基于DSP的数字图像增强技术

本文采用目前工程中最通用的空域滤波增强法理论,通过DSP实现对数字图像的增强处理,使得图像对比度变大,目标和背景易于分离,对系统的后续操作提供工程的可实现性.     

基于LEADTOOLS的医学影像学习平台的设计与实现

LEADTOOLS是LeadTools公司开发的优秀的医学软件开发包,DICOM是医院PACS系统的标准图像格式,如何将各大医院的医学影像库中的数据作为医学院校学生的学习资料,已成为一个问题.本文基于LEADTOOLS V14.0设计实现了医学影像学习平台,大大加强了医学专业学生们的专业知识的学习.

局部PCA参数约束的Hough多椭圆分层检测算法

针对随机Hough变换(RHT)在复杂图像中检测圆及椭圆时随机采样所造成的大量无效采样、无效累积以及运算时间长等问题,提出基于局部PCA感兴趣参数约束Hough多椭圆分层检测思路。首先利用边缘检测算子获得边缘信息并去除边缘交叉点,在边缘图像中标记并提取出满足一定长度的连续曲线段;其次利用线段PCA方向分析确定是否属于有效曲线段;然后,对所有感兴趣曲线段按照标记顺序依次利用椭圆拟合办法初步得到感兴趣椭圆粗略参数,根据拟合结果进而模糊约束Hough变换参数搜索范围,得到精确椭圆参数;最后利用检测结果更新图像空间,删除已经检测到的椭圆,依次进行,直到所有椭圆检测完毕。实验结果表明,该算法在计算、存储消耗上均大大减少。     

IPv6下基于病毒过滤防火墙的设计与实现

包过滤防火墙无法检测出网络病毒,因此对其研究很有必要.设计的防火墙屏蔽了Linux自身的TCP/IP协议栈,重新构建了适合防火墙专用的TCP/IP协议栈,完成了防火墙上TCP协议的连接保持、数据包确认、文件传输等功能.防火墙主要考虑了HTTP协议下的文件过滤,使得内网主机在通过HTTP协议下栽文件时自动过滤病毒文件,保证内网主机的安全;防火墙以Linux可加栽内核模块形式实现,可以过滤链路层以上的各层;为提高病毒检测速度,提出了将病毒检测软件运行在核心态的方法.实验结果表明:设计的防火墙在性能和功能上都达到了预期目的.     

舰载武器系统局部故障分析方法与研究

针对舰载电子与武器装备结构复杂、设备数量庞大、分布舱室多、检测点分散不集中等问题,在充分调研论证基础上,以系统局部故障分析研究为切入点,提出适用于舰船武器装备特点的局部故障的分析方法;对系统的局部故障我们采用故障树的方法进行界定,并通过核心路径跟踪技术来确定检测点;采用核心路径在线故障检测方法,有效地节省测试资源,提高测试效率。     

基于FPGA的宽带数据采集时钟相位校正方法

为了解决宽带数据采集中由于传输线延时不一致造成的数据误采集的问题,首先从数据传输线电平转换机理入手分析了这一问题的原因所在,在此基础上,给出了估算采集时钟相位失真程度的一种简便测试方法,并分析了基于FPGA实现的两种时钟相位校正方法,即DPLL法和Logic Cell法;最后,利用FPGA集成开发环境QuartusⅡ对这两种相位校正方法的性能进行了仿真和比较,结果表明,这两种方法都具有精确的可控性。     

GLSV: Graphics library stereo vision for OpenGL

This work proposes the development of an auxiliary library for use with OpenGL, to facilitate the creation of graphic applications incorporating stereoscopic representation. This library, christened graphics library stereo vision (GLSV), is designed to remove all calculations involving knowledge of stereo vision theory from the task performed by the programmer without the latter having to change the way he/she has been working with the OpenGL library. The GLSV is distributed under the terms of the GNU Library General Public License agreement.     

Social Propagation: Boosting Social Annotations for Web Mining

This paper is concerned with the problem of boosting social annotations using propagation, which is also called social propagation. In particular, we focus on propagating social annotations of web pages (e.g., annotations in Del.icio.us). Social annotations are novel resources and valuable in many web applications, including web search and browsing. Although they are developing fast, social annotations of web pages cover only a small proportion (<0.1%) of the World Wide Web. To alleviate the low coverage of annotations, a general propagation model based on Random Surfer is proposed. Specifically, four steps are included, namely basic propagation, multiple-annotation propagation, multiple-link-type propagation, and constraint-guided propagation. The model is evaluated on a dataset of 40,422 web pages randomly sampled from 100 most popular English sites and ten famous academic sites. Each page’s annotations are obtained by querying the history interface of Del.icio.us. Experimental results show that the proposed model is very effective in increasing the coverage of annotations while still preserving novel properties of social annotations. Applications of propagated annotations on web search and classification further verify the effectiveness of the model.     

Extraction of genomic DNA and detection of single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping utilizing an integrated magnetic bead-based microfluidic platform

This study presents a new magnetic bead-based microfluidic platform, which integrates three major modules for rapid leukocytes purification, genomic DNA (gDNA) extraction and fast analysis of genetic gene. By utilizing microfluidic technologies and magnetic beads conjugated with CD_15/45 antibodies, leukocytes in a human whole blood sample can be first purified and concentrated, followed by extraction of gDNA utilizing surface-charge switchable, DNA-specific, magnetic beads in the lysis solution. Then, specific genes associated with genetic diseases can be amplified by an on-chip polymerase chain reaction (PCR) process automatically. The whole pretreatment process including the leukocytes purification and gDNA extraction can be performed in an automatic fashion with the incorporation of the built bio-separators consisting of microcoils array within less than 20 min. The detection of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping of methylenetetra-hydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T region associated with an increased risk of genetic diseases was further performed to demonstrate the capability of the proposed system. The extracted gDNA can be transported into a micro PCR chamber for on-chip fast nucleic acid amplification of detection genes with minimum human intervention. Hence, the developed system may provide a powerful automated platform for pretreatment of human leukocytes, gDNA extraction and fast analysis of genetic gene.
