The development of transition metal dichalcogenides has greatly accelerated research in the 2D realm, especially for layered MoS2. Crucially, the metallic MoS2 monolayer is an ideal platform in which novel topological electronic states can emerge and also exhibits excellent energy conversion and storage properties. However, as its intrinsic metallic phase, little is known about the nature of 2D 1T′‐MoS2, probably because of limited phase uniformity (<80%) and lateral size (usually <1 µm) in produced materials. Herein, solution processing to realize high phase‐purity 1T′‐MoS2 monolayers with large lateral size is demonstrated. Direct chemical exfoliation of millimeter‐sized 1T′ crystal is introduced to successfully produce a high‐yield of 1T′‐MoS2 monolayers with over 97% phase purity and unprecedentedly large size up to tens of micrometers. Furthermore, the large‐sized and high‐quality 1T′‐MoS2 nanosheets exhibit clear intrinsic superconductivity among all thicknesses down to monolayer, accompanied by a slow drop of transition temperature from 6.1 to 3.0 K. Prominently, unconventional superconducting behavior with upper critical field far beyond the Pauli limit is observed in the centrosymmetric 1T′‐MoS2 structure. The results open up an ideal approach to explore the properties of 2D metastable polymorphic materials.  相似文献

To enhance the red emission efficiency of Eu3+ complexes, [Eu/Tbx(BPA)3phen] (BPA?=?bisphenol A, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) is designed and synthesized. The complexes are characterized fully and their luminescence properties are evaluated. Co-fluorescence is detected in the Eu/Tbx(BPA)3phen complexes, and the existence of Tb3+ enhances the luminescence intensity of the central Eu3+ because of the intramolecular energy transfer from the 5D4 level of Tb3+ to the 5D0 level of Eu3+. The luminescence intensity of europium ions at 615?nm is the highest for Eu/Tb1(BPA)3phen. To improve the thermal stabilities and mechanical properties of pure complexes, Eu/Tb1(BPA)3phen/PAN (PAN?=?polyacrylonitrile) is used to fabricate fibres by electrospinning. Compared with Eu/Tb1(BPA)3phen (τ?=?1.1087?ms), the fibres have a longer fluorescence lifetime of 1.533?ms. The fibres also retain a high quantum yield of 47.16%. Thus, the flexible luminescent fibres have potential applications in many fields.  相似文献

Isolated graphene nanoribbons(GNRs)usually have energy gaps,which scale with their widths,owing to the lateral quantum confinement effect of GNRs.The absence of metallic GNRs limits their applications in device interconnects or being one-dimensional physics platform to research amazing properties based on metallicity.A recent study published in Science provided a novel method to produce metallic GNRs by inserting a symmetric superlattice into other semiconductive GNRs.This finding will broader the applications of GNRs both in nanoelectronics and fundamental science.  相似文献

The pivotal roles of miRNAs in carcinogenesis, metastasis, and prognosis have been demonstrated recently in various cancers. This study intended to investigate the specific roles of hsa-miR-654-5p in lung cancer, which is, in general, rarely discussed. A series of closed-loop bioinformatic functional analyses were integrated with in vitro experimental validation to explore the overall biological functions and pan-cancer regulation pattern of miR-654-5p. We found that miR-654-5p abundance was significantly elevated in LUAD tissues and correlated with patients’ survival. A total of 275 potential targets of miR-654-5p were then identified and the miR-654-5p-RNF8 regulation axis was validated in vitro as a proof of concept. Furthermore, we revealed the tumor-suppressing roles of miR-654-5p and demonstrated that miR-654-5p inhibited the lung cancer cell epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process, cell proliferation, and migration using target-based, abundance-based, and ssGSEA-based bioinformatic methods and in vitro validation. Following the construction of a protein–protein interaction network, 11 highly interconnected hub genes were identified and a five-genes risk scoring model was developed to assess their potential prognostic ability. Our study does not only provide a basic miRNA-mRNA-phenotypes reference map for understanding the function of miR-654-5p in different cancers but also reveals the tumor-suppressing roles and prognostic values of miR-654-5p.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline solid solution CeO2-Nd2O3 powders were prepared by low temperature combustion process.Special attention was paid to the influence of the glycine/metal ratio and calcination temperature on the powders phase structure, morphology and particle size.TG-DSC curves and XRD peaks of different glycine/metal ratio show that smaller particle size can be obtained with a slightly fuel-deficient ratio.XRD results indicate that the as-prepared powders are crystallized in a single fluorite structure.The crystalline size ranges from 9 to 24 nm, which increases with the increase of calcination temperature.The lower SEM images were characterized by the spongy and form-like microstructure of the powders.Organic agent may be gradually eliminated by high temperature calcination process.  相似文献

对听觉滤波器组模型进行了研究。比较分析了伽马通(Gammatone)听觉滤波器组模型和基于小波分析的高斯小波听觉滤波器组模型,分别给出了预测听阈曲线并且与标准听闻曲线进行了比较,结果表明高斯小波听觉滤波器组模型更接近实际人耳滤波效果。将高斯小波听觉滤波器组模型的预测特征响度与德国朗德(Head Acoustics)公司的Artemis软件计算出的特征响度进行分析比较,结果表明,每个特征频带的响度差值都小于0.6 sone。  相似文献

Research on planar-to-stereo image conversion has significant theoretical and practical implications for image processing. In this paper we use a method which segments an image into sub-blocks to perform this kind of conversion; parameters such as random variables are used for conversion control. We use two quantitative criteria, cross-entropy and root-mean-square error, to evaluate the stereo effect. Furthermore, the stereo effect that the random variables create is discussed. The results of the experiment show that, (i) when all random variables have the same distribution, different values of these random variables only slightly affect the stereo effect; and (ii) when different distributions are applied to the random variables, the cross-entropies or root-mean-square errors are slightly different, which indicates different distributions have a small influence on the stereo effect. Generally, we recommend normal distribution for better stereo effect in most cases.  相似文献
