钙钛锆石-钡硼硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷的制备及表征 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用熔融–热处理工艺制备了Si O2–B2O3–Ba O–Na2O–Ca O–Zr O2–Ti O2体系钙钛锆石基钡硼硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷,研究了Ca O、Ti O2、Zr O2(记为CTZ,摩尔比为2:2:1)含量对玻璃陶瓷相结构、显微结构的影响,采用产品一致性测试法(PCT)测试了玻璃陶瓷样品的抗浸出性能。结果表明:样品的玻璃转变温度为615~650℃且随着CTZ含量增加而升高。CTZ含量为35%的样品和CTZ含量为45%的样品分别在900和850℃附近出现了明显的放热峰。当CTZ含量≥30%时,钙钛锆石晶相开始析出;CTZ含量为45%时,样品中出现大量均匀分布的柱状钙钛锆石晶相;CTZ含量达55%时,样品致密性较差,除钙钛锆石晶相外还有榍石和二氧化硅晶相析出。PCT测试表明:CTZ含量为45%的样品具有较好的抗浸出性能,B和Na在42 d后的归一化质量损失约为0.1 g/m2,Si和Ca约为0.01 g/m2,与硼硅酸盐玻璃固化体处于同一数量级。 相似文献

Novel carbazole aminoalcohols were designed and synthesized as anticancer agents. Among them, alkylamine‐chain‐substituted compounds showed the most promising antiproliferative activity, with IC50 values in the single‐digit micromolar range against two human tumor cell lines. Topoisomerase I (topo I) is likely to be one of the targets of these compounds. Results of comet assays and molecular docking indicate that the representative compounds may act as topo I poisons, causing single‐strand DNA damage by stabilizing the topo I–DNA cleavage complex. In particular, the most potent compound, 1‐(butylamino)‐3‐(3,6‐dichloro‐9H‐carbazol‐9‐yl)propan‐2‐ol ( 6 ), was shown to be able to induce G2‐phase cell‐cycle arrest and apoptosis in HeLa cells. 相似文献

Anisotropic domain switching paths in [001]‐, [011]‐, and [111]‐poled Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3‐0.30PbTiO3 single crystals were studied by in situ polarized light microscopic driven by an antiparallel electric field. Orientation‐dependent electric field induced polarization and strain behaviors were investigated systematically. For [001]‐oriented crystals, only one‐step 71° switching occurred during the domain switching process, resulting in the appearance of stripe domain walls whose traces on (001) plane were along 45° or 135° with respect to [100] direction. But for [011]‐oriented samples, a two‐step 71° switching was observed during 109° switching and the projections of formed twin domain walls on the (011) plane are along 35.3° or 144.7° with respect to [01] direction. Moreover, a three‐step 71° switching was found during 180° switching in [111]‐oriented samples. It was demonstrated by the produced domain walls whose projections on the (10) plane are along 35.3°, 90° or 160.6° with respect to [11] direction. The energetically motivated mechanism based on multistep polarization switching process was also proposed to explain the anisotropic domain switching paths. Our results provided a visualized observation on the ferroelectric domain switching process and also laid the solid foundations for controlling polarization order parameter in ferroelectric single crystals. 相似文献

The influence of temperature on the engineered properties of bentonite-sand mixtures (B/S) is of major concern in the design of engineered barriers in underground repositories for high-level radioactive waste disposal. We experimentally studied the influence of temperature on soil unsaturated hydraulic properties related to water holding capacity and permeability of GMZ B/S in China. The vapor equilibrium method and water infiltration apparatus were used to measure the soil water characteristic curve (SWCC) and unsaturated hydraulic conductivity (ku ). The results show that the SWCC under different temperatures from 20 ℃ to 60 ℃ tends to be the same. Temperature influence on unsaturated permeability is more relevant at low suctions, no clear effect is detected below a degree of saturation of 74%, and experimental data show that temperature dependence on unsaturated permeability is small. 相似文献
