The AlON transparent ceramic cantilever beams containing twin and grain boundaries were fabricated by focused ion beam technique. The deformation behaviors were investigated by measurement of the load and displacement dependence of cantilever beams from micro bending tests. Young's modulus of AlON transparent ceramics was calculated from load and displacement curves, the results of which were consistent with results of previous works. Moreover, the bonding strengths of twin lamella boundary, twin boundary, and normal grain boundary in AlON transparent ceramics were 5.00, 5.05, and 4.81 GPa, respectively. 相似文献

A novel tuning-fork test method was developed to study hydrogen-induced stress corrosion cracking of high-strength steels. Special tuning-fork specimens are designed to enable accurate stress adjustment via constant displacement under cathodic hydrogen charging conditions. In this study, the testing method is further developed, making the potentiostatic hydrogen charging possible through the modifications of the corrosion cell. Different direct-quenched, low- and medium-carbon steel grades, with a hardness range of 300–550 HBW, are investigated with both galvanostatic and potentiostatic hydrogen charging techniques. For each steel grade, the lowest fracture stress and highest no-fracture stress are determined. Both hydrogen charging techniques produce similar results, and it is observed that the fracture stress decreases with the increase in hardness. However, the potentiostatic technique produces larger differences between the lowest fracture stress results, thus having a better resolution. 相似文献

Air-assisted steam flooding is a new promoting technique for enhanced oil recovery compared to the other traditional thermal recovery methods. In this study, five experiments, including one steam flooding experiment, three combined steam–air flooding experiments, and one combined steam–N2 flooding experiment were studied, under the conditions of 180 °C and back-pressure valve of 8 MPa, with sand-packed model. The volume fraction of mixed gas in these four combined steam–air (or N2) flooding experiments were 80% steam+20% air, 60% steam+40% air, 40% steam+60% air, and 60% steam+40% N2, respectively. The experimental results showed that air-assisted steam flooding could enhance the oil displacement efficiency when the volume fraction of air and steam was in a certain number, and the optimal condition is 60% steam+40% air. Furthermore, water cut curves and saturate, aromatic, resin, and asphaltene (SARA) analysis results also demonstrate that the low-temperature oxidation reaction in air-assisted steam flooding process advantageous to profile control of generating high viscosity “PLUG” to seal high-permeability channel in reservoir. 相似文献

A multienzyme complex, cellulosome, of the facultatively anaerobic bacterium, Paenibacillus curdlanolyticus B-6 was produced on microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel) under aerobic conditions. During growth on Avicel, the bacterial cells were found to be capable of adhesion to Avicel by scanning electron microscopic (SEM) analysis. The multienzyme complex of P. curdlanolyticus B-6 was isolated from the crude enzyme preparation by gel filtration chromatography on Sephacryl S-300 and affinity purification on cellulose. The isolated multienzyme complex was able to bind to both Avicel and insoluble xylan and consists of cellulolytic and xylanolytic enzymes such as avicelase, carboxymethyl cellulase (CMCase), cellobiohydrolase, β-glucosidase, xylanase, β-xylosidase and α-l-arabinofuranosidase. The molecular mass of the complex was estimated to be 1600 kDa. It composed of at least 12 proteins on SDS-PAGE and 10 CMCases and 11 xylanases on zymograms. The isolated multienzyme complex could degrade the raw lignocellulosic substances effectively. 相似文献

In situ prepared hydrophobic CuO nanoparticles, about 84.3 nm in mean diameter, was synthesized and used to catalyze heavy oil low-temperature oxidation (LTO) reaction. Experimental results showed the average oxygen consumption rate with CuO nanoparticles addition increased by 1.4 times, and the residue oxygen content in tail gas in autoclave was decreased from 8.76% to 3.9% compared to the blank experiment (without CuO nanoparticles). In addition, the CuO nanoparticles could facilitate the cleavage reaction during LTO. This study can provide guidelines to improve effectively the safety of air flooding technology in the heavy oil. 相似文献

It is often the case that in the development of a system-on-a-chip(SoC)design,a family of SystemC transaction level models(TLM)is created.TLMs in the same family often share common functionalities but differ in their timing,implementation,configuration and performance in various SoC developing phases.In most cases,all the TLMs in a family must be verified for the follow-up design activities.In our previous work,we proposed to call such family TLM product line(TPL),and proposed feature-oriented(FO)design methodology for efficient TPL development.However,developers can only verify TLM in a family one by one,which causes large portion of duplicated verification overhead.Therefore,in our proposed methodology,functional verification of TPL has become a bottleneck.In this paper,we proposed a novel TPL verification method for FO designs.In our method,for the given property,we can exponentially reduce the number of TLMs to be verified by identifying mutefeature-modules(MFM),which will avoid duplicated veri-fication.The proposed method is presented in informal and formal way,and the correctness of it is proved.The theoretical analysis and experimental results on a real design show the correctness and efficiency of the proposed method. 相似文献
