通过总结液氢管路绝热设计和使用的经验,着重分析了夹层气体压强与漏热和表观导热系数以及气体压强回升与时间的定量关系,提出了工程设计中绝热性能及真空寿命的确定方法.     

微振动对空间实验室微重力环境的影响研究

针对大型刚柔组合体空间结构(空间实验室)的特点,建立系统的动力学方程,并对机柜内设备、太阳阵的转动、宇航员活动产生的激扰力进行了简化。利用计算机建立组合体的简化模型,对空间组合体在各种微振动激扰下的加速度响应进行了仿真研究,并将这些仿真结果用于空间实验室微重力环境的预测。

Wear behavior of graphite studies in an air-conditioned environment

The wear performance of graphite used in the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTR-10) was researched. The wear mechanism, worn surface and wear debris were analyzed under SEM. Under test conditions, the wear rate was 2.27×10⁻⁷ g/m for surface contact, and 1×10⁻⁶ g/m level for line contact. The main wear mechanisms of graphite were groove and fatigue. The projected area of wear debris followed the logarithm normal school, giving most wear debris as a small sphere and large flake debris as only a small part.     

The hydration characteristics and expansion machanism of expansive cement at low<Emphasis Type="Italic">W/B</Emphasis> ratio

The hydration characteristics and expansion impetus of three kinds of cement paste under free-and confined-curing conditions were investigated, which were respectively mixed with three different kinds of expansive agent at low W/B ratio. The results show that the hydration products of pure cement paste and paste mixed with expansive agent are same, but the amount of hydration products, un-hydrated C₃S and C₂S are obviously different at the same hydration age. At 3 d age, the amount of CH in pure cement paste is less than that of paste mixed with expansive agent, but it is reverse when at 28 d age. The amount of AFt at 3d and 28d age in pure cement paste is less than those of paste mixed with expansive agent. Regardless of under free- or confined-curing condition, the amount of ettringite produced varies little since 3d age. The joint effect of the tumefaction of gel-ettringite due to water absorption and the expansive pressure on the pore caused by the crystalloid ettringite is the cause of the volume expansion of cement paste, and the former effect is much greater than the latter. 该文设计了基于偏序关系的演化算法求解多峰函数优化问题新算法。并从偏序关系的性质出发,从理论上为该算法的收敛性提供了一定的依据,进而为其搜索操作提供了明确的方向,避免了演化搜索过程中的盲目性。     

A New Grade Carbon Black Produced by Thermal Plasma Process

This paper presents a new route about producing carbon black,by wich the natural gas cracking is carried out in the absence of oxygen thanks to an electric energy supply externally given by a plasma jet.The carbon black produced by this process has a narrow size distribution and a small average diameter of 38nm as well as a highly branched aggregate.The higher DBP value of 1.40ml/g shows it should be a high structure carbon black.The FTIR spectra shows that there are lots of aromatic c-c bonds and a large amount of nitrogen-coutaining functional groups on the carbon blacks surface,such as-NH,-CN as we3ll as -CH,-OH,-COOH groups.
