Ca-α SiAlON powders were prepared by carbothermal reduction-nitridation of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glasses at 1450 °C for 2 h in nitrogen. The content of Ca-α SiAlON phase was 65-81% in the products, and the other phases were AlN and β-SiAlON. The products contained hollow spheres with the size of around 5 μm in diameter. The particle morphology was almost identical to that of Ca-α SiAlON prepared from CaCO3-Al2O3-SiO2 powder mixtures.  相似文献

To increase delivery of L-dopa in its transdermal absorption, a new lipophilic derivative of L-dopa, L-dopa-butylester, was synthesized. An in-vitro study employing two-chamber diffusion cells, in which the excised rat abdominal skin was mounted, revealed that, in the presence of L-menthol and ethanol, L-dopa-butylester penetrated in its original form more effectively than L-dopa. L-Dopa-butylester sheets were made by immersing wiper sheets in methanol containing the compound, and then evaporating the methanol. An extraction study of the compound from the sheets revealed that its stability was maintained for at least 12 weeks. In an in-vivo cutaneous absorption study, an L-dopa-butylester sheet was attached to the shaved rat abdominal skin. A hydrogel containing L-menthol and ethanol was spread on vinyl tape, and this sheet was placed over it. In plasma, the L-dopa level rose linearly between 30 and 180 min after the cutaneous application; L-dopa-butylester was not detected. The L-dopa level was higher than that in which L-dopa was applied. These findings indicated that the lipophilic nature of L-dopa-butylester further increased its penetration through the skin, and that L-dopa-butylester that was taken up into the general circulation system was rapidly converted to L-dopa by hydrolysis in the body.  相似文献

Mechanically durable transparent electrodes are needed in flexible optoelectronic devices to realize their long‐term stable functioning, for applications in various fields such as energy, healthcare, and soft robotics. Several promising transparent electrodes based on nanomaterials have been previously reported to replace the conventional and fragile indium‐tin oxide (ITO); however, obtaining feasible printed transparent electrodes for ultraflexible devices with a multistack structure is still a great challenge. Here, a printed ultrathin (uniform thickness of 100 nm) Ag mesh transparent electrode is demonstrated, simultaneously achieving high conductance, high transparency, and good mechanical properties. It shows a 17 Ω sq?1 sheet resistance (Rsh) with 93.2% transmittance, which surpasses the performance of sputtered ITO electrodes and other ultrathin Ag mesh transparent electrodes. The conductance is stable after 500 cycles of 100% stretch/release deformation, with an insignificant increase (10.6%) in Rsh by adopting a buckling structure. Furthermore, organic photovoltaics (OPVs) using our Ag mesh transparent electrodes achieve a power conversion efficiency of 8.3%, which is comparable to the performance of ITO‐based OPVs.  相似文献

We have recently identified the resonant scattering from dielectric bispheres in the specular direction, which has long been known as the specular resonance, to be a type of rainbow (a caustic) and a general phenomenon for bispheres. We discuss the details of the specular resonance on the basis of systematic calculations. In addition to the rigorous theory, which precisely describes the scattering even in the resonance regime, the ray-tracing method, which gives the scattering in the geometrical-optics limit, is used. Specular resonance is explicitly defined as strong scattering in the direction of the specular reflection from the symmetrical axis of the bisphere whose intensity exceeds that of the scattering from noninteracting bispheres. Then the range of parameters for computing a particular specular resonance is specified. This resonance becomes prominent in a wide range of refractive indices (from 1.2 to 2.2) in a wide range of size parameters (from five to infinity) and for an arbitrarily polarized light incident within an angle of 40 degrees to the symmetrical axis. This particular scattering can stay evident even when the spheres are not in contact or the sizes of the spheres are different. Thus specular resonance is a common and robust phenomenon in dielectric bispheres. Furthermore, we demonstrate that various characteristic features in the scattering from bispheres can be explained successfully by using intuitive and simple representations. Most of the significant scatterings other than the specular resonance are also understandable as caustics in geometrical-optics theory. The specular resonance becomes striking at the smallest size parameter among these caustics because its optical trajectory is composed of only the refractions at the surfaces and has an exceptionally large intensity. However, some characteristics are not accounted for by geometrical optics. In particular, the oscillatory behaviors of their scattering intensity are well described by simple two-wave interference models.  相似文献

The treatments of heterogeneities and periodic boundary conditions are explored to properly perform isogeometric analysis (IGA) based on NURBS basis functions in solving homogenization problems for heterogeneous media with omni‐directional periodicity and composite plates with in‐plane periodicity. Because the treatment of the combination of different materials in IGA models is not trivial especially for periodicity constraints, the first priority is to clearly specify points at issue in the numerical modeling, or equivalently mesh generation, for IG homogenization analysis (IGHA). The most awkward, but important issue is how to generate patches for NURBS representation of the geometry of a rectangular parallelepiped unit cell to realize appropriate deformations in consideration of the convex‐hull property of IGA. The issue arises from the introduction of overlapped control points located at angular points in the heterogeneous unit cell, which must satisfy multiple point constraint (MPC) conditions associated with periodic boundary conditions (PBCs). Although two measures may be conceivable, we suggest the use of multiple patches along with double MPC that imposes PBCs and the continuity conditions between different patches simultaneously. Several numerical examples of numerical material and plate tests are presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed strategy of IG modeling for IGHA. In this paper an integrated procedure for three‐dimensional (3D) structural analyses with the finite cover method (FCM) is introduced. In the pre‐process of this procedure, the geometry of a structure is modelled by 3D‐CAD, followed by digitization to have the corresponding voxel model, and then the structure is covered by a union of mathematical covers, namely a mathematical mesh independently generated for approximation purposes. Since the mesh topology in the FCM does not need to conform to the physical boundaries of the structure, the mesh can be regular and structured. Thus, the numerical analysis procedure is free from the difficulties mesh generation typically poses and, in this sense, enables us to realize the mesh‐free analysis. After formulating the FCM with interface elements for the static equilibrium state of a structure, we detail the procedure of the finite cover modelling, including the geometry modelling with 3D‐CAD and the identification of the geometry covered by a regular mesh for numerical integration. Prior to full 3D modelling and analysis, we present a simple numerical example to confirm the equivalence of the performance of the FCM and that of the standard finite element method (FEM). A 74-year-old man was admitted to our hospital. Diagnosis of invasive bladder cancer was made and a total cystectomy was performed on January, 30, 1980. Histological examination showed transitional cell carcinoma, grade 2, pT1 is N0M0. After 16 years, when he suffered left femur, he had right inguinal lymphnode swelling. On the biopsy of the inguinal mass, histology was transitional cell carcinoma. The urethral washing cytology was positive. Lung CT scan dem onstrated multiple lesions. He was diagnosed of the urethral recurrence, right inguinal lymphnode metastasis and lung metastasis of bladder cancer. This case is the 5th case of urethral recurrence of bladder cancer following cystectomy in our hospital.  相似文献

We performed off pump CABG (coronary artery bypass grafting) and right upper lobectomy with R2a lymph nodes dissection on the patient suffered from both lung cancer in the right S1 and stenotic lesion in the left anterior descending artery. Because the coronary lesion was long-segmented one, it was not suitable for percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. To perform absolutely curative operation for the lung cancer, CABG was undergone simultaneously under off pump condition. It is generally feared that the cardiovascular surgery under CPB may have adverse effect for the patient with malignant lesion. Off pump CABG is expected to avoid such disadvantage of CPB, and thought to be suitable method for such a patient as we present above.  相似文献

The effect of TiO2 content on the oxidation of sintered bodies from the conventional Si3N4-Y2O3-Al2O3-AlN system was investigated. Sintered specimens composed of Si3N4, Y2O3, Al2O3, and AlN, with a ratio of 100 : 5 : 3 : 3 wt% and containing TiO2 in the range of 0 to 5 wt% to Si3N4, were fabricated at 1775 °C for 4 h at 0.5 MPa of N2. Oxidation at 1200 to 1400 °C for a maximum of 100 h was performed in atmospheres of dry and wet air flows. The relation between weight gain and oxidation time was confirmed to obey the parabolic law. The activation energies decreased with TiO2 content. In the phases present in the specimens oxidized at 1300 °C for 100 h in dry air, Y3Al5O12 and TiN, which had existed before oxidation, disappeared. Alpha-cristobalite and Y2O3·2TiO2 (Y2T) appeared in their place and increased with increasing TiO2 content. In those oxidized at 1400 °C, -cristobalite was dominant and very small amounts of Y2O3·2SiO2 and Y2T were contained. There was a tendency for more -cristobalite to form in oxidation in wet air than in dry air. Therefore, moisture was confirmed to affect the crystallization of SiO2 formed during oxidation. Judging from the lower activation energy, the crystallization, and the pores formation, we concluded that the addition of TiO2 decreases oxidation resistance.  相似文献

Polymer structures have been investigated using positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy (PALS) with a slow positron beam as well as a conventional radioactive source (22Na). The properties of the free volume holes near the polymer surface were studied as a function of the positron implantation energy. The longest lifetime was associated with ortho-positronium (o-Ps) annihilation in the free volume holes. In polytetrafluoroethylene film, the lifetime of o-Ps was observed to decrease with increasing positron implantation depth, and a significant change in the o-Ps lifetime was found at a short distance (about 10 nm) from the surface, while its intensity increased. This result implies that near the polymer surface the free volume holes become larger that in the bulk. The effect of temperature on the polymer sub-surface layers was also studied. For high molecular weight polystyrene, the glass transition temperature for the sub-surface was lower than that for the bulk and thermal expansion coefficient of the sub-surface layers was found to be larger than the bulk value.
