采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备出漂珠/钡铁氧体低密度磁性复合材料,用扫描电镜、热重-差热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计和矢量网络分析仪表征了样品的形貌、结构、电磁性能和吸波性能。结果表明:在漂珠表面形成的钡铁氧体包覆层厚度为5-15 nm,颗粒粒径均小于60 nm。复合材料由六角晶钡铁氧体、α-氧化铁及少量莫来石和石英组成,其磁性能随钡铁氧体与漂珠质量比的增大而增强。复合材料在2-18 GHz频段具有较好的介电损耗和磁损耗性能,当吸波材料厚度为1.5 mm、在14.2 GHz处反射损耗峰值为-29.2 d B,反射损耗小于-10 dB的带宽为4.5 GHz。  相似文献

Porous anodic alumina (PAA) template is widely used to prepare ordered nanostructure materials. But conventional PAA templates have been restricted for application in micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) technology due to limitations such as shape and brittleness. In this article, a novel process of fabricating alumina porous template based on silicon wafer is described. Porous alumina films were formed by two-step anodization of aluminum layers sputter deposited on silicon wafer. The pore diameters range from 80 to 100 nm. The Pilling–Bedworth ratio of Al/Al2O3 was measured and calculated. Thickness of PAA template can be precisely controlled. This research provides an effective tool to nanofabrication in MEMS technology.  相似文献

Co-continuous TiN/Al composites with different volume fractions of Al phase have been fabricated by the squeeze-casting method. TiN porous ceramics with different porosities were fabricated through carbothermal reduction by changing the content of TiN and were used as preforms. The outstanding mechanical properties were attributed to the absence of excessive interface reaction between TiN and Al for the co-continuous TiN/Al composites. With the increase of Al content in the composites, the flexural strength and the microhardness decreased, and the fracture toughness increased. The strengthening and toughening mechanism of composites included dislocation strengthening, ductile rupture, crack deflection, and secondary cracks.  相似文献

In this study, the water-soluble magnetic-graphene nanocomposites (Fe3O4@GNs-SO3H) were fabricated via a simple and efficient approach. The water-soluble magnetic-graphene nanocomposites were applied as an effective adsorbent for removal of organic dye, malachite green, from aqueous solution. It is noteworthy that the nanocomposites displayed good water-dispersibility, rapid absorption rate, high absorption capacity, and convenient magnetic separation. Furthermore, the novel adsorbent could be recovered and recycled for 15 consecutive trials without significant loss of its activity.  相似文献

The extraordinary optical amplification and light‐harvesting properties of conjugated polymers impart sensing systems with higher sensitivity, which meets the primary demands of early cancer diagnosis. Recent advances in the detection of DNA methylation and mutation with polyfluorene derivatives based fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) as a means to modulate fluorescent responses attest to the great promise of conjugated polymers as powerful tools for the clinical diagnosis of diseases. To facilitate the ever‐changing needs of diagnosis, the development of detection approaches and FRET signal analysis are highlighted in this review. Due to their exceptional brightness, excellent photostability, and low or absent toxicity, conjugated polymers are verified as superior materials for in‐vivo imaging, and provide feasibility for future clinical molecular‐imaging applications. The integration of conjugated polymers with clinical research has shown profound effects on diagnosis for the early detection of disease‐related biomarkers, as well as in‐vivo imaging, which leads to a multidisciplinary scientific field with perspectives in both basic research and application issues.  相似文献

Statistical process control charts have been widely utilized for monitoring process variation in many applications. Nonrandom patterns exhibited by control charts imply certain potential assignable causes that may deteriorate the process performance. Though some effective approaches to recognition of control chart patterns (CCPs) have been developed, most of them only focus on recognition and analysis of single patterns. A hybrid approach by integrating wavelet transform and improved particle swarm optimization-based support vector machine (P-SVM) for on-line recognition of concurrent CCPs is developed in this paper. A statistical correlation coefficient is used to determine whether the input pattern is a single or concurrent CCP. Based on wavelet transform, a raw concurrent pattern signal is decomposed into two basic pattern signals, which can be recognized by multiclass SVMs. The performance of the hybrid approach is evaluated by simulation experiments, and numerical and graphical results are provided to demonstrate that the proposed approach can perform effectively and efficiently in on-line CCP recognition task.  相似文献

User authentication with unlinkability is one of the corner stone services for many security and privacy services which are required to secure communications in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Recently, Xue et al. proposed a temporal-credential-based mutual authentication and key agreement scheme for WSNs, and claimed that their scheme achieves identity and password protection, and the resiliency of stolen smart card attacks. However, we observe that Xue et al.’s scheme is subject to identity guessing attack, tracking attack, privileged insider attack and weak stolen smart card attack. In order to fix the drawbacks, we propose an enhanced authentication scheme with unlinkability. Additionally, the proposed scheme further cuts the computational cost. Therefore, the proposed scheme not only remedies its security flaws but also improves its performance. It is more suitable for practical applications of WSNs than Xue et al.’s scheme.  相似文献

长湖水质演变特征及水环境现状评价   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用湖北省长湖2001-2011年的水质监测资料,分析了长湖年际及月际的水质演变规律。结果表明,2005年长湖水质达到最差,然后呈逐渐好转趋势,至2011年,长湖水质已有明显改善。在1个水文年内,长湖的水质优劣顺序依次是:丰水期,平水期,枯水期。利用模糊综合评价方法对2011年长湖水质状况进行评价,结果表明,该年3个水期长湖水质状况的最大隶属等级为Ⅰ类,水质较好。利用卡尔森指数法对长湖2011年丰水期进行富营养化评价,结果表明,除习家口水域外,全湖水体基本上处于中度富营养化水平。对长湖水环境压力进行分析,结果表明,长湖的生态系统正面临衰退困境,而主要污染物的年入湖量已大大超出长湖的纳污能力。  相似文献
