使用振动球磨机将三水铝石粉体进行干式微粉碎.粉碎实验条件为介质球/试样(质量比)=8.5.研究调查了不同粉碎时间处理粉碎试样的机械力化学效应(平均粒径、结晶无定形和加热特性).结果表明,长时间粉碎,达到粉碎平衡,平均粒径趋于极限值.粉碎过程中未脱水.由于粉碎,加热脱水温度、结晶相变温度降低.  相似文献

后热温度对1000MPa级高强钢焊缝组织与性能的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用GHS90高强焊丝为填充材料对1 000 MPa级工程机械用高强钢进行熔化极活性气体保护(Metal active gas,MAG)焊,并对接头进行250℃、480℃、600℃保温2 h的焊后热处理。通过拉伸试验、显微硬度测试、光学显微镜(Optical microscope,OM)、扫面电镜(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)、透射电镜(Transmission electron microscopy,TEM)及电子背散射衍射(Electron back-scattered diffraction,EBSD)观察不同热处理温度后的焊缝微观组织及力学性能进行对比研究。结果表明,随后热温度从250℃升高到600℃,接头抗拉强度从1 014.5 MPa降低到934.5 MPa;焊缝平均冲击吸收能量从66 J降低到24 J;随后热温度升高,焊缝板条组织粗化,碳化物析出长大且连续分布是导致焊缝韧性降低的原因之一;同时焊缝有效晶粒尺寸变大和大角度晶界密度降低也是导致其韧性降低的原因。  相似文献

Beam signals captured from a button-type pickup contain multidimensional information including the bunch charge,transverse position,bunch length,and longitudinal phase.A bunch phase monitor,which retrieves longitudinal phase information from a pickup signal at a bunch-by-bunch rate,has been developed at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility.This paper introduces the basic principles,system setup,data processing method,and preliminary experimental results of this system.The systematic measurement error introduced by the limited system bandwidth,bunch length,and bunch charge variation was studied using simulation data.The random measurement uncertainty was evaluated using experimental beam data.The experimental result shows that the longitudinal phase resolution of this system is better than 1.0 ps.The first application,measuring the relationship between the longitudinal phase and bunch charge to determine the energy loss factor,was implemented,and the preliminary result is also discussed.  相似文献

In this article, a terpolymer of ethylene, maleic anhydride, and glycidyl methacrylate (EMG) was used to enhance the compatibilization between poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) and polyamide‐66 (PA66). The mechanical properties, morphology, crystalline and melting behavior, and rheology of blends were discussed. The results showed that EMG was a good compatibilizer for PPS and PA66 through chemical reaction with them. The new generated polymer could prevent the aggregation of dispersed particles and reinforce the interface bonding. In addition, it could not only act as a nucleating agent for PA66 to refine its spherulites and improve its crystallinity but also promote the apparent viscosity of blends and enhance the non‐Newtonian behavior. The results will be useful to make high performance PPS/PA66 alloy with low cost and enlarge the application scope of PPS and PA66 resin. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An elliptic optimal control problem involving the L1 norm of the control in the cost functional is considered in this paper. We use the full discretization and the variational discretization to approximate the control problem and the efficient and reliable a posteriori error estimates are obtained for the two cases. For the variational discretization, we also analyze the convergence of adaptive finite element methods. In the end, some examples are provided to validate our analysis.  相似文献

A series of polyesters with alkylated triazole heterocyclic rings at the branches were designed and synthesized via the polycondensation reaction. The synthesized polyesters were examined with various spectroscopic methods such as Fourier transform IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The alkyl chain length at the branch was found to affect the thermal stability of the polyesters, which decreased with longer alkyl chain. These polyesters possessed an aggregation‐induced emission enhancement characteristic evidenced by the transformation of the clear solutions in tetrahydrofuran with weak greenish blue emission to cloudy solutions with enhanced blue emission when water was added to promote aggregation. Furthermore, enhancement in the photoluminescence intensity was observed when the polyesters underwent photocrosslinking upon UV irradiation and appeared as self‐assembled aggregates. The formation of aggregates in the water ? tetrahydrofuran solutions and after photocrosslinking was confirmed via TEM analysis. The SEM images showed that the photocrosslinked polyesters were highly porous which may enhance the π ? π stacking interaction that improved the photoluminescence intensity. © 2015 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
