Interfacial segregation of Ti in the brazing of diamond grits onto a steel substrate using a Cu-Sn-Ti brazing alloy

Diamond grits were brazed onto a steel substrate using a prealloyed Cu-10Sn-15Ti (wt pct) brazing alloy at 925 °C and 1050 °C. Due to the relatively high concentration of Ti in the brazing alloy, the braze matrix exhibited a composite structure, composed of β-(Cu,Sn), a Cu-based solid solution, and various intermetallic compounds with different morphologies. The reaction of Ti with diamond yielded a continuous TiC layer on the surfaces of the diamond grits. On top of the TiC growth front, an intermetallic compound, composed of Sn and Ti, nucleated and grew into a randomly interwoven fine lacey structure. An interfacial structure developed as the interwoven fine lacey phase was semicoherently bonded to the TiC layer, with the Cu-based braze matrix filling its interstices. The thickness of such a composite layer was increased linearly with the square root of isothermal holding time at 925 °C, complying with the law of a diffusion-controlled process. However, at 1050 °C, the segregation behavior of Ti and Sn to the interfaces between the TiC layer and the braze matrix diminished, due to the increased solubility of Ti in the Cu-based liquid phase. The enhanced dissolution of Ti in the Cu-based liquid phase at 1050 °C also caused the precipitation of rod-like CuTi with an average diameter of about 0.2 μm during cooling. SnTi₃ was the predominant intermetallic compound and existed in three different forms in the braze matrix. It existed as interconnected grains of large size which either floated to the surface of the braze matrix or grew into faceted grains. It also exhibited a nail-like structure with a mean diameter of about 1 μm for the rod section and a lamellar structure arising from a eutectic reaction during cooling.

阐述了我校使用“面向21世纪”电工学课程系列教材的实践与探索过程，以及对我校电工学教学所产生的转折性影响和积极的导向作用，最后对教材提出了几点建议。     

AutoCAD 下非结构网格自动生成

在AutoCAD环境下，从背景网格生成和数据结构两方面对推进阵面法进行修正。采用修理后的方法，使得在流场、泥沙输移和床面冲淤数值计算的前处理过程中无须精心预设内部控制点而只需给边界一个尺度，就能自动生成适应任意复杂边界的非结构网格，从而提高网格生成、优化的效率和通用性。     

电潜泵中压变频调速系统的改进

电潜泵中压变频器输出端产生高次谐波和脉冲电流 ,对电潜泵电动机的绝缘性能和轴承寿命造成不利影响。为此 ,提出 3项改进对策 :①采用谐振软性开关逆变电路 ,使功率开关器件在零电压条件下导通 ;②在变频器逆变输出端设置电抗滤波器抑制高次谐波电流 ;③改变电动机内部结构 ,如加大定子槽宽 ,增加转子导条尺寸 ,变星接法为星 角接法 ,采用绝缘轴承等。实践证明 ,采取改进对策后 ,不仅提高了电潜泵的产量 ,而且变频器滤波后电动机端的过电压明显减小 ,电潜泵和电缆的寿命延长     

The Synthesis of Sulfated Titanium Oxide Nanotubes

TiO₂ nanotubes can be prepared in gram quantities by treating anatase TiO₂ powder with concentrated NaOH solution. These TiO₂ nanotubes acquired strong acidity after being impregnated with sulfuric acid solution and calcined at 300 °C. The anatase TiO₂ powder used to prepare the nanotube did not catalyze the esterification between cyclohexanol and acetic acid, while sulfated TiO₂ nanotubes were very reactive toward the esterification reaction.

基于DICOM标准全方向M型心动图的软件系统设计

本文介绍了基于DICOM标准全方向M型心动图软件系统的设计方案,详细分析了系统结构及各个模块功能.通过该系统可以直接准确地定量检测分析心脏各结构的舒、缩、形变过程及其数据,同时可以生成多个任意方向且互相同步的M型心动图.各个模块设计完全遵循DICOM标准,同时结合数据库管理,方便查询索引.该系统分析的影像数据可以来自PACS服务器,也可以来自本地系统,分析结果数据可以回传PACS服务器,也可以保存本地.该系统实现了国家发明专利"全方向M型心动图方法及其系统98 125713.5"系统数据和国际医学图像传递标准的接口.     

Cholesterol‐imprinted polymer receptor prepared by a hybrid imprinting method

A novel cholesterol‐imprinted polymer (CMIP‐H) was prepared by a hybrid method of covalent imprinting and non‐covalent imprinting. This approach involves the copolymerization of a template‐containing monomer, cholesteryl 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate carbonate, and a cross‐linker, followed by hydrolysis to afford a flexible guest‐binding site accompanied with the easy and efficient removal of a ‘sacrificial spacer’. The effect of solvent on the binding capacity of CMIP‐H towards cholesterol was studied, indicating that a good binding capacity towards cholesterol could be achieved in a less‐polar solvent. The binding experiments of CMIP‐H towards a series of structural analogues of cholesterol, including cholesterol acetate, progesterone and stigmasterol, were carried out in hexane. The results showed that CMIP‐H almost did not bind cholesterol acetate at all because the hydrogen‐bonding site is blocked. It exhibited a similar binding towards both cholesterol and stigmasterol, but much higher binding towards progesterone. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry
