Dynamical manipulation of oxygen ion (O2?) at metal/oxide heterointerfaces is widely demonstrated to tailor numerous physical and chemical properties and facilitate creating novel functionalities significantly. The traditional works mainly focus on electric control of O2? dynamical behavior and related interface characteristics. Here, an alternative strategy is reported to modulate O2? transport and interfacial magnetism via a significant strain induced by shape memory effect, which is different from the conventional magnetoelastic coupling mechanism. By driving the martensite to austenite transition in TiNi(Nb) shape memory alloy substrates, a significant and tunable strain is exerted on Pt/Co/MgO heterostructure, which promotes interfacial O2? migration in a nonvolatile manner. The O2? migration induces an orbital reconstruction of Co to tune the orbital magnetism noticeably, which strengthens the interfacial magnetic anisotropy energy by two times to a striking value of 0.95 erg cm?2. Besides, the overall magnetic anisotropy is broadly tunable from in‐plane to perpendicular direction by an elaborate strain engineering with changing Co thickness. This work develops a nonelectrical oxygen manipulation for tailoring ion‐controlled interfacial properties universally and also clarifies the magnetoionic coupling origin for enriching the oxygen‐related orbital physics and functional device applications.  相似文献

Equal‐cost multipath (ECMP)–based traffic engineering (TE) methods are commonly used in intra–data center (DC) networks to improve the transmission performance for east‐west traffic (ie, traffic from server to server within a DC). However, applying ECMP on inter‐DC wide area network (WAN) offers limited performance enhancement as a result of irregular network topology. Since TE can be intelligently and efficiently realized with software‐defined networking (SDN), SDN‐based multipath becomes a popular option. However, SDN suffers from scalability issue caused by limited ternary content‐addressable memory (TCAM) size. In this paper, we propose an SDN‐based TE method called dynamic flow‐entry‐saving multipath (DFSM) for inter‐DC traffic forwarding. DFSM adopts source‐destination–based multipath forwarding and latency‐aware traffic splitting to reduce the consumption of flow entries and achieve load balancing. The evaluation results indicate that DFSM saves 15% to 30% of system flow entries in practical topologies and reduces the standard deviation of path latencies from 10% to 7% than do label‐switched tunneling, and also reduces average latency by 10% to 48% by consuming 6% to 20% more flow entries than do ECMP in less‐interconnected topologies. Note that the performance gain may not always be proportional to flow entry investment, with the interconnectivity between nodes being an important factor. The evaluation also indicates that per‐flow provision consumes several times the flow entries consumed by DFSM but reduces latency by 10% at most. Besides, DFSM reduces the standard deviation of path latencies from 14% to 7% than do even traffic splitting.  相似文献

In this study, an electronically steerable parasitic array radiator (ESPAR) antenna via analog radio frequency (RF) switches for a single RF chain MIMO system is presented. The proposed antenna elements are spaced at λ/64, and the antenna size is miniaturized via a dielectric radome. The optimum reactance load value is calculated via the beamforming load search algorithm. A switch simplifies the design and implementation of the reactance loads and does not require additional complex antenna matching circuits. The measured impedance bandwidth of the proposed ESPAR antenna is 1,500 MHz (1.75 GHz–3.25 GHz). The proposed antenna exhibits a beam pattern that is reconfigurable at 2.48 GHz due to changes in the reactance value, and the measured peak antenna gain is 4.8 dBi. The reception performance is measured by using a 4  4 BPSK signal. The measured average SNR is 17 dB when using the proposed ESPAR antenna as a transmitter, and the average SNR is 16.7 dB when using a four‐conventional monopole antenna.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new robust code division multiple access (CDMA) receiver of which weight vector is obtained by projecting the effective spatio-temporal signature waveform onto the signal subspace of the data covariance matrix. We verified our proposed algorithm by the field measured data obtained with a custom-built wideband CDMA test-bed. It will be shown that the proposed algorithm is robust to the signal mismatch.  相似文献

综合车排子地区新近系沙湾组钻井、测井及地震资料, 将沙湾组划分为二套三级层序。不整合面作为沙湾组的层序界面, 主要从地震剖面和钻井剖面来识别。体系域划分的关键是根据地层上下叠置样式的变化、岩性、测井曲线来确定最大湖泛面的位置。研究区构造为一大型的斜坡, 见不到明显的坡折带, 因此可以建立起无陆架坡折的缓坡盆地层序地层模型。在单一的构造格局控制下,沉积物供应速率、气候和湖平面变化控制了沙湾组层序的发育。结合车89 井、车95 井出油层位的特点, 利用层序地层基本理论, 预测了有利的储盖组合区。  相似文献

应用AVL-BOOST软件平台的广安模型,以8230中速柴油机的降低低工况排放为算例,考核计算模型的实际应用准确性。该模型的数值模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。利用该模型可预测喷油规律、增压压力、压缩比等参数对碳烟排放的影响,从而为预测及改善柴油机的碳烟排放提供了一种数值分析的依据。  相似文献
