相比,各项性能均有较大提高.
