新疆伊犁托海水电站拱坝坝体变形监测分析

根据托海拱坝5号坝段、7号坝段例垂线实测资料分析，说明了新疆寒冷地区坝体采取聚胺脂喷涂施工措施后对坝体变形的影响，以及右坝肩渗漏对右坝肩岩体的影响，分析结果为托海水电站通过国家电力公司大坝安全监察中心大坝安全首次定检提供了科学依据。     

Generation of Technology-Independent Retargetable Analog Blocks

This paper introduces a complete methodology for retargeting of analog cells to different sets of specifications. This methodology is technology-independent, thus allowing the migration, from one technology to another, of the circuit under retargeting. Careful integration of the device sizing and layout generation tasks via the incorporation of layout constraints during the sizing process allows to generate fully functional designs in a few minutes. The methodology is illustrated via the retargeting of a fully-differential Miller-compensated two-stage operational amplifier for a new set of specifications and two different technological processes.An erratum to this article can be found at     

薄板坯连铸工艺液芯压下的有限元分析

简要介绍世界几种主要薄板坯连铸工艺。着重叙述应用大型通用商业软件MSC.MARC。模拟液芯压下时铸坯的变形，确定最佳压下方案的有限元分析，液芯压下应该在结晶器出口处及二冷区扇形段开始部分进行，这样能减小铸坯的应变。     

液压系统广义可靠性设计

介绍了广义可靠性和有效度的基本概念，简要论述了对液压系统进行广义可靠性设计的重要性，并从可靠性设计和维修性设计两方面提出了提高液压系统有效度的具体措施。／     

LDPC-based space-time coded OFDM systems over correlated fadingchannels: Performance analysis and receiver design

We consider a space-time coded (STC) orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) system with multiple transmitter and receiver antennas over correlated frequency- and time-selective fading channels. It is shown that the product of the time-selectivity order and the frequency-selectivity order is a key parameter to characterize the outage capacity of the correlated fading channel. It is also observed that STCs with large effective lengths and ideal built-in interleavers are more effective in exploiting the natural diversity in multiple-antenna correlated fading channels. We then propose a low-density parity-check (LDPC)-code-based STC-OFDM system. Compared with the conventional space-time trellis code (STTC), the LDPC-based STC can significantly improve the system performance by exploiting both the spatial diversity and the selective-fading diversity in wireless channels. Compared with the previously proposed turbo-code-based STC scheme, LDPC-based STC exhibits lower receiver complexity and more flexible scalability. We also consider receiver design for LDPC-based STC-OFDM systems in unknown fast fading channels and propose a novel turbo receiver employing a maximum a posteriori expectation-maximization (MAP-EM) demodulator and a soft LDPC decoder, which can significantly reduce the error floor in fast fading channels with a modest computational complexity. With such a turbo receiver, the proposed LDPC-based STC-OFDM system is a promising solution to highly efficient data transmission over selective-fading mobile wireless channels     

人骨骼中~(228)Th、~(230)Th和~(232)Th含量的同时测定

本文介绍了用α谱仪同时测定人骨骼中~(228)Th、~(230)Th和~(232)Th含量的方法。样品用浓 HNO_3和 H_2O_3湿灰化,草酸钙共沉淀载带、CL-5208萃淋树脂和743阳离子交换树脂联合分离后,电沉积制源,在低温半导体α谱仪上测量。该方法对~(234)Th的全程回收率为95.0±1.7%,对铀和镭的去污系数分别为6.3×10~4和1.5×10~3,对~(228)Th、~(230)Th、~(232)Th 的探测下限分别为0.432、0.135和0.108Bq/kg(鲜重)。

Expectations about counseling in Yucatán, Mexico: Toward a "Mexican psychology."

Conducted a study of client expectations of psychological services in Yucatán, Mexico, under the sponsorship of a grant from the Organization of American States. The Expectations about Counseling–Brief form (EAC-B) questionnaire was translated and administered to 488 subjects across age, sex, and experience with psychological services. Subsequent analyses supported the reliability and robustness of the Spanish EAC-B, with factor structure similar to the EAC-B in English. Some relation was found among age, sex, prior counseling experience, and expectations about counseling. Implications of these data for future research and comparison with U.S. subjects are discussed. 以有机锡(Fascat4102)作催化剂,苯酐和辛醇(2-乙基己醇)酯化反应生成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP),其最佳工艺条件为:酯化温度215～225℃,催化剂加入量2.0‰,过量醇含量17%,脱醇真空为20KPa(绝压),脱醇温度为155℃,活性炭加入量为1‰,省却中和水洗和汽提工序,产品质量可以达到优级品.     

Extrapolation of fuzzy values from incomplete data bases

This paper presents different approaches which enable a data base management system to obtain a plausible fuzzy estimate for an attribute value of an item for which the information is not explicitly stored in the data base. This can be made either by a kind of analogical reasoning from information about particular items or by means of expert rules which specify the (fuzzy) sets of possible values of the attribute under consideration, for various classes of items. Another kind of expert rules enables the system to compute an estimate from the attribute value of another item provided that, in other respects, this latter item sufficiently resembles the item, the value of which we are interested in; then these expert rules are used either for controlling the analogical reasoning process or for enlarging the scope of application of the first kind of expert rules. The different approaches are discussed in the framework of possibility theory.
