电流密度对声电沉积生物活性透钙磷石涂层结构和形貌的影响 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
通过声电沉积工艺在碳/碳复合材料表面制备了生物活性透钙磷石涂层,采用SEM、FFIR、XRD研究了超声场中电流密度对涂层组成结构和形貌的影响。发现在一定工艺条件下,随电流密度增加,涂层的平均晶粒尺寸减小,致密度增加;当电流密度小于l0mA/cm^2时涂层形貌为片状,l0mA/cm^2-26mA/cm^2时为粒状,32mA/cm^2时为花菜心状。且涂层中透钙磷石晶体的择优取向也发生变化,择优晶面依次为(021)、(111)、(220)。同时还讨论了涂层微观结构变化机理。 相似文献

Silver-based hybrid nanomaterials are receiving increasing attention as potential alternatives for traditional antimicrobial agents. Here, we proposed a simple and eco-friendly strategy to efficiently assemble zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO) and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on sericin-agarose composite film to impart superior antimicrobial activity. Based on a layer-by-layer self-assembly strategy, AgNPs and ZnO were immobilized on sericin-agarose films using the adhesion property of polydopamine. Scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and X-ray powder diffraction spectroscopy were used to show the morphology of AgNPs and ZnO on the surface of the composite film and analyze the composition and structure of AgNPs and ZnO, respectively. Water contact angle, swelling ratio, and mechanical property were determined to characterize the hydrophilicity, water absorption ability, and mechanical properties of the composite films. In addition, the antibacterial activity of the composite film was evaluated against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The results showed that the composite film not only has desirable hydrophilicity, high water absorption ability, and favorable mechanical properties but also exhibits excellent antimicrobial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. 以某输气管线气液联动执行机构中的储气罐为例,利用Ansys Fluent软件建立同比例三维模型,模拟火灾工况下,外部热量不断输入,罐内压力和罐体温度随时间的变化情况。利用Aspen Hysys软件模拟计算该小型储气罐在火灾工况下安全泄放所需的最小安全阀口径。结果表明,当钢制储气罐外部发生火灾时,罐体温度和罐内压力急剧升高,在很短的时间内就能达到储气罐坍塌温度和储气罐设计压力;达到钢制储气罐坍塌温度的时间滞后于达到储气罐设计压力的时间;从安全的角度,设置安全阀可安全有效泄放气体,即使储气罐发生坍塌,也有助于降低事故发生的危害程度;确定的安全阀最小口径为0.03 cm2,建议选型的安全阀口径不低于0.05 cm2。 相似文献

针对视觉惯性组合导航系统中微惯性器件精度偏低,以及足部惯性导航系统航向角误差可观测性差的问题,研究了一种基于上述两种系统的信息双向融合的导航定位方案. 该方法的系统结构由安装于双足步行机器人躯干部分的惯性导航系统和安装于其足部惯性导航系统两部分组成. 惯性导航系统通过视觉同时定位与地图构建数据融合方法可以获得相对准确的航向角,足部惯性导航系统利用零速修正后的位置信息实时修正惯性导航系统中的低精度惯性器件误差,从而构建视觉与惯性信息双向融合的组合导航系统结构. 实验结果表明,该组合导航方案可以有效提高双足步行机器人的航向精度和定位精度. 相似文献

Short-term load forecasting is of great significance to the secure and efficient operation of power systems. However, loads can be affected by a variety of external impact factors and thus involve high levels of uncertainties. So it is a challenging task to achieve an accurate load forecast. This paper discusses three commonly-used machine-learning methods used for load forecasting, i.e., the support vector machine method, the random forest regression method, and the long short-term memory neural network method. The features and applications of these methods are analyzed and compared. By integrating the advantages of these methods, a fusion forecasting approach and a data preprocessing technique are proposed for improving the forecasting accuracy. DNA methylation is a prevalent regulatory modification in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. N1-methyladenine (m1A) and N6-methyladenine (m6A) have been found to be capable of altering DNA structures via disturbing Watson–Crick base pairing. However, little has been known about their influences on non-B DNA structures, which are associated with genetic instabilities. In this work, we investigated the effects of m1A and m6A on both the structure and thermodynamic stability of a newly reported DNA minidumbbell formed by two TTTA tetranucleotide repeats. As revealed by the results of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic studies, both m1A and m6A favored the formation of a T·m1A and T·m6A Hoogsteen base pair, respectively. More intriguingly, the m1A and m6A modifications brought about stabilization and destabilization effects on the DNA minidumbbell, respectively. This work provides new biophysical insights into the effects of adenine methylation on the structure and thermodynamic stability of DNA. 相似文献

It remains a challenge to maintain the antiadhesion properties of superhydrophobic films after exposure to bacterial environments. In this work, superhydrophobic bactericidal polymer films via the simple incorporation of polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine (PVP-I) or iodine into polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are fabricated to improve their antiadhesive and antibacterial capability. Superhydrophobic iodine-embedded films, polytetrafluoroethylene/polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine and polytetrafluoroethylene-iodine (PTFE/PVP-I and PTFE-I), show excellent antiadhesive and bactericidal performances even post exposure to bacterial solutions as compared to iodine-free counterparts by controlling the release of iodine. Especially, superhydrophobic PTFE/PVP-I films display a more sustained iodine release profile and significant antibacterial properties against gram-positive (S. aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA)) and gram-negative (E. coli) bacteria. Such a facile combination of antiseptic agents and superhydrophobic surface could be widely used for antiseptic biomedical applications. 相似文献
