水平井现场地质导向方法及其应用

为了降低水平井的钻探工程成本，要尽量不钻或少钻导眼井段。根据水平井在钻前准备、深度预测、稳定井斜、水平导入4个阶段的不同作业特点，依据现场施工经验，归纳提出了利用公式法、小导眼法、曲线指示法、扭矩与dc指数法等方法进行地质导向的成功实践。利用这些方法，可以有效地指导现场钻井人员，将钻井轨迹比较准确地导入目的层中。     

95W-Ni-Fe 合金工艺缺陷的 SAM 和 XPS 分析

藉助扫描俄歇探针、Ｘ射线光电子谱等分析了９５Ｗ－Ｎｉ－Ｆｅ合金碳污染和氧化的本质。发现，碳污染试样中碳的化学状态主要为石墨，少量为铁或镍的有机化合物，这些物质的界面富集使材料脆化。钨合金氧化后，氧大量富集于钨／粘结相界面，使沿着该界面的断裂更容易发生。     

Hybrid pulse position modulation/ultrashort light pulse code-division multiple-access systems .I. Fundamental analysis

We propose a hybrid pulse position modulation/ultrashort light pulse code-division multiple-access (PPM/ULP-CDMA) system for ultrafast optical communications. The proposed system employs spectral CDMA encoding/decoding and PPM with very short pulse separation. The statistical properties of the encoded ULP are investigated with a general pulse model, and the performance of the proposed PPM/ULP-CDMA system is investigated. It is shown that we can improve upon the performance of other ULP-CDMA systems, such as those using on-off keying, by employing PPM. It is also shown that we can improve the performance of the proposed system by increasing the effective number of chips, by increasing the number of PPM symbols, and by reducing the ULP duration. The performance analysis shows that the aggregate throughput of the proposed PPM/ULP-CDMA system could be over 1 Tb/s.

川东二叠系生物礁油气藏的地震勘探技术

 生物礁油气藏是一种特殊的岩性油气藏，由于其地质特点的多样性和复杂性，使得生物礁的地震勘探难度很大。本文针对川东地区二叠系生物礁的地质特点和资料情况，以生物礁气藏为研究对象，从已知井井震响应特征分析出发，通过地震反射结构分析、神经网络波形分类处理、地震属性分析、三维可视化解释、多参数地震反演等多项地震特殊处理和解释方法，建立了生物礁和生物礁储层的判别模式，形成了有针对性的地震勘探配套技术。其中以伽马、补偿中子及声波为目标曲线的多参数地震反演技术对于预测和评价生物礁特别有效。     

A new alloy design concept for austenitic stainless steel with tungsten modification for bipolar plate application in PEMFC

The feasibility of a new alloy design concept utilizing the principle of ‘tungsten bronze effect’ is critically evaluated for the development of metallic bipolar plates for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). An austenitic stainless steel (ASS) is modified with W and La to improve the stability of the passive film in an acidic environment as well as to reduce the contact resistance by the tungsten bronze effect. The experimental ASS containing W and La was evaluated in a simulated PEMFC environment of H₃PO₄ and H₂SO₄ solutions at 80 °C, and the electrical property was evaluated by performing a contact resistance test. The test results show that the ASS modified with W and La has good passive film stability for corrosion resistance and low contact resistance. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis clearly suggests the possibility of the tungsten bronze effect from the change in valency state of W⁶⁺ to W⁵⁺ in the passive film formed on the modified ASS. The feasibility of a new alloy design concept utilizing the ‘tungsten bronze effect’ is well demonstrated; however, more study is highly required for the development of metallic bipolar plates of PEMFC.

激光引信及其在海防导弹上的应用前景

简述了 GaAs 激光器、光电探测器及激光引信的基本特点。说明了激光引信在海防导弹上应用的可行性。提出了为满足掠海导弹的需求所必须解决的关键技术和实施途径。展望了激光引信在导弹控制和导引等方面的应用前景。     

RANTES-induced T cell activation correlates with CD3 expression

The chemokine RANTES induces a unique biphasic cytoplasmic Ca2+ signal in T cells. The first phase of this signal, similar to that of other chemokines, is G-protein mediated and chemotaxis associated. The second phase of this signal, unique to RANTES and evident at concentrations greater than 100 nM, is tyrosine kinase linked and results in a spectrum of responses similar to those seen with antigenic stimulation of T cells. We show here that certain jurkat T cells responded to RANTES solely through this latter pathway. A direct correlation between the RANTES-induced second phase response and CD3 expression was demonstrated in these cells. Sorting the Jurkat cells into CD3(high) and CD3(low) populations revealed that only the CD3(high) cells were responsive to RANTES. Furthermore, stimulation of these Jurkat cells with anti-CD3 mAb significantly depresses their subsequent response to RANTES. While a RANTES-specific chemokine receptor is expressed at a low level on these Jurkat cells, the RANTES-induced activation is dependent on the presence of the TCR. Thus, stimulation through TCR may partially account for RANTES' unique pattern of signaling in T cells.
