ABSTRACT

In this paper, we use the Delphi method to identify the main motivations that have led IT professionals to intend to move to another area. We found that the pursuit of career growth and the quest for acquiring new experiences and abilities have a marked impact on the IT professional turnaway intention. Moreover, female IT professionals and IT professionals oriented by the career advancement paradigm have a higher propensity to abandon the IT area.  相似文献

The preparation of the 11.7Li2O–39.7WO3–10.9CaO–37.7P2O5 glass (pgLWCP) was based on a one-step heat treatment of the 6Li2O–18WO3–43CaO–33P2O5 (gLWCP) glass followed by leaching of the β-Ca2P2O7 phase formed during the crystallization process. The porous structure was formed in the region formerly occupied by the β-Ca2P2O7 phase. The gLWCP undergoes devitrification through surface crystallization. This process occurs after a thermal treatment in lower temperature and in a shorter period of time than that required for the complete crystallization. After acid leaching treatment, we obtained a core-/shell-like structure with a very well-defined dense glass (gLWCP)/porous glass (pgLWCP) interface. The pgLWCP exhibits reversible coloration–decoloration reactions.  相似文献

This article investigates an alternative method to deal with data sets in the presence of trends. Median polish kriging (MPK) was introduced as an alternative solution to universal kriging or intrinsic random functions of order k (IRF-k) for estimation in the presence of trends. The maps obtained using the original MPK algorithm show banding artefacts which do not appear in the reference data set. A modified version of MPK was introduced to attempt to remove the banding artefacts. The results confirm the improvement in quality of estimate using the modified version of MPK (called MPKm), which takes into account the problems of clustered samples and boundary effect associated with the re-addition of the trend along bands. The variation introduced in the median polish algorithm proved to be satisfactory in eliminating the artefacts.  相似文献

The EFVM (Vitoria Minas Railroad) is one of the main railways in Brazil. It transports freight trains of ore, 220 wagons each. These wagons have 2 boogies of 2 axles each and 32 metric tons on metre gauge. Elastic strains were measured on a special part of this railway due to these trains. The main load to evaluate stresses and strains was a G 16 Locomotive, a C-C kind from Vale, a Brazilian Company. The measurements were obtained by dynamic deflectometer installed on a main line of this railway, near Ipatinga, a city from Minas Gerais, one of Brazil states. This track was equipped to obtain stresses under an equal repeated static load A simulation of the stresses was made under critical strain by Ferrovia 1.0 software. It was also made an evaluation of unequal results from neighbor sleepers taking in comparison two equipped parts of this railway, one with compacted ballast and no compaction to the other. The results were strain limited, avoiding breakage or damage to the studied rails. This work analyses these measurements focusing on the improvement of track quality.  相似文献

Lipases from Geotrichum candidum were produced in two different medium: A = 12 % (w/v) clarified corn steep liquor (CCSL) + 0.6 % (w/v) soybean oil (SO) and B = 3.5 % (w/v) yeast hydrolysate (YH) + 0.7 % (w/v) SO. Lipases were partially purified from both media by hydrophobic interaction chromatography using 3.0 mol L?1 of NaCl as mobile phase, and they were characterized in the crude and partially purified forms. The recovery of lipase activity from CCSL and YH via HIC were 96 and 94.3 %, and the purification factors were 44.3 and 86.7‐fold, respectively. All evaluated lipases had similar optimum pH (7.0–7.7), but, for the CCSL crude lipase, optimum temperature (47 °C) was 10 °C higher than others lipases evaluated. CCSL crude lipase possessed a higher thermo stability than YH crude lipase, e.g., at 37 °C (pH 7.0) the half‐life of CCSL crude lipase was 19.25 h and at pH 8.0 (30 °C) the half‐life was 48 h, which are five and ten times higher than with YH crude lipase, respectively. On the other hand, the YH crude lipase possessed a higher catalytic constant (kcat = 2.3 min?1) but with almost the same catalytic efficiency (Km/kcat = 32.12 mg mL min?1) in relation to CCSL crude lipase. The lipases differ in biocatalytic properties between substrates, suggesting that the two lipases can be employed for different applications.  相似文献

A new sensitive and selective disposable potentiometric sensor based on polypyrrole (PPy) films for determination of sildenafil citrate (SC) was proposed. The pyrrole polymerization was performed in presence of citrate ions under galvanostatic conditions which resulted in a membrane of PPy doped with citrate anion at graphite pencil electrode surface. Experimental conditions (e.g., pH and conditioning time) and instrumental parameters (e.g., current density and electrical charge) were evaluated in order to reach the best potentiometric response for the proposed sensor. Under optimized conditions, the device presented a linear dynamic range (LDR) for citrate ions concentrations varying from 0.034 to 1.7 mmol L?1 with a Nernstian slope of 57.2 mV dec?1 and a limit of detection (LOD) of 30 µmol L?1. The developed potentiometric sensor was applied for sildenafil citrate (SC) determination (pharmaceutical formulations) and results compared with an official spectrophotometric method indicating a good agreement for a confidence level of 95%. Effect of concomitants species on the potentiometric response of the proposed device and morphologic characterization using microscopy of atomic force (AFM) were realized. The surface roughness of PPy films (synthesized in citrate solution and chloride) showed poorly affected by changing the doping anion, probably because the polypyrrole nodules grow three‐dimensionally simultaneously. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
