Glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) is a nonreceptor serine/threonine protein kinase that is involved in diverse processes, including cell development, photomorphogenesis, biotic and abiotic stress responses, and hormone signaling. In contrast with the deeply researched GSK family in Arabidopsis and rice, maize GSKs’ common bioinformatic features and protein functions are poorly understood. In this study, we identified 11 GSK genes in the maize (Zea mays L.) genome via homologous alignment, which we named Zeama;GSKs (ZmGSKs). The results of ZmGSK protein sequences, conserved motifs, and gene structures showed high similarities with each other. The phylogenetic analyses showed that a total of 11 genes from maize were divided into four clades. Furthermore, semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of the GSKs genes showed that ZmGSK1, ZmGSK2, ZmGSK4, ZmGSK5, ZmGSK8, ZmGSK9, ZmGSK10, and ZmGSK11 were expressed in all tissues; ZmGSK3, ZmGSK6, and ZmGSK7 were expressed in a specific organization. In addition, GSK expression profiles under hormone treatments demonstrated that the ZmGSK genes were induced under BR conditions, except for ZmGSK2 and ZmGSK5. ZmGSK genes were regulated under ABA conditions, except for ZmGSK1 and ZmGSK8. Finally, using the yeast two-hybrid and BiFC assay, we determined that clads II (ZmGSK1, ZmGSK4, ZmGSK7, ZmGSK8, and ZmGSK11) could interact with ZmBZR1. The results suggest that clade II of ZmGSKs is important for BR signaling and that ZmGSK1 may play a dominant role in BR signaling as the counterpart to BIN2. This study provides a foundation for the further study of GSK3 functions and could be helpful in devising strategies for improving maize.  相似文献

This paper introduces the design of a J-type aeroball system that the tube penetrates the lateral wall of reactor pressurized vessel (RPV), then immediately goes down to the vessel bottom and then goes up through the lower core support plate into the reactor core. Some experimental results related to gas flowing within a thin tube are presented in the paper, such as the gas friction drag coefficient on the ball’s way and etc. From theoretical and experimental viewpoints, the feasibility of the system is proved in pneumatic holding-up and β measurement aspects. In order to ensure an enough ratio of signal to noise, the maximum distance between two measuring points in water reactors is given. The paper gives out the measuring number per two-assemblies width Ni=Int(ni/2+0.51), which is the accuracy relation between the number of fuel assembly and the minimum one of measuring point to only reconstruct 2D neutron flux distribution completely by the measured data.  相似文献

三峡多级船闸中间级水头达49.5m。阀门的振动问题是需研究的难题之一。试验在1:25的局部模型中按恒定与非恒定流进行试验研究,主要研究了作用于廊道边壁及阀门的压力脉动与流激阀门振动,阀门采用结构动态优化方案及其修正方案。采用自适应最小二乘格型算法估计了非恒定流脉动与振动的谱密度,探讨了阀门开启速度对脉动与振动的影响。给出了相应的统计特征.讨论了阀门与启闭杆的振动特征及高阻尼材料的抑振效果.分析了两个方案的振动情况及进一步改善的措施.  相似文献

将一定比例的Cu、石墨、SnO2粉末混合装入7根纯铜管内,封口后再以密排方式装入一银管中。采用多次挤压-拉拔连续纤维复合工艺制备出了Ag-Cu-C-SnO2复合触头材料。用金相显微镜观察了材料组织结构,测试了材料的机械性能、电性能等,并进行了寿命试验。结果表明,多次挤压一拉拔工艺可以制备连续纤维化的Ag-Cu-C-SnO2复合材料,其接触电阻稳定,有较好的抗熔焊性和抗电弧烧损性。材料经直流28V,40A电负荷下,工作寿命之在3000次以上,可在大、中负荷下的多种继电器、接触器上得到应用。  相似文献

用直接挤压铸造和间接挤压铸造两种工艺生产汽车空调器动盘重要部件。针对该铸件的结构特点,设计的两种不同结构的模具均能生产出合格的动盘零件,研究了两种模具的结构特点和工作原理。经测试,直接挤压铸造的动盘的硬度比间接挤压铸造的高5%~10%,但铸件尺寸控制较麻烦,产品尺寸精度难以保证。  相似文献

Monte Carlo simulations can quantify various types of DNA damage to evaluate the biological effects of ionizing radiation at the nanometer scale. This work presents a study simulating the DNA target response after proton irradiation. A chromatin fiber model and new physics constructors with the ELastic Scattering of Electrons and Positrons by neutral Atoms (ELSEPA) model were used to describe the DNA geometry and the physical stage of water radiolysis with the Geant4-DNA toolkit, respectively. Three key parameters (the energy threshold model for strand breaks, the physics model and the maximum distance to distinguish DSB clusters) of scoring DNA damage were studied to investigate the impact on the uncertainties of DNA damage. On the basis of comparison of our results with experimental data and published findings, we were able to accurately predict the yield of various types of DNA damage. Our results indicated that the difference in physics constructor can cause up to 56.4% in the DNA double-strand break (DSB) yields. The DSB yields were quite sensitive to the energy threshold for strand breaks (SB) and the maximum distance to classify the DSB clusters, which were even more than 100 times and four times than the default configurations, respectively.  相似文献

A growing body of research suggests that inflammatory insult contributes to the etiology of central nervous system diseases, such as depression, Alzheimer’s disease, and so forth. However, the effect of prenatal systemic inflammation exposure on offspring brain development and cerebral susceptibility to inflammatory insult remains unknown. In this study, we utilized the prenatal inflammatory insult model in vivo and the neuronal damage model in vitro. The results obtained show that prenatal maternal inflammation exacerbates LPS-induced memory impairment, neuronal necrosis, brain inflammatory response, and significantly increases protein expressions of COX-2, DP2, APP, and Aβ, while obviously decreasing that of DP1 and the exploratory behaviors of offspring rats. Meloxicam significantly inhibited memory impairment, neuronal necrosis, oxidative stress, and inflammatory response, and down-regulated the expressions of APP, Aβ, COX-2, and DP2, whereas significantly increased exploring behaviors and the expression of DP1 in vivo. Collectively, these findings suggested that maternal inflammation could cause offspring suffering from inflammatory and behavioral disorders and increase the susceptibility of offspring to cerebral pathological factors, accompanied by COX-2/PGD-2/DPs pathway activation, which could be ameliorated significantly by COX-2 inhibitor meloxicam treatment.  相似文献
