In residential applications, an air-to-water CO2 heat pump is used in combination with a domestic hot water storage tank, and the performance of this system is affected significantly not only by instantaneous ambient air and city water temperatures but also by hourly changes of domestic hot water consumption and temperature distribution in the storage tank. In this paper, the performance of a CO2 heat pump water heating system is analyzed by numerical simulation. A simulation model is created based on thermodynamic equations, and the values of model parameters are estimated based on measured data for existing devices. The calculated performance is compared with the measured one, and the simulation model is validated. The system performance is clarified in consideration of seasonal changes of ambient air and city water temperatures.  相似文献

A new hybrid resonance self-shielding treatment method in reactor physics field is developed by integrating equivalence theory and ultra-fine-group slowing-down calculation from the theoretical point of view. In the conventional equivalence theory, scattering source approximation and taking no account of resonance interference effect cause prediction error of effective cross-section. By reviewing the derivation scheme of neutron flux in the equivalence theory, the essence of the ultra-fine-group treatment is effectively incorporated. A new form of energy-dependent flux is based on multi-term rational equation, but the scattering source can be solved by the way similar to the slowing-down equation. The accurate non-fuel flux is also considered without direct heterogeneous calculation. The new method can also efficiently eliminate the multi-group condensation error by a semi-analytical reaction rate preservation scheme between ultra-fine and multi-group treatments. The present method is implemented in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. lattice physics code GALAXY. From comparisons of neutronics parameters between GALAXY and a continuous energy Monte-Carlo code, applicability of the new method for lattice physics calculations is confirmed. GALAXY achieves high accuracy with short computation time. Therefore, it can be efficiently applied to generation of the nuclear constants used in the nuclear design and safety analysis of commercial light water reactors.  相似文献

In the multiarmed bandit problem the dilemma between exploration and exploitation in reinforcement learning is expressed as a model of a gambler playing a slot machine with multiple arms. A policy chooses an arm in each round so as to minimize the number of times that arms with suboptimal expected rewards are pulled. We propose the minimum empirical divergence (MED) policy and derive an upper bound on the finite-time regret which meets the asymptotic bound for the case of finite support models. In a setting similar to ours, Burnetas and Katehakis have already proposed an asymptotically optimal policy. However, we do not assume any knowledge of the support except for its upper and lower bounds. Furthermore, the criterion for choosing an arm, minimum empirical divergence, can be computed easily by a convex optimization technique. We confirm by simulations that the MED policy demonstrates good performance in finite time in comparison to other currently popular policies.  相似文献

This investigation concerns about study the effect of natural fiber on high performance composite. Effect of addition microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) as natural fiber to plain woven carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CF) reinforced epoxy on mechanical and thermal properties has been investigated. CF/epoxy composites with addition 0.5, 1 and 2 wt.% of MFC were characterized by different techniques, namely tensile, DMA, fracture toughness (mode I) test and SEM. The results reveal that at 2 wt.% of MFC, initiation and propagation interlaminar fracture toughness in mode I improved significantly by 80% and 44% respectively. Although there is slight tendency to increase tensile strength and Young’s modulus with addition MFC up to 2%, it is still not significant with those low contents of MFC. With addition 2 wt.% MFC, the glass transition temperature increased by about 12 °C compared to neat CF/epoxy composite indicating better heat resistance with addition of MFC.  相似文献

Bone marrow aspirate (BMA) is an excellent source of cells and growth factors and has been used successfully for bone, cartilage, and soft-tissue healing. This study aimed to investigate the histological and biomechanical properties of autogenous tendon graft by injecting BMA and its protective effect against degenerative changes in a rabbit model of meniscal defects. Adult white rabbits were divided into untreated, tendon, and tendon + BMA groups, and meniscal defects were created in the knees. The tendon graft and articular cartilage status were evaluated by macroscopic and histological analysis at 4, 12, and 24 weeks postoperatively among the three groups. The tendon graft in the tendon and tendon + BMA groups were used for biomechanical evaluation at 4, 12, and 24 weeks postoperatively. The meniscal covering ratio in the tendon + BMA group was better than that in the tendon and untreated groups at 12 and 24 weeks postoperatively. The matrix around the central portion of cells in the tendon + BMA group was positively stained by safranin O and toluidine blue staining with metachromasia at 24 weeks. The histological score of the tendon graft in the tendon + BMA group was significantly higher than that in the untreated and tendon groups at 12 and 24 weeks postoperatively. In the tendon + BMA group, cartilage erosion was not shown at 4 weeks, developed slowly, and was better preserved at 12 and 24 weeks compared to the untreated and tendon groups. Histological scores for the articular cartilage were significantly better in the tendon + BMA group at 24 weeks. The compressive stress on the tendon graft in the tendon + BMA group was significantly higher than that in the tendon group at 12 weeks postoperatively. Transplantation of autogenous tendon grafts by injecting BMA improved the histologic score of the regenerated meniscal tissue and was more effective than the tendon and untreated group for preventing cartilage degeneration in a rabbit model of massive meniscal defects.  相似文献

In this study, humic substances (humic acid and fulvic acid) were isolated from deep groundwater at ?350 m depth of Horonobe, Hokkaido, Japan to compare the characteristic property and reaction mechanism with generic humic acid isolated from surface soils. The size distributions of Horonobe humic substances were analyzed by size exclusion chromatography, flow-field flow fractionation, and total organic carbon measurement with ultrafiltration. All of them indicated small molecular weight and particle size of Horonobe humic acid in comparison with generic humic acids. Additionally, the simple protonation behavior of Horonobe humic substances similar to benzoic acid and/or phenol was revealed by thermodynamic quantities obtained by potentiometry and calorimetry. Consequently, molecular size and the reaction mechanism of Horonobe humic substances are different from generic humic acids, due to the characteristic origin.  相似文献

Japan's fine ceramics (advanced ceramics) industry, which reached US$30 billion of production in 2018 (an annual growth rate of 6.3%), accounts for 40% of the global market. The mission of the Japan Fine Ceramics Association (JFCA), which consists of 116 corporate members related to fine ceramics, is to further promote the development of this industry. In this paper, we describe the recent trends of fine ceramics industry and the latest JFCA's activities, including the publication of the FC Roadmap 2050 (2021 edition). This roadmap addresses fine ceramics technologies and products that will meet increasingly diverse needs of society, market, and industry in the year 2050.  相似文献

Oilseed rape straw (OS), rice straw (RS), wheat straw (WS), and corn stover (CS) particles were used to reinforce bio-polyols based polyurethane (PU) foams. The influence of crop straws (XS) fillers on the stability in water, degradability in soil, thermal stability, and elasticity of foams were investigated. The incorporation of OS and CS particles in the PU matrix increased the stability of reinforced foams in water, while the addition of WS and RS particles made foams lower stability in water. PU foams reinforced by XS particles displayed mass reductions up to 53.8% after burying in soil for 250 days. The reinforced foams were more stable under heating but the enhancement of thermal stability trended to disappear after water immersion or soil burying. The reinforced foams showed better elasticity that incorporations of OS and CS made PU foams higher height recovery percentage, while RS and WS made the recovery percentage decline firstly and then enhance during three times compressions. All these four XS particles are suitable to modify bio-based PU foams, especially OS and CS particles appear to be more outstanding in preparing foams with higher stability in water, degradability in soil, thermal stability, and elasticity than RS and WS particles.  相似文献

A dinuclear peroxotungstate, K2[{W(O)(O2)2(H2O)}2(μ‐O)]⋅2 H2O, exhibits high catalytic performance for the epoxidation of various allylic alcohols with only one equivalent of hydrogen peroxide at 305 K in water solvent. The effectiveness of this system is evidenced by high chemo‐, regio‐, and diastereoselectivity, and stereospecificity for the epoxidation of allylic alcohols. Furthermore, products/catalyst separation can be easily carried out by simple extraction and the catalyst recovered can be reused with the maintenance of the catalytic performance.  相似文献
