We present two error-tolerance transmission protocols of a single-photon polarization state when bit-flip error is taken into account. For achieving the transmission target of the single-photon state, the first protocol needs to encode it to a nonmaximally entangled Bell state. Exploiting the interaction of the polarization entanglement with spatial entanglement between two photons, its success probability is 100 %. Different from the first protocol, the second one utilizes the idea of teleportation with an auxiliary Bell state. By performing quantum nondemolition measurement to analyze the parity, conventional measurement, and unitary transformation operations, the success probability of the second protocol is approximately unity. Furthermore, the second protocol can be generalized to the error-tolerance transmission of an arbitrary mixed state or the distribution of an arbitrary multi-photon entangled state.  相似文献

As the technology advances, a growing number of biomedical microelectromechanical systems (bio-MEMS) research involves development of lab-on-a-chip devices and micrototal analysis systems. For example, a portable instrument capable of biomedical analyses (e.g., blood sample analysis) and immediate recording, whether the patients are in the hospital or home, would be a considerable benefit to human health with an excellent commercial viability. Digital microfluidic (DMF) system based on the electrowetting-on-dielectric (EWOD) mechanism is an especially promising candidate for such point-of-care systems. The EWOD-based DMF system processes droplets in a thin space or on an open surface, unlike the usual microfluidic systems that process liquids by pumping them in microchannels. Droplets can be generated and manipulated on EWOD chip only with electric signals without the use of pumps or valves, simplifying the chip fabrication and the system construction. Microfluidic operations by EWOD actuation feature precise droplet actuation, less contamination risk, reduced reagents volume, better reagents mixing efficiency, shorter reaction time, and flexibility for integration with other elements. In addition, the simplicity and portability make the EWOD-based DMF system widely popular in biomedical or chemical fields as a powerful sample preparation platform. Many chemical and biomedical researches, such as DNA assays, proteomics, cell assays, and immunoassays, have been reported using the technology. In this paper, we have reviewed the recent developments and studies of EWOD-based DMF systems for biomedical applications published mostly during the last 5 years.  相似文献

A new expression is proposed to simulate Brownian force based on the experimental measurement results of Brownian motion, which follows white Gaussian noise process. As the time t → 0 and the particle density is equal to the fluid density, the new expression approaches the classical formula of the model used by many researchers. The modified model is validated by theoretical and experimental data. On the other hand, as it origins from the unbalanced force exerted by surrounding fluid molecules, the drag analogy force model is constructed describing the Brownian force, which depends on size-related statistical velocity. Thus, a different expression for the Langevin equation is presented. The present model is applied in simulating flow and heat transfer in a channel utilizing alumina–water nanofluid. Navier–Stokes equations with modified source terms for the continuous flow have been discretized using finite element method. The velocities and temperatures of nanoparticles are determined in the Lagrangian reference frame. The simulation results show that the distribution of nanoparticles inside the channel is obviously unsteady and nonuniform. The fluid velocity and temperature profiles show significant fluctuation feature at low Reynolds numbers (Re). The impact of Brownian motion on the fluid flow is analyzed quantitatively. We have found that for Re < 0.06, the affected intensity increases rapidly.  相似文献

To overcome the limitations of traditional monitoring methods, based on vibration parameter image of rotating machinery, this paper presents an abnormality online monitoring method suitable for rotating machinery using the negative selection mechanism of biology immune system. This method uses techniques of biology clone and learning mechanism to improve the negative selection algorithm to generate detectors possessing different monitoring radius, covers the abnormality space effectively, and avoids such problems as the low efficiency of generating detectors, etc. The result of an example applying the presented monitoring method shows that this method can solve the difficulty of obtaining fault samples preferably and extract the turbine state character effectively, it also can detect abnormality by causing various fault of the turbine and obtain the degree of abnormality accurately. The exact monitoring precision of abnormality indicates that this method is feasible and has better on-line quality, accuracy and robustness.  相似文献

Poly(vinyl alcohol)/Hydroxylapatite (PVA/HA) composite hydrogel was prepared with poly(vinyl alcohol) and hydroxylapatite as raw materials, using the method of repeated freezing and thawing. The morphologies of PVA/HA composite hydrogel were observed by means of high-accuracy 3D profiler and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The compressive elastic modulus and the stress relaxation characteristics of PVA/HA composite hydrogel were measured using the flat-head cylinder indenter. The friction and wear tests between PVA/HA composite hydrogel and bovine knee articular cartilage were performed on the micro-tribometer. The worn morphologies of PVA/HA composite hydrogel were observed with environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM). The results showed that PVA/HA composite hydrogel has the cross-link network microstructure which is similar to that of the natural bovine knee articular cartilages. With the increase of freezing-thawing cycles and the HA content, the degree of cross-link and the crystallization of PVA/HA composite hydrogel both increase, the elastic modulus increases evidently, the rate of stress relaxation is improved and the value of balance stress decreases. The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of the freezing-thawing cycles and the HA content. The more the freezing-thawing cycles are, the earlier the friction coefficient reaches the stable balance value. The friction deformation depth between PVA/HA composite hydrogel and bovine knee articular cartilage is inversely proportional to freezing-thawing cycles and the HA content. The main wear mechanisms of PVA/HA composite hydrogel are plastic flowing and adhesive flaking. The wear severity degree decreases with the increase of freezing-thawing cycles and the HA content. Cu–dinitro–diamino phthalocyanine was synthesized and converted to the diazonium salt. Polyacrylamide bonded CuPc(NO2)2 [PAA–CuPc(NO2)2] (I) was synthesized by hot polymerization of acrylamide and this diazonium salt. Polymer(I) is water soluble and contains about 7 mol % CuPc(NO2)2 rings, which are covalently bonded to PAA. Polymer(I) shows good photoconductivity, which is much better than that of the corresponding phthalocyanine monomers. By doping with iodine (I2), the photosensitivity of polymer(I) is increased, which through fluorescence analysis is explained by the fact that a charge–transfer complex (CTC) of polymer(I) with I2 is formed. The influence of interface layer (IFL) and charge–transportation material (CTM) on the photoconductivity of polymer(I) were also studied.  相似文献
